Twentieth Century at the beginning of the 90's the rise of the development of international action movies and four-dimensional film is a high-tech entertainment products. The audience watching movies, change along the video content, real-time feel real time interactive scenes of the movie, in which four seat key has multi-dimensional movement function, can let a person feel the fun brought by science and technology.In this paper, the design of six degree of freedom hydraulic drive, four seat hinge transmission, realizes the integration mechanism, the drive, has the advantages of small volume, compact structure, high stiffness, and can realize the full range of motion. On the platform, the connecting rod hinge and other related components in this paper, the stress analysis, according to the results of the analysis, four seats in the bearing capacity and stiffness to meet the requirements. According to the design principle of ergonomics, design a four seat structure, greatly enhance the audience to watch the film comfort.
