带班队长岗位责任制Toolpusher Post Responsibility一 岗位责任制：(Post Responsibility)1. 负责接受钻井监督的指令及要求，组织安排班组的生产工作。(to be responsible for receiving instructions from field drilling supervisor & organize the rig crew as per the instructions）2. 负责对钻具、井下工具、租赁工具、套管以及特殊作业工具等的检查、丈量、管理工作，保证正常使用。(to be responsible for the inspection, measurements & records of the drill string, down-hole tools, rental tools, casing & the special down-hole tools, etc, to ensure the tools function properly)3. 负责对班组人员进行技术培训和考核，不断提高职工技术素质(to be responsible for crew on-job training & examination, to ensure the crew are making good progress on job site)4. 负责监督、检查各岗位按时齐全、准确填写各项资料报表。(To be responsible for supervising & checking each posts reports to be filled timely 、 correctly and completely )5 关键作业和复杂作业必须按监督指令现场亲自指挥，坚持值班制度。(In key operations and complicated operations, must conduct the operations personally on site according to drilling supervisors instructions, insist on the on-duty system)6 有权对工作不负责、发生事故、违章违纪、工作不服从分配者，进行批评教育和必要的处理。(Be authorized to criticism and instruct the rig crews who are irresponsible for works, causing accidents, disobey the regulations & disciplines, defy the jobs distribute, stop work if deemed dangerous.)二 巡回检查项点(Circular inspection Routs):井控系统、钻台、泥浆净化系统、泥浆泵、机房、油罐区、场地区、材料房、值班房。(Well control system, rig floor ,drilling fluid cleaning system, mud pumps, engine house, fuel tanks areas, rig sites, materials house, dog-house)Toolpusher Responsibility应对钻机设备安全负责； Be responsible for the safety of drilling equipment.帮助平台经理做好日常HSE工作； Assist rig manager in daily HSE work.负责SINOPEC SERVICE HSE体系的贯彻执行；Responsible for the implementation of SINOPEC SERVICE HSE-MS.监督作业许可制度的实施； Supervise the application of the work permit system.协助平台经理组织定期或非定期现场HSE检查；Assist rig manager in organizing the rig site periodic and aperiodic HSE inspections.协助平台经理组织和参与应急预案的演练； Assist rig manager in organizing and participate in emergency drill.确保人员正确穿戴劳保用品，如安全帽、工鞋、工衣、耳塞、护目镜等；Ensure that all staff wear proper PPE, such as safety helmet, protective shoes and clothes, earplugs, goggles.及时将所有可能对井的安全及环保有影响的危险情况、井控或其它问题报告业主代表及通知员工Timely report to the Client site representative and notice the employees about the possible danger, well control problems and others, which may affect the safety of well and environmental protection.根据情况组织实施安全工作分析；Responsible for safe job analysis according to the nature of the work.协调第三方服务商在现场的作业；Coordinate the service companys activities at rig site.参加现场安全会议，指挥并监督作业队伍执行HSE规定；Attend the safety meeting, instruct and supervise the operator for following the HSE regulations.参加事故事件和未遂事件的调查；Participate in the investigation of accidents, incidents, and near miss.在认为危险的情况下，有权停止作业。Be authorized to stop work if deemed dangerous.司钻岗位责任制一 岗位责任制：(Post Responsibility)1 负责组织全班人员完成监督的作业指令和其他工作。(Be responsible for organizing the rig crew to perform drilling supervisors instructions and other work)2 组织全班人员严格执行各项安全生产制度和设备安全操作规程，杜绝违章作业，确保安全生产。(Organize the rig crew to strictly perform all safety working system and equipments safety operating procedures, preventing peccancy operation, ensure safety work)3 组织全班人员按制度对设备、仪表、工具进行检查、维护、保养，确保运转使用正常。(Organize the rig crew to check, maintain and lubricate the equipments、instruments、tools, and ensure efficient running )4 负责钻井绞车的操作，组织完成钻井施工和其它作业。(Be responsible for operating the drawworks, organizing and performing all drilling operations and other work)5 负责司钻房、封井器气控制台、死绳固定器的检查和保养工作，了解掌握井控系统各阀门开关状况、并能熟练操作。(Be in charge of checking and maintaining the drillers house、air control console、dead line anchor, and know about all the well control systems valves status and can operate masterly ) 6 掌握井下情况、钻具结构及井下工具性能、泥浆参数。在井下复杂情况预兆时，立即报告当班带班队长和监督，并组织全班按作业指令进行处理。(Know well the down-hole conditions, BHA and down-hole tools performance, mud parameters. When the complicated hole signs appear, report to the on-duty tool-pusher and drilling supervisor immediately, and organize the rig crew to treat with it according to the instructions)7 负责填写IADC报表、司钻交接记录、钻具记录及其它要求的资料。检查钻井设备的运转和保养记录，确保原始资料的齐、全、准。(Be responsible for filling in IADC report、drillers connection record sheet、drill pipe record and other data required . Checking equipments running and maintaining record, ensure the completeness and correctness of the initial data)8 负责组织召开班前会安排工作和班后会总结完成作业指令情况，对好的要表扬，差的要批评。(Be responsible for organizing pre-shift work arrangement meeting and summarizing the completion of the instructions after shift meeting, praising those who did a good job and commenting those who did a bad job.)9 对班组人员进行安全及技术培训。(Perform HSE and technical training to the shifts). 巡回检查项点：Circular Inspection Routs 值班房（各种资料、手电筒、）、钻台上（大绳及大绳固定、各钻井参数仪及传感器、钻机及刹车系统、司钻操作台、井控主控台、节控箱、钻台下（井控系统、井口固定、井架底座）、循环系统（钻井液、泥浆泵、固控设备）、场地（钻具、井场标准化）。 Dog house(All kinds of data, flashlight), Rig floor (drilling line and its fastness, all drilling instruments and sensors, rig and brake system, driller console, well control console, choke control box), Under the rig floor (BOP system, well head fastness, substructure ), Circulating system(drilling mud, mud pump, solid control equipment), Rig site (drill pipe, site standardization ). 司钻的HSE 职责Drillers HSE Responsibility安全有效的组织实施钻井作业，对井和班组人员安全负责；Organize and perform all drilling operations in a safe and efficient manner. Responsible for the safety of the well and rig crew.有责任按照HSE规定和程序进行作业；Carry out work according to relevant HSE requirement.负责井控、溢流观察工作；Be responsible for well control, flow check.注意井下异常情况并及时做出反应；Observe any abnormal downhole situations, and react correspondingly and timely.协调第三方服务商在现场的作业；Coordinate activities of all service contractors related to the drilling operation.协助带班队长组织和参与应急预案的演练；Assist toolpusher on organizing and participating in emergency drills.确保工作许可制度的执行和符合公司HSE管理体系的要求；Ensure that the work permit system is implemented and adhered to the requirements of HSE-MS.定期检查和测试安全设备，确保其完好；Carry out periodic inspection and function test of safety equipment and ensure their integrity.在日常工作中，协助平台经理处理相关安全事务，Assist rig manager in safety related matters in daily work.参加事故事件、未遂事件的调查；Participate in the accidents and near miss investigation.协助带班队长组织相关作业的安全工作分析；Assist toolpusher organize the safe job analysis related to the drilling operation.及时上报各种事故或未遂事件；Report accidents or near misses in time.在认为危险的情况下，有权停止作业。Be authorized to stop work if deemed dangerous. 副司钻岗位责任制. 岗位责任制：Post Responsibility1 负责泥浆泵、灌注泵及地面、钻台各高低压泥浆阀门组的正确操作和维修保养。(Be responsible for the operation and maintenance of the mud pump, charging pump and all high & low pressure mud valves on rig floor )2 协助司钻组织全班人员完成各项指令，司钻不在时代替其岗位。(Assist (help) driller to carry out the drilling operation in a safe and efficient manner, Replacer driller when he is off work)3 钻井过程中，应经常注意泵压变化并协助泥浆工观察泥浆罐液面高度变化，若发现异常应立即通知司钻及泥浆工，查明原因，进行处理。(During drilling operation, should pay attention to the pump pressures changes and assist mud man to observe the mud pit level. If abnormal signs appear, report to the driller and mud man immediately. )4 负责地面及钻台管汇、泥浆泵、工具配件、高低压管线、阀门组的清洁卫生和防腐工作。(In charge of cleaning and corrosion prevention of all the manifolds on the ground and rig floor, mud pump, tools, hi-pressure & low-pressure pipe, valve unions )5 负责泥浆泵、封井器远控台、液控管排、封井器主体的运转、检查、保养更换配件及异常情况的资料填写。(Be responsible for mud pump, remote control console of BOP, hydraulic control pipe, BOP stacks s running, checking, maintaining, and changing spare parts and filling in forms on the abnormal things)6 协助泥浆工配制泥浆。(Assist mud man to mix drilling mud). 巡回检查项点：Circular Inspection Routs 泥浆泵、灌注泵、地面及钻台高低压管汇阀门及地面管线、循环系统压力表、封井器远控台、液控管排、封井器主体、工具及配件。 (Mud pump, charging pump, hi-pressure and low-pressure valves manifold, pressure gauges, remote control console , hydraulic pipe, BOP s, tools and fittings ). 副司钻HSE 职责 Assistant Driller(AD) Responsibility在司钻离岗（如休息）情况下代行司钻的职责；Replace the driller when he is off work (such as tea break).帮助司钻组织和进行安全有效的作业；Assist driller to carry out the drilling operation in a safe and efficient manner.负责泵房设备的维护和保养；In charge of pumping system.在钻台和井架上帮助其他人工作；Assist other crew members to work at the rig floor and derrick.有责任按照HSE规定和程序进行作业；Carry out the HSE rules and procedures during work.及时上报各种事故或未遂事件；Report accidents or near misses in time.在认为危险的情况下，有权停止作业。Be authorized to stop work if there is any potential danger.司机岗位责任制Motorman Post Responsibility一 岗位责任制：Post Responsibility System1 负责井场内（包括营地）发电机、压风机、各种柴油机（消防泵、照明车、圆井泵）等设备的正常运转、使用和日常保养工作。 To be responsible for routine inspection, using & maintaining of the Generator, Air-compressor, all Engines (fire fighting pump, tower light , cell pump) and other equipment at the rig site & main camp.2 负责在上班前下班后检查营房发电机的运行状况，有异常及时通知司机长。 To be responsible for checking the running situation of camp generator before and after shift, if there is anything abnormal, notice the master motorman timely.3 负责SCR房内卫生及各设备工作状态检查，并写好运转记录和保养牌。 To be responsible for cleaning SCR house and checking all equipment running situation, and filling in running & lubricating record.4 负责远程打水泵的检查使用。 Be responsible for checking and using other remote control water pump.5 负责油水管理，对井场、营房、打水井等所有柴油、汽油量进行检查，并及时汇报带班队长。 To be responsible for the management of fuel and water, checking the quantity of all diesel and gasoline at rig site and main camp, and report it to toolpusher in time .6 负责对所管设备进行“十字”作业。 To be responsible for operating equipment being charged in accordance with the “ten words” method .7 做好材料、配件检修计划 Get materials & spare parts examination and repair plan in ready.8 协助泥浆工配制泥浆等。To assist mud man to mix drilling fluid .井架工岗位责任制Derrick Man Post Responsibility. 岗位责任制：Post Responsibility System 1 负责起下钻时二层平台的安全操作，下套管时套管扶正台的安全操作及各种高空作业的安全操作。 Be responsible for operating safely on the monkey board when tripping in/out drill string , operating the stabbing board when running casing and responsible for all high space safety operating.2 负责井架、天车、游车、大钩、水龙头、转盘、载人气动绞车、气葫芦、二层台排管架、拉钻铤绞车、套管扶正台、大绳及各种悬吊绳索、立管、水龙带、磙子方补芯的检查、维护、保养工作。 Be responsible for inspecting, maintaining and lubricating derrick, crown block, traveling block, swivel, rotary table, manride hoister, air hoister, pipe rack of monkey board, hoister for pulling DC, stabbing board, drilling line, all hanging tugs, stand pipe, swivel hose, kelly bushing .3 负责安全带的管理和使用。 Be in charge of managing and utilizing the safety belt.4 协助副司钻工作，副司钻不在时，代替其岗位，是班内安全员。 Assist AD work, act on assistant drillers behalf when he is off work, act as shift HSE officer 5 负责填写本岗位的设备运转、检查、保养更换，做好安全检查记录。 Be responsible for recording the running, checking, maintaining, spare parts replacing of the equipment dominated by himself, and recording the safety inspection.6 带领钻工完成司钻安排的其他辅助工作。 Be responsible for leading floorman to complete other secondary work arranged by driller . 巡回检查项点：Circular Inspection Routs 井口、井架底座、钻井大绳、井架悬挂系统、二层平台、套管扶正台、钻台、安全带及其他安全设备、值班房。 Well Responsibility在起下钻时在井架上工作；Work on derrick when tripping in /out well with drill string.协助副司钻的泵房工作；Assist AD work in the pump room.保持工作区域内的设备完好；Maintain equipment at his responsible areas in a well condition.参加应急演练，参加安全会议和安全检查；Participate in emergency drills, and contribute to all safety meetings and HSE inspection.保持安全的工作环境；Maintain a safe working environment.穿戴要求的个人防护用品；Take proper PPE.执行或帮助执行司钻或其他管理人员分配的任务；Perform or assist in the work assigned by driller or other management.确保自身和同事安全；To ensure his own safety and that of his fellow employees.及时上报各种事故或未遂事件；Report accidents or 负责机械设备：绞车、泥浆泵、盘刹及其动力源、液压大钳（包括套管钳）及其动力源、液压猫头、气葫芦、载人气动绞车、封井器吊装系统、井架起升液压系统、司钻房内部分仪器仪表、电焊机、气瓶、机械修理房的正常运转和维修工作，检查各岗位对设备维修保养和使用情况，保证设备台台完好。(Take charge of mechanical equipment : drawworks, mud pump, disk brake and its power, hydraulic tone(including casing tone) and its power source , hydraulic cathead , air-hoist, manride air-hoist, BOP hoist system, masts hydraulic raising system, part of instruments in the driller house ,electric welding machine, gas cylinders. In charge of repairing and keeping the mechanical repair house in good conditions, check each post about their using and maintaining to equipments , ensure each equipment in good conditions) 2 负责组织设备的零件、部件更换和修理，同时做好修旧利废和小改小革工作。(Take charge of organizing spare partss repair and replacement , meanwhile to take steps to repair used parts and use wastrel for saving money )3 负责检查所管理设备运转记录，并按规定及时上交。(Be in charge of checking equipments running record, and handing in these reports in time )4 负责指导各岗位人员合理操作各种设备及正确使用各种工具。(Be responsible for conducting each person to operate all equipment reasonably and use all kinds of tools correctly )5 负责各种维修工具的检修保养工作。(Take charge of repairing and maintaining all service tools ).巡回检查项点：Circular inspection Routs 井场、钻台、车工房、材料房、机泵房、电气焊设备。 (Rig site, rig floor, mechanical room, store house, engine house, pump house, electric, gas, welding equipment ). 机械工长HSE职责Mechanic HSE Responsibility 负责设备的维护和修理，确保设备安全完好；Be responsible for the maintenance and repairing of equipment, ensure its integrity.确保维修工房、工作区域和设备保持清洁整齐；Ensure that the workshops, work areas and equipment are always maintained in clean and tidy condition.与电气工程师和钻工们保持良好的沟通；Ensure effective communication with the electrical engineers and drilling shift.确保工作许可制度的执行和符合公司HSE管理体系的要求；Ensure that the work permit system is implemented and adhered to the requirements of HSE-MS.及时上报各种事故或未遂事件；Report accidents or near misses in time.在认为危险的情况下，有权停止作业。Be authorized to stop work if deemed dangerous.电气工程师岗位责任制Electrical Engineer Responsibility. 岗位责任制：Post Responsibility System1 负责全队井场及营房电气设备运行及管理工作，认真贯彻执行管理制度和电气安全操作规程，解决电气设备运行这的技术问题，保证全井场电气设备运转良好；满足甲方及生产要求。 To be responsible for the maintenance of the electrical equipment at rig site and main camps, seriously carry out management system and electrical safety operation procedures;
