本文主要运用文献资料法、访谈法、观察法等研究方法，对当今我国风筝运动的发展情况，特别是发展特点以及推动当今风筝运动发展的社会因素进行了有益的考察与分析，并在此基础上，对未来风筝运动的健康发展提出了自己的思考。在当代社会，我国风筝运动的发展概括起来表现为八个特点：一是放飞活动日常化。春日里放风筝是我国上千年的民俗文化传统，然而，在人们的休闲娱乐需求不断增长的今天，这个传统被打破了，风筝已成为四季皆宜的休闲运动。二是参与人员成年化。自古以来，放风筝主要是一种儿童游戏，而现如今，随着社会生活方式的变迁，中老年人成为风筝玩家的主体。三是运动类型多样化。当今的风筝运动基本可分为两大类：传统的单线静态风筝，和新兴的运动类风筝，包括特技风筝与盘鹰风筝，特技风筝可在空中飞出各种轨迹，盘鹰可在空中像“鹰”一般盘旋。四是运动技术高难化。在运动技术上，传统的单线风筝相对比较简单，而新兴的运动风筝则要求放飞者脑、手、眼、腿等身体的各部位协调并用特技风筝的编队放飞还要求队员间的协同合作，而冲浪风筝更是要求放飞者具有复合型高超技术。五是运动发展组织化。自古风筝就是处于“自然延续”的发展状态。1987年中国风筝协会成立，以及随后一些省、市乃至行业风筝协会的相继成立，标志着我国风筝运动开始走向组织化发展的道路。六是项目比赛经常化。1984年首届潍坊国际风筝会获得成功，1986年风筝被纳入了全国正式体育比赛项目，自此，很多城市或地区，比如潍坊、北京、南京、上海等等，都以风筝节（会）的形式举办各种形式的风筝比赛。七是文化交流国际化。当代中国风筝运动的国际化文化交流始于1984年首届潍坊国际风筝会，之后，在走出去请进来的文化交流活动中，中国风筝运动与世界风筝运动直接对话并得到了快速发展。八是项目发展产业化。风筝运动的产业化发展首先体现于风筝本体产业也就是风筝制造业，风筝运动的发展极大地带动了风筝制造业的发展，并产生了巨大的经济效益；其次，也是最重要的，体现于以风筝赛会为手段的风筝文化产业。当今我国风筝运动的发展是社会发展的必然结果，分析起来，推动其发展的因素大致有五个方面：一是经济的稳定增长与风筝运动的发展。随着人们收入的增加，消费结构也发生了很大变化，体育消费已经在消费结构中排到第六。二是休闲时代的来临与风筝运动的发展。新生活休闲方式,正逐渐确立,随着休闲时间的延长和相对集中,人们在休闲的生活方式是出现了倾向性的变化,这是一个“以人为本”的特征。三是全民健身运动广泛开展与风筝运动的发展。1995年，我国颁布了全民建身计划纲要，全国上下兴起了锻炼身体的热潮，人们更加崇赏各种户外运动、有氧运动等等，人们也都逐渐的走出了家门，来到了户外。四是老龄化社会与风筝运动的发展。老人对健康、长寿具有怀旧感的忧患意识,锻炼身体的机会增多休闲比例过高，已成为社会体育锻炼的主力大军。This article mainly had utilized methods of literature research techniques,interview and inspection to carry on the beneficial inspection and the analysis to the state of our country kite sports development, specially to the developing characteristics as well as the impetus of the kite sports made by which social factors have now, and based on this, proposed own ponder to the future kite sports normally development. In the contemporary society, our country kite sports developments can be summarized to eight characteristics: Firstly, the normalization of releasing for flight activity . In the spring day, flying a kite is our country over a thousand year folk custom culture tradition, however, today which grows unceasingly in peoples rest and recreation demand, this tradition has been broken, the kite has become the four seasons all suitable leisure sport. Secondly, participating in the personnel grown-up. Since the ancient times, flying a kite is mainly one kind of childish games, but nowadays, along with the change of social activities , the middle age and old people become the master of kite players. Thirdly, the flying types are diversificate.The kite flying fundamental nowadays can be divided into two major types:Traditional unifilar quiescent kite, and newly arisen running kite, including stunt kite and pan eagle kite, the stunt kite can fly a various track in the sky , the pan eagle kite can hover around likeeagle in the sky .Fourth, the flying technique become harder.In flying technique, traditional unifilar kite is more simple, while the newly arisen running kite then asks for putting each part cooperativeness of flying the bodies, such as brain, hand, eye and leg and so on. To counteract-the organizing into teams of stunt kite put to fly, which still request member of a team in conjunction with consortium, but the surfing kite is also the one who request to put to fly to have a reunited and superb technique.Fifthly,kite flying deveolpment is regimentate. It is the shape status that is placed in continue naturally from the ancient manners .In 1987 China kite association established, and later on in some provinces and cities one after another industry kite association was establishing which marked that our country kite flying started heading for the way of systemizing the shape.Sixthly, the kite flying game and competitiong are in usually turn. In 1984 international kites festival in WeI Fang had achieved success, the kite is brought into a national and formal athletics item in 1986, from that time on, a lot of cities or regions, for example Wei Fang, Peking, Nanking, and Shanghai.etc., all hold a multiform kite game by the form of kite festival(meeting).Sevenyhly,cultural interaction is international.The international cultural interaction of contemporary Chinese kite sports begins from 1984 international kite festivals in Wei Fang, after, In walks please in the cultural exchange event, the Chinese kite movement and the world kite movement talk directly and obtained the fast development. Eighthly, project development is in industrial production. The kite sports industrial producting development first manifested in the kite main body industry is also the kite manufacturing industry, the kite movement development has led the kite manufacturing industry development enormously, and has had the huge economic efficiency; on the other hand, is also most important, manifests in takeing the kite competition as the methods to lead the kite culture industry.nowadays, our country kite spors development is inevitable result from the social development , by analyzing, the factors which promoted its development to have five aspects approximately: At first, economical stable growth and kite sport development. Increase which receives along with the increasing of peoples incomes , the consumption pattern also had the very sweeping change, the sports expended already in the consumption pattern rock row to sixth place. Second, the approach of the recreational age and the shape of kite flying are coming.The newly life-style is establishing gradually, along with the extension and concentration in recreational time, people are the changes that appeared squint in the life style of recreation, this is a character thatmake people the center.Third, civil sportingare extensively developing
