摘   要


曲臂式平台高空作业梯是广泛使用的高空作业设备。它是根据用户的特定要求而设计的,并且适用于多人作业。它使高空作业效率更高,安全更有保障。然而,当有不能移动的障碍物时,垂直式高空作业平台难以有效地进行高空作业,导致高空作业有盲区,影响了垂直式高空作业平台推广及应用。为了解决这个问题,设计可跨障碍物的曲臂式作业平台,并根据高空作业平台的结构尺寸,在液压缸伸缩比要求满足的条件下, 在确定液压缸变幅机构的三个参数的铰链点的位置,而计算液压缸的最大提升负载的条件下,并检查工作平台的稳定性。

ABSTRACT

The high-altitude moveable working platform is a special equipment that can be widely used for the purpose of working high above the ground. It is designed by the request of the customers. With the equipment, aerial work will be done more efficiently and more safely .However, when it meets an obstacle, the high-altitude moveable can not work well. And this problems affect the application of working platform. To solve this problem ,I plan to design a special platform., and based on the structural sizes of high-altitude moveable working platform, the paper calculates the maximum lifting load and check stability of the working platform. This load is satisfied for the demands of extension proportion in hydraulic cylinder.

1 绪  论

1.1概述

高空作业机械是工程起重机械上发展起的高空作业设备,广泛用于建筑、消防等行业。随着中国经济发展的不断进步,对高空作业车的需求越来越多,以及越来越广泛的工作范围。

目前,国内高空作业平台向多品种、系列化、小批量方向发展。虽然在平台市场上,在今天甚至在未来的很长一段时间不能占太多的市场。但是,由于空中作业平台独特的作用,它在工程建设中起着越来越重要的作用,其辐射范围也越来越广。在电信、市政建设、消防、救护、建筑、航空摄影、造船、石油、化工、航空等行业中将能看到它的身影。

曲臂式高空作业平台作业梯,能提高机械化程度,降低劳动消耗,降低成本,缩短工作时间,提高工作效率,并满足特定需求。

经过调研发现,目前,具有一定的高空作业平台市场需求,但只有较少的生产厂商,主要集中在它的结构比较复杂,难以批量生产,使能够改善其结构和性能的高空作业平台,提高高空作业平台的功能,仅能形成小批量生产。本设计的重点是对高空作业平台主要工作装置所采用的各种方案进行比较分析,分别列出各方案的优劣点,以便选择最合适方案。
