Greeting and talk about the weather: T: Its a nice day, right? What day is it today? Whats your favorite day? S: Saturday and Sunday. T: My favorite day is Saturday and Sunday because I can go out to enjoy the sunshine, the beautiful flowers and the delicious food. As you know, Sichuan is famous for its delicious food. It has many specials.(培养学生文化意识,告诉学生“天府之国”,四川以美食而闻名。同时展示四川的特色菜,如:龙抄手、玉林串串香、双流兔头等。) Whats your favorite food? (展示学生学过的食物图片) S: My favorite food is 师生相互问候,营造和谐愉快的语言环境。由谈论天气而自然、轻松地过度到饮食话题。同时,遵循学生的认知规律,以旧引新。逐步引导学生积极主动地参与到课堂中。 Step2 Presentation (what question 1 and modal verb would) 教学方法:问题引入法、直观教学法、小组操练法、表演法 1. T: Do you have any food for breakfast? S1: Yes, I do. (及时表扬坚持吃早餐是好习惯) S2: No, I dont.(告诉学生:不吃早餐不仅不利于身体健康,还会影响学习。) T: What do you often have for breakfast?(展示各式早餐图片) S: T: As you know, in western countries, most people have bread and milk for breakfast. But in our country, we always have eggs, porridge, noodles for breakfast. (以早餐为例,谈论中西方文化的饮食差异) I like noodles, but not instant noodles. Theyre junk food. How about you?(引出本课谈论的主题“面”。同时对学生进行思想教育,告诫他们要少吃垃圾食品,如:方便面、 汉堡包等。) Some students say yes, some say no. T: I didnt have something for breakfast. Now, Im very hungry. I want to have some noodles. That means: Id like some noodles.(紧密结合现实生活,创设教学情景,引出本课难点。) What would you like? S: Id likeT: What would he / she like? (遵循学生由简单到复杂的认知规律,先引第一人称,再引第三人称,对本课难点进行分层突破) S: Hed/ Shed like some noodles. 引出本课句型1后,采取老师问,学生集体答和个别答的方式进一步加深学生对本句型的理解。 2. Practice in groups 学生进行分组操练,使语言形式转换成一种技能。老师走下讲台,走近学生,帮助学生,及时得到反馈信息。 3. Act out 小组进行对话表演,在交际和应用中及时反馈学生掌握句型的情况。关注学生每个动情时刻,及时运用身体语言或言语对学生的表演进行鼓励性和发展性评价,让学生感受成功的喜悦。 Step3 Presentation (some names of foods ) 教学方法:问题引入法、直观教学法、小组操练法、表演法 T: I have a secret. Step4 Do 1a match the words with the foods. 让学生先读一遍单词,然后连接单词和图中的食物,检测学生是否把语言形式与语言意义有机结合。让学生念出答案,及时得到学生语音和口头表达技能的反馈信息。 Do 1b Listen. What size bowl of noodles would he/ she like? 2. Practice in groups.3. Act out.Step7 Chant 通过chant 的方式活跃课堂气氛,激发学生的学习兴趣,巩固学生所学句型。使学习方式多样化。 Step8 Task (House of Noodles) 教学方法:情景教学法、小组操练法、任务型教学法、表演法 1. T: Three students one group, use what we have learned to act role-play. One is the cook, one is the waiter and one is the customer. 积极与他人合作,互相帮助,共同完成课内外的任务。 2. Act out. 3. Find out which group is the best. 本课话题来源于生活,也终将回归于生活。从学生的学习兴趣、生活经验出发,让他们进行角色扮演,用英语做事情,开一家自己的面店,并对顾客进行服务。这是本课的一个标志性的语言输出,充分体现出语言的交际性,人文性。在这个过程中我重视学生的个性发展,发展他们的创造思维。培养学生语言的综合运用能力,同时也是技能转化成:基于真实生活运用英语的能力的过程。这是本课任务完成的集中体现。 Step9 HomeworkUse what we have learned to make a dialogue. 让学生把所学知识落到笔头上,为以后的写作打下基础。 T: Thanks, everyone! Dont forget to enjoy the noodles in my restaurant. 课后反思 由于本课的内容和学生的实际生活息息相关,所以在课程的设计上给了教师很大的设计空间。在教学过程中我重视对学生综合语言运用能力的培养,分别从教学策略,语言知识、技能,情感态度,文化意识等各个方面进行考虑,着眼于学生的实际情况设计不同的活动和任务。同时在实际的操作中也显得流畅、自然。 1、以早餐为例,谈论中西方文化的饮食差异。这不仅可以让学生了解到更多的关于饮食文化的内容,而且将学习的基点定在对文化的了解上,可以不断提高学生对于不同文化的了解和重视。 2、努力挖掘教材中训练学生思维的切入点,思想教育的突破口,做到教育学生“润物细无声”。通过早餐引出本课谈论的主题“面”。对学生进行思想教育,告诉他们应养成按时、坚持吃早餐的好习惯。告诫他们要少吃垃圾食品,如:方便面、 汉堡包等。 3、整个课堂在和谐,包容,宽松的环境中进行,真实而自然。 4、在教学中,我采用多媒体教学,不仅使学生更加生动地掌握词汇,也充分地调动学生学习的积极性和主动性。 5、在教学过程中我面向全体学生,走下讲台,走近学生,帮助学生,了解反馈信息。对学生进行积极的评价,让学生体验成功的喜悦。同时鼓励学生展现个性,发展学生自主学习,自主探究的能力,得到了学生的热情响应,取得了很好的教学效果。学生的表现积极、主动。充分体现了教师的主导作用和学生的主体性。 6、本课的重点突出,难点遵循学生的认知规律各个分层突破。词汇,句型各个教学环节过渡自然。达到了预期的教学目标。 7、整个课堂围绕着一条主线。目标明确,学生在感知和体验中学习语言,并不断地反馈和矫正,最后回归生活。充分体现了语言的交际性,人文性。8本课的不足点是最后表演的时间稍显仓促。 五、板书设计 Unit 8 Id like some noodles. beef Id = I would mutton A: What would you/ he/ she like? cabbage B: Id/ Hed/ Shed like some noodles. potato A: What kind of noodles would you/ he/ she like? large B: Id/ Hed/ Shed like beef and tomato noodles. size A: What size bowl of noodles would you/ he/ she like? bowl B: Id/ Hed/ Shed like a medium bowl. 课件一创设情境,激发情意(一)导入情境,引入话题首先播放一组有关各种食物的画面,并谈论这些食品并和学生讨论他们所喜爱的食品,最终讨论到中国传统的面条,让学生分别说出他们所喜爱的面条种类。语言展示:T: there are many delicious foods,what kind of food do you like best?I like noodles best ,what kind of noodles do you know?Today ,here is a new noodle house,they have many kinds of noodles.Lets go into the house and have a look.图片展示一些特色面条(设计意图:用图片先让学生感知所要学知识的有关内容,激发学生的学习兴趣,从而引出本节课的重点单词。)(二)观赏图片,感知新事物1学生观看图片,老师谈论图片,引导学生看、听、说出所学单词。课件投影餐馆内的六种特色面条,以及相应的肉类和蔬菜(设计意图:用实物图片,能很好的吸引学生,增强学生学习的兴趣。)2操练单词,加强记忆初步感知所学单词之后,要求学生熟记并运用以下方法:老师领读;用问答的形式,把单词融入到句子当中,既提前感知了新句型又巩固了所学单词。语言展示: T: what kind of meat /vegetables would you like for lunch ?二层层递进,深入学习(一)创设情景,引入话题语言展示:T: Today, the noodle house offers us many kinds of noodles,Im so hungry.Lets go to the house to choose our favorite noodles.(设计意图:用真实的情景带领学生运用所学单词结合新句型进行操练。)(二)积极思维,灵活运用课件投影六种特色菜以及重点句型。A: What kind of noodles would you like ?B:Id like noodles.(设计意图:让学生进入真实的情景,模仿句型两人一组构成对话。)(三)趁热打铁,深入学习学生熟练掌握 What kind of noodles would you like? 这一新句型之后,紧接着要学习 What size bowl of noodles would you like ?这一新句型。课件展示大、中、小三个类型的碗以及句型。A: What size bowl of noodles would you like ?B: Id like a bowl of noodles.(设计意图:在掌握前一句型的基础上学习新句型,边看句型、图片边操练。)(三)诱导创作,迁移应用在此阶段,学生需要把所学知识进行梳理,加工,整合之后变为自己的语言。1语言展示:T: Now,Lets make up a dialogue between a waiter and a guest.(设计意图:学生把所学单词、句型综合起来应用。)2做游戏:挑选学生喜爱的明星,让学生来猜测明星们爱吃的面。3做调查:每小组发一张表格让学生小组讨论各自爱吃的面,并做出汇报。(设计意图:用三种不同的方式调动学生的积极性来巩固所学知识。)4布置作业:询问父母爱吃的面,列出表格和同学构成对话。 Step I. Show some pictures of vegetables to students, to show onion ,carrot , tomatoes , cabbages ,potatoes , broccli . What kind of vegetables would you like? Help them to answer I would like. Then ask them one by one .Step III .PracticeGive students some pictures of food, vegetables, meat. Let them practice it with their partners like this.Step IV. PresentationT: My sister works in a restaurant . Presentation and Practice. Show students three bowls of noodles, and teach them small, medium, large. Ask students What size bowl of noodles would you like?
