摘要内容:
本次设计的主要内容有:传动方案的总体设计、电动机的选择、三角胶带传动设计、减速器的设计、联轴器的设计、锥齿轮传动设计及滚筒运输架等的设计。本次设计我采用了三角胶带传动,圆柱齿轮减速器及锥齿轮传动。

驱动式滚筒运输机的原动机选用电动机。因为滚筒的转速为:n5=V/πD (D为滚筒直径),初步选取滚筒直径为D=380mm,滚筒长度L=4150mm,滚筒间的间距为l=630mm,因为驱动式滚筒运输机共5m长,故滚筒共8根。
故 n5=51.0 r/min 。
为了使电动机转速减为n5 ,故驱动装置与电动机之间必有减速器,为使各滚筒同时转动,各滚筒由锥齿轮带动。电动机与减速器之间由带轮联接,减速器与锥齿轮由联轴器联接。
