2010艾格特热水器安装演示配音稿2010 VOICE DRAFT OF AGTHEAT PUMP WATER HEATERS INSTALLATION一、 艾格特热水器产品安装：一、AGT heat pump water heaters installation:艾格特产品安装工具配件依次为AGTs Installation accessories as followings: 卷尺tape measure, 水平仪spirit level, 冲击钻impact drill, M14、M12、M6冲击钻头M14,M12,M6 impact drill, 手锤hand hammer, 活动扳手adjustable wrench, 生料带PTFE Tape, 铜弯头copper elbow, 铜外牙直通copper outer teeth straight, 铜内牙直通straight teeth within copper, brass teeth elbow, 1/2不锈钢外牙直通1/2 stainless steel outer straight teeth, 1/2不锈钢三通1 / 2 stainless steel tee, 螺丝刀screwdrivers, 电工胶布insulation tape, 尼龙扎带nylon cable tie, 冷热水铝塑管hot and cold water aluminum tube, 10软管 10 tube, 以及随机配件M12*100和M10*80膨胀螺丝and matched accessories M12 * 100 and the M10 * 80 expansion screws, M10*35、M8*35和M8*25不锈钢螺丝M10 * 35, M8 * 35 and M8 * 25 stainless steel screws, 卸压阀unloading pressure valve, 排水嘴water out connection, 排水管drain pipe, 防震胶shockproof glue, 1/2单向止回阀等等1 / 2 one-way back valve and so on.1. 确定安装位置，根据用户外墙不同情况灵活决定Determine the location of installation flexibility, according to the different situations of userss external walls: 主机与水箱必须装在实心承重墙上the host and the tank must be installed in the solid load-bearing walls, 主机和水箱安装为上下式还是左右式the location of host and water tank installed can be either up-down or left-right , 注意主机和水箱间隔不要超过三米please pay attention to the distance between host and tank ,no more than 3 meters,2.用水平尺确定水箱支架位置Determine the location of the Water tank with a spirit level, 用笔标记出位置，并M14钻头打孔mark the location with the pen and drill hole with M14 hand hammer, 用手锤将随机配备的M12*100膨胀螺丝敲入孔内then hit the M12 * 100 expansion screws into the hole, 牢牢固定水箱支架fix tank bracket firmly, 将水箱抬上水箱支架water tank will be loaded onto tank bracket, 用随机配备的M10*35的不锈钢螺丝固定水箱支脚fix the foot of water tank with the M10 * 35 stainless steel screws, 确保水箱使用安全。 ensure the safety for using of water tank .3.用随机配备的M8*25组装随机附带的主机支架Assemble and install the host bracket with the M8 * 25, determine the location of host with the spirit level, 用水平尺确定主机支架位置,用笔标记出位置，更换M12钻头打孔mark the location with the pen and drill hole with M12drill, 用手锤将随机配备的M10*80膨胀螺丝敲入孔内then hit the M10*80 expansion screws into the hole, 牢牢固定主机支架fix host bracket firmly, 将主机抬上主机支架，用随机配备的M8*35加防震胶固定主机支脚host will be loaded onto host bracket, fix the foot of host with M*35 and shockproof glue, 确保主机使用安全ensure the safety for using of host. 4.打开水箱循环进水口盖子Open the tank lid of water in, 用1/2不锈钢内节打二十圈左右生料带连接1/2单向止回阀，connect to the 1 / 2 one-way back valve with 1 / 2 stainless steel hex nipple winded with PTFE tape about 12 circles, 单向止回阀箭头指向水箱外arrow on the one-way back valve points to the outside the water tank, 再用1/2不锈钢内节连接1/2不锈钢三通and then connect 1 / 2 stainless steel hex nipple to the 1 / 2 stainless steel tee, 三通另一头接卸压止回阀接自来水the second side of the tee connects to the unloading pressure valve which connects to the tap-water. 卸压止回阀箭头指向三通Arrow on the unloading pressure valve points to the tee, 三通另一头用水管联接到主机进水口the third side of the tee connected with hose connects to the host. 主机出水口用水管联接水箱循环出水口。 The water input of the host connects to the water tank with hose. 水箱出热水口联接到中央热水管道。 The water output of tank connects to the central hot water pipes.5.打开自来水阀门和热水龙头,直到热水龙头有水出Open the tap-water valve and hot water tap until the water flows from the hot tap, 关闭热水龙头then close the hot water tap.6.以十字螺丝刀打开主机盖线板Open the cover line board with the cross screwdriver, 随机配备的4MM*3芯电源线一头接主机双色地线接第三位接线柱 connect one side of 4MM*3 power cable to the leakage protection switch, 第一位接线柱接火线the other side of power cable including three electric wires, 第二位接线柱接零线the two-color earth wire connects to the third terminal of host, 电源线另一头接随机配备的漏电开关（北方机型）the Live wire connects to the first terminal ,the null wire connects to the second terminal(northern models); 将开关盒打开Open the switch box, 里面有4个固定螺丝孔which has four screw holes, 将开关固定好fix the switch , 开关一定要垂直安装and switch must be installed vertically, 安装完毕后装电源线install the power cable after installing the switch, 线的规格应选4MM*3芯以上the specification of the power cable should be 4MM*3 or above, 上端为电源进线the top is the input power cable, 下端为出线the bottom is the output power cable, 上下两端左边一个为火线（红线） the left one is Live Wire (red wire), 右边为零线（兰线） the right is null wire(blue wire), 接地线（双色线）earth wire (two-color wire) , 直接短接并包扎好are wrapped directly. 全部安装完毕后After all the installation is completed, 如果开关右边的方型按钮突出if the square switch button on the right side is sticking out , 就将其按下,合上开关即可just press it and close the switch. 解开绑在水箱上的电源线Unlock the power cable tied to the water tank, 剪开外皮露出红、蓝和双色线cut the cover of the power cable, reveal red, blue and two-color wires, 分别将三根电源线的铜芯剪好露出cut a short length cover of three wires, 源线双色地线接主机内第三位接线柱， the two-color wire connects to the third terminal of host, 电源线另两线接第四，五位接线柱the rest of two wires connect to the fourth and the fifth terminals, 北方机型配备的电热带平铺在自来水管上用随机配的铝泊线粘好the electro-thermal wire of North model should be put on the pipe wrapped with the aluminized paper, 套好随机配的保温管再用随机配的空调包装带缠好cover the heat preservation pipe and wrap with the cable ties, 电热带的电源线插头插到主机内两针插头the power plug of electro-thermal put into the host within the two-pin plugs. 7.打开水箱探温孔盖子Open the water tank temperature probe hole cover, 用十字螺丝刀在盖子中心凿出一个小洞carve a hole in the center of cover with cross screwdriver,将主机内探温线插到水箱探温孔内十四厘米put the probe wire into the probe hole on the water tank for about 14 centimeters, 用随机配备的排水嘴和排水管连接在主机底盘下排水孔connect water out connection and drain pipe to the drainage hole under the host., 用10软管连接在卸压阀排水口用尼龙扎带扎紧connect 10 tube to the unloading pressure valve and bind firmly with nylon cable ties. 在墙面合适位置以并M14钻头打孔Drill hole with M14 in the suitable location of the wall, 将控制器连接线和电源线从孔内穿墙至室内， the controller cable and power cable from the hole go through the wall to the room, 在室内寻找合适的位置安装随机附带的控制器looking for a suitable location in the room for controller, 安装好控制板then install control panels, 将控制器固定在室内the controller is fixed in the room, 并插上控制板信号线插头and plug in the signal line of control panel. 8.插上插头通电Plug it in power, 控制器上的显示灯自检后如果不亮就再按一下控制器上的开关if the light on the controller doesnt shine after it self-test, 当绿色灯亮起时，艾格特热水器就进入全自动工作状态just turn on the switch and the green light comes on, AGT water heater work completely automatically. 至此，艾格特热水器的安装工作全部完成！And now, AGT water heater installs completely!艾格特，爱家庭，爱生活！AGT, love family, enjoy life!二、the unload of AGT water heater艾格特热水器拆卸前，请关掉电源Please close the source before unloading the machine, 拆掉控制器和电源线，关闭冷水阀门，拆开水箱循环出水口管dismantle the controller and power cord and close the cooling water valve, 拆开水箱循环出水口管take apart of the circular outlet pipe of the tank, 再拆开热水出口水管then unload the outlet pipe of heating water, 水箱里的水就会流出来，将流出来的水引到排水容易的地方， it guide the effluent to a place which is easy to remove. 若有气泵If it have pump, 可用气泵从热水出口打空气it could use the pump pour in the air with the outlet of heating water, 直到循环出水口没有水再流出until the circular outlet have not any water been discharged. 并将开水箱循环进水口At the same time, open the circular blast-hole of tank. 自来水管口和主机循环进水管和循环出水管全部拆卸完毕Dismantle the nozzle of tap water, the circular pressure pipe and exhalent pipe of the main frame, 方可拆下主机和水箱底脚螺丝the foot-screw of the main frame and tank, 拆下水箱和主机的连接电源线,抬下主机和水箱it dismantle the power cord of the tank and main frame and carry them. 拆掉主机和水箱支架，清理残留管线Then it dismantle the bracket of the main frame and tank and clean the rudimental pipeline. 至此, 拆卸工作全部结束。Thus, the work is all over.三、艾格特热水器产品维修：The maintenance of AGT water heater:1. 主机不运转The main frame does not work, 控制器没有显示the controller has not demonstrated, 可能是插座松动或者没有插上maybe the reason is the hub started or it has not been arranged: 有可能是控制器上的开关没有开maybe the power switch of controller has not open, 控制器通电自检后按下控制器上的开关，pressed the power when the controller electrify and self-check, 指示灯亮则为开通the pilot lamp would opened; 依然没有解决问题as before the question have not resolved, 则可能是电源故障引起maybe the power failure caused, 断开电源开关then disconnect the power, 检查电源and check the electric power source.2. 控制器显示故障代码E4The controller show the error code E4, 可能是水箱没有排空，打开热水龙头排空即可maybe the tank is not empty, and open the tap; 如果问题依然没有解决If the question is existed, 可能是水泵堵塞或者水泵故障，清理水泵或者更换水泵，然后断电复位。maybe the pump blockage or breakdown, clean or change it, then power-out rest.3. 主机运行噪音大There is a large of noise when the main frame was running, 可能是主机内铜管碰到外壳的缘故maybe the reason is the copper touch the crust, 打开主机顶盖和前盖，调整碰壁部件open the coping and pre-operculum, revision the parts which touch the crust; 可能是水管接错，检查水管接法是否正确maybe the pipe connect in error, check the method of the pipe.4. 主机漏水The main frame make water, 可能是主机安装不够水平引起maybe the main frame was not standard in installation, 调整主机安装位置的水平revision the position; 可能是排水管破裂，更换排水管maybe the drainpipe was burst, and changed it. 可能是排水嘴松动，拧紧排水嘴Maybe the water bleed valve was outfall, and screw down it.5. 压缩机不工作The compressor does not work, 可能是电源故障maybe it is the power failure , 查明原因解决电源故障find the reason and resolve it; 可能是压缩机启动电容损坏 maybe the reason is the starting capacitance of the compressor was broken, 需更换电容change the capacitance; 可能是压缩机的过热保护引起maybe the over-temperature protection cause it , 更换压缩机热保护器so the thermal protector need to be changed; 可能是压缩机损坏引起，更换压缩机maybe the compression was broken ,so changed it.6. 风扇不运转The fan does not work, 可能是电源故障maybe it is the power failure, 查明原因解决电源故障find the reason and resolve it; 可能是风扇启动电容坏，更换电容；也可能是风扇电机坏，更换风扇电机maybe
