摘  要

剪式小型举升机的设计思想是从原有的剪叉式升降平台的基础上获取灵感。这次设计的主要目的是为了适应现实社会中灵活性、安全性、方便性等要求,对原有的举升机进行了改进。我们设计的这台举升机主要从提高举升机在物流、工厂、电力、商店等场合的性能着手,对它的结构以及配置进行了研究、开发。我们以满足稳定性和方便性要求比较高的高空作业项目为目的,从举升机的整体结构上着手,对剪叉式升降平台的机构位置的参数和动力参数进行了一系列技术分析。结合目前市场对它的需要,通过对机构中几种液压缸布置形式进行了分析比较,还根据要求对液压传动系统的各个部分进行设计计算,最终的讨论结果让我们确定液压执行元件是——液压缸。主要原因是液压缸的稳定性和自锁性能较好,同时根据剪式结构的承载性高和伸缩性好的特点我们选择了以剪叉结构,还经过对叉杆各项的受力分析确定了台板与叉杆的受力程度和载荷要求。综合以上这些因素,最终设计了这台剪式举升机。

Abstract

Design of shear type small lifting machine is inspired by the original scissor lift platform based on. The main purpose of this design is to adapt to the social reality of flexibility,safety, convenience and other requirements of the lift, the original has been improved. The lifting machine we designed mainly from improve the performance of lifting machine in logistics, factory, power, shops and other occasions to proceed, the structure and configuration are studied, development. We aim to meet the high altitude operation project stability and convenience requirements are relatively high, proceed from the overall structure of the lifting machine, parameters and dynamic parameters of the scissor lift platform mechanism are analyzed and a series of technology. According to the present market of it needs to be, based on the mechanism of hydraulic cylinder arrangement are analyzed and compared, according to the requirements of each part of the hydraulic transmission system design and calculation, to discuss the final results allow us to determine the hydraulic actuator is -- hydraulic cylinder, the main reason is the stability of hydraulic cylinder and the self-locking performance is good. At the same time according to the shear type structure bearing capacity and good scalability characteristics we chose to scissor structure, but also through the fork of the stress analysis to determine the requirements of plate and fork stress level and load. All of these factors, the final design of the shear type lifting machine.

1 绪  论

当今社会高速发展,一些企业在工作过程中都需要使用举升机来帮助,。举升机自从1925年美国发明开始使用,发展至今已经经历了很多的变化和改进,种类也发展到了很多种,一般有柱式和剪式,其驱动方式有机械传动,液压传动,气压传动等。本次设计就是从举升机的产生、发展以及制造工艺改进等方面进行介绍。  

1.1 举升机的国内外发展

发展到现在举升机在世界上已经有了91年历史。1925年在美国生产了第一台单柱式举升机,它是一种由气动控制的单柱式举升机,由于当时采用的气压较低,因而缸体比较大;同时采用了皮革进行密封,因此压缩空气在驱动时的弹跳严重而且不稳定。直到1935年,这种单柱举升机才被外界的一些领域开始采用。    

目前我们所见到的绝大多数的举升机大多数采用固定式安装。殊不知在移动式举升机方面我们也有几项成功的设计,如牵引式举升机、剪叉式举升机等。这类举升机的突出性优点是灵活性好,可以随时开到维修现场进行服务,用起来很方便,这充分利用了它的优点。由于现在举升机多采用固定式,因此我们考虑到对移动式举升机的开发和利用,设计了这台剪式举升机。

直到现在我们对举升机的潜能进行了很多方面的开发利用,但是依然存在开发不够广泛和利用效率不高的缺陷。然而,举升机是当现很多行业的必要设备之一,也是将来很多大型机械上必不可少的配件之一,因此促进我们对它的结构更好地去研究,去改进,从而延长了设备的使用寿命和提高设备的性能。目前为止,我国的举升机制造技术已经发生了些质的飞越,技术也是越俞来俞成熟,举升设备亦被广泛的应用在各个领域,为我国的经济和社会发展做出了不可替代的贡献。  

1.2 举升机的应用选择

(1)举升机结构上设计:举升机在使用中主要用于高空作业,因此我们必须保证它的稳定性和安全系数。考虑到这些因素我们在举升机的下体增加了四个支撑臂,只要举升机作业时就将这四个支撑臂放下,全面支撑,利用四边形的稳定性避免了作业时举升机的晃动。  

(2)正确选择传动方式:可采用的传动方式有机械传动(螺母、螺杆)或液压传动(液压缸),均需采用电动机驱动。机械传动的成本较高,但安全性较好。由社会调查得出:机械传动的能耗为液压传动所需能耗的两倍(在举升载荷、举升时间和举升高度均相同的条件下);然而机械式举升机的螺母、螺栓磨损较快,而液压式举升机的维修量却相对要少些,即使液压式举升机的技术难度要求较大。但多数零部件(液压泵、液压缸、阀门、密封元件等)均可外购或外协,综合这些因素我们选择性能较好的液压传动。  

1.3 举升机的安全保证措施  

现在全世界都对危险环境作业下人群的安全寄予极大的关注。举升机也存在潜在的危险,因为人们要在其上面工作,当其升降时如不小心,也会跌落;如果在上面工作也会由于稳定性不是很好造成危险。为此近年来很多国家还制定了专门性的法律法规,使安全事故的可能性降低到最低限度。  

剪式举升机的安全保证措施主要从两方面着手:一方面从设计制造方面采取措施,能够更好地提高举升机的安全技术特性;另一方面则应在使用维修过程中遵循严格的操作规程,保证剪式举升机能在良好的技术状态下正确有序地运行。

1.3.1 设计制造方面的安全保证措施  

世界上的许多先进技术,如自动控制光电开关等,已广泛应用到各种安全装置的设计领域,因而在设计制造举升机时,应结合产品的特点,积极采用先进可靠实用的现代安全技术。以下仅列举多数举升机普遍采用的安全措施:  

(1)举升机使用前应该认真检查液压、电器系统,无渗漏或裸露现象后方可使用。  

(2)举升机平台在使用时,四个支腿应牢固的支撑在坚实的地面上(以行走轮将要离开地面为准)。  

(3)平台空运1-3次后方可载荷作业。

(4)载荷的中心应尽量处于工作台面的中心位置。

(2)防护栏两端活动门应该锁死后方可作业。

1.3.2 使用维护方面的安全保证措施  

使用维护方面的安全保证措施涉及的范围很广,其中举升机有使用前的准备工作,例如支撑臂的展开,安全门的关闭,还有安全带的配系。这里仅就使用维护举升机时应当注意的事项进行说明。  

(1)举升机升降平台升降作业时,工作台面应保证水平及支杆叉架组纵向保持垂直状态。

(2)室外作业时,风力超过5级时严禁使用;平台在升降过程中,严禁一切人员攀爬。  

(3)支腿未撑牢,禁止升、降作业;平台在升起后,回落到原始高度之前,禁止移动。    

(4)平台使用过程中严禁超高,超负荷运行;平台载物升降过程中,货物不得移动;平台载人升、降过程中,不得走动、晃动。

(5)液压油应保持清洁,不得混入水和其它杂质。

(6)当平台出现故障无法正常工作时,应及时切断动力源。

(7)设备需要维修时,应将平台升起顶牢后方可运行。

This design is the key of double hinged shear fork structure analysis, in this paper. nts外文翻译译文 剪式 小型 举升机 当今社会高速发展,一些企业在工作过程中都需要使用举升机来帮助,。举升机自从 1925年美国发明开始使用,发展至今已经经历了很多的变化和改进,种类也发展到了很多种,一般有柱式和剪式,其驱动方式有机械传动,液压传动,气压传动等。本次设计就是从举升机的产生、发展以及制造工艺改进等方面进行介绍。 举升机设计的方向选择 目前我们所见到的绝大多数的举升机大多数采用固定式安装。殊不知在移动式举升机方面我们也有几项成功的设计,如牵引式举升机、剪叉式举升机等。这类举升机的突出性优点是灵活性好,可以 随时开到维修现场进行服务,用起来很方便,这充分利用了它的优点。由于现在举升机多采用固定式,因此我们考虑到对移动式举升机的开发和利用,设计了这台剪式举升机。 直到现在我们对举升机的潜能进行了很多方面的开发利用,但是依然存在开发不够广泛和利用效率不高的缺陷。然而,举升机是当现很多行业的必要设备之一,也是将来很多大型机械上必不可少的配件之一,因此促进我们对它的结构更好地去研究,去改进,从而延长了设备的使用寿命和提高设备的性能。目前为止,我国的举升机制造技术已经发生了些质的飞越,技术也是越俞来俞成熟,举升设备亦被广 泛的应用在各个领域,为我国的经济和社会发展做出了不可替代的贡献。 举升机的发展史 举升机在世界上已经有了 70 年历史。 1925 年在美国生产的第一台汽车举升机,它是一种由气动控制的单柱举升机,由于当时采用的气压较低,因而缸体较大;同时采用皮革进行密封,因而压缩空气驱动时的弹跳严重且又不稳定。直到 10 年以后,即 1935 年这种单柱举升机才在美国以外的其它地方开始采用。 1966 年,一家德国公司生产出第一台双柱举升机,这是举升机设计上的又一突破性进展,但是直到 1977 这种举升机才在德国以外的其它国家出现。现在双柱 举升机在市场上以占据牢固的地位,其销量还在持续增长。它和四柱举升机相比,既有优点,也有缺点,以下将作一简要说明。 我们所见到的绝大多数举升机均采用固定安装方式。在举升前汽车必须驶上举升机。在移动式举升机方面也有几项成功设计,如剪式举升机、菱架式举升机等。但这类举升机仍存在两个主要问题,接近汽车下部较难;在车间移动举升机时难逾越地面上的障碍物。当然,可移动性是这类举升机的突出优点。现在固定安装的单柱、双柱、四柱举升机已在维修现场广泛采用,而移动式举升机却相对要少得多。 nts举升机设计 要求 设计之前先确定设计产 品的基本情况,再根据设计要求制定基本方案。以下列出了本设计 剪式液压升降台的一些基本要求: 1) 主机的概况:主要用于维修人员对车间的吊车的维修和保养 ; 2) 主要完成起升与下降重物的动作,速度较缓,液压冲击小; 3) 最大载荷量定为 0.3 吨,采用双液压缸控制联接组合叉杆机构进行升降。最大起升高度 15 米; 4) 运动平稳性和安全性需要较好; 5) 人工控制操作,按钮启动控制升降; 6) 工作环境要求:不宜在多沙石地面、木板砖板地面等非牢固地面进行操作,不宜在有坡度或有坑洼的地面进行操作,不宜在 过度寒冷的室外进行操作; 7) 性能可靠,成本低廉,便于移动,无其他附属功能及特殊功能; 举升机安全保障措施 使用维护方面的安全保证措施涉及的范围很广,其中举升机有使用前的准备工作,例如支撑臂的展开,安全门的关闭,还有安全带的配系。尽管举升机的发展已有 70 年的历史,但其设计原理并无多大改变 ;如果忽视安全要求,超载使用,仍然会造成严重的事故,甚至发生伤亡事故。因此安全问题一定要引起使用单位和操作人员的高度重视。这里仅就使用维护举升机时应当注意的事项进行说明。 ( 1)举升机升降平台升降作业时,工作台面应保证水平及支杆叉架组纵向保持垂直状态。 ( 2)室外作业时,风力超过 5 级时严禁使用;平台在升降过程中,严禁一切人员攀爬。 ( 3)支腿未撑牢,禁止升、降作业;平台在升起后,回落到原始高度之前,禁止移动。 ( 4)平台使用过程中严禁超高,超负荷运行;平台载物升降过程
