摘 要
随着科学技术的发展和人们生活水平的不断提高,对文化娱乐的要求也在不断改变和提高。20世纪90年代初国际上兴起发展起来的动感电影和四维电影就是一项高科技的娱乐产品。观众在看立体电影时,顺着影视内容的变化,可实时感受到电影场景的实时互动,其中最关键的四维座椅具有多维运动功能,能让人感受到科技带来的娱乐性。
本文设计了液压驱动、铰链传动的六自由度四维座椅,实现了机构、驱动的集成,具有体积小、结构紧凑、刚度大等优点,并可实现全方位运动。文中对平台铰链、连杆等相关部件行了受力分析,根据分析结果,四维座椅在承载能力和刚度均满足要求。 根据人机工程设计原则,设计了四维座椅结构,大大提升了观众观看电影的舒适性。针对六自由度四维座椅铰链支撑的特点以及运动要求,对座椅运动构型等进行了设计,确定了六自由度四维座椅铰链结构型式,并对座椅运动的参数进行了设计,完成了六自由度四维座椅的三维实体建模设计。

Abstract
With the development of science and technology and the continuous improvement of people's living standard, the culture and entertainment requirements are constantly changing and improving. Twentieth Century at the beginning of the 90's the rise of the development of international action movies and four-dimensional film is a high-tech entertainment products. The audience watching movies, change along the video content, real-time feel real time interactive scenes of the movie, in which four seat key has multi-dimensional movement function, can let a person feel the fun brought by science and technology.
In this paper, the design of six degree of freedom hydraulic drive, four seat hinge transmission, realizes the integration mechanism, the drive, has the advantages of small volume, compact structure, high stiffness, and can realize the full range of motion. On the platform, the connecting rod hinge and other related components in this paper, the stress analysis, according to the results of the analysis, four seats in the bearing capacity and stiffness to meet the requirements. According to the design principle of ergonomics, design a four seat structure, greatly enhance the audience to watch the film comfort. According to the characteristics of the six degree of freedom four seat hinge support and movement, movement of seat configuration were designed, the six degree of freedom four seat hinge structure and parameters on the movement of the seat, the 3D solid modeling design, completed the design of six degree of freedom of the four seat.
