分析喷液式化妆品瓶盖塑件的结构特点，叙述了该塑件成型工艺、注射模的结构和工作原理，其原理是：采用定距螺钉和弹簧进行二次分型,用斜导柱外侧抽芯,型芯顶出零件,进料时采用潜伏式浇口进料形式,当开模的时候,用球头拉料杆把浇注系统凝料顶出,然后利用型芯内抽推板推出塑件,合模时用弹簧先复位, 然后进行下一次成型开始，提高了生产效率。

前 言

在现代工业发展的进程中，模具的地位及其重要性日益被人们所认识。模具工业作为进入富裕社会的原动力之一，正推动着整个工业技术向前迈进！模具就是“高效益”，模具就是“现代化”之深刻含意，也正在为人们所理解和掌握。当塑料品种入其成型加工设备被确定之后，塑料制品质量的优劣及生产效率的高低，模具因素约占80％。由此可知，推动模具技术的进步应刻不容缓！塑料模具设计技术与制造水平，常标志一个国家工业化发展的程度。由此可知，塑料模具设计，对于产品质量与产量的重要性是不言而喻的。

对于一个机械专业的毕业生来说，对塑料模的设计已经有了一个大概的了解。此次毕业设计，培养了我综合运用多学科理论、知识和技能，以解决较复杂的工程实际问题的能力，主要包括设计、实验研究方案的分析论证，原理综述，方案方法的拟定及依据材料的确定等。它培养了我树立正确的设计思想，勇于实践、勇于探索和开拓创新的精神，掌握现代设计方法，适应社会对人才培养的需要。

毕业设计这一教学环节使我独立承担实际任务的全面训练，通过独立完成毕业设计任务的全过程，培养了我的实践工作能力。另外，毕业设计必须具备一定的计算机应用的能力，在设计过程中都应结合设计课题利用利用UG 软件进行塑件的3D塑件分模，同时还具备必要的计算机绘图能力，如利用AutoCAD进行二维图的绘制。

在这个过程之中，首先是对零件的分析，消化现有的资料，对设计的目的和要求有一个大致的了解；然后是大致测量零件的尺寸着手画出实物的零件图，利用所学知识分析出零件的凸模和凹模；查找手头的资料进行相关数据的计算，根据所得数据画出草图，检查和核对之后绘制零件的装备图；最后分析总结，写出自己的设计思路，设计过程和设计体会。

此次毕业设计除了对知识和能力培养的收获感受外，还得到思想道德方面的锻炼。通过这次毕业设计，让我感受到了作为一名高级工程技术人员应该具备的基本精神，需要强化的工程实践意识，以及对设计工作的质量要负责，具有高度的责任感，树立实事求是的科学作风，并严格遵守规章制度。

本次毕业设计我主要是完成喷液式化妆品瓶盖的造型以及其模具设计。在本设计中，从塑料原材料的选用出发，对成型设备的选择、对成型模具的设计与制造和成型工艺的制定等几个必要的环节进行了设计。由于设计水平有限、时间仓促，此设计说明书中难免有错误和欠妥之处，恳请各位老师批评指正。

1.塑料及塑料工业的发展

   塑料是以树脂为主要成分的高分子有机化合物，简称高聚物。塑料其余成分包括增塑剂、稳定剂、增强剂、固化剂、填料及其它配合剂。

塑料制件在工业中应用日趋普遍，这是由于它的一系列特殊的优点决定的。塑料密度小、质量轻，大多数塑料的密度都1.0～1.4g/㎝3之间，相当于钢材密度的0.11和铝材密度的0.5左右，所以有以“塑代钢”的优点。塑料比强度高；绝缘性能好，介电损耗低，是电子工业不可缺少的原材料；塑料的化学稳定性高，对酸、碱和许多化学药品都有很好的耐腐蚀能力；塑料还有很好的减摩、耐磨及减震、隔音性能也较好。因此，塑料跻身于金属、纤维材料和硅酸盐三大传统材料之列，在国民经济中，塑料制件已成为各行各业不可缺少的重要材料之一。

塑料工业的发展阶段大致分为一下及个阶段：

初创阶段  30年代以前，科学家研制分醛、硝酸纤维和聚酰胺等热塑料，他们的工业化特征是采用间歇法、小批量生产。

发展阶段  30年代，低密度聚乙烯、聚氯乙烯等塑料的工业化生产，奠定了塑料工业的基础，为其进一步发展开辟了道路。

飞跃阶段  50年代中期到60年代末，塑料的产量和数量不断增加，成型技术更趋于完善。

稳定增长阶段  70年代以来，通过共聚、交联、共混、复合、增强、填充和发泡等方法来改进塑料性能，提高产品质量，扩大应用领域，生产技术更趋合理。塑料工业向着自动化、连续化、产品系列化，以及不断拓宽功能性和塑料的新领域发展。
