Earthing)-54 六16600t化学品成品油轮危险区电气设备选择及相关的要求-56Electric equipment selection and relative requirement used in Hazardous Area on 16600t chemical tanker-56七.其他注意事项-57Other should put attention items -57录A 电缆敷设要求-59Appendix A Requirements for Cable laying-59附录B 居住区内的电气设备安装高度要求-62Appendix B The height requirement of installation of electric equipment inside the accommodation space -62附录C 居住舱以外处所的电气设备安装高度要求-64Appendix C The height requirement of installation of electric equipment outside the accommodation space.-64一 电气设备施工原则工艺Production principle workmanship for electric equipments二 说明:Description:本船建造原则工艺(电气部分)根据有关规范结合有关通用工艺编制。The “Production principle workmanship for electric equipments” for this vessel is according to relative rules and regulations as well as ref. to common workmanships of our country.三 船舶总体概况:本船是的一艘设计来运载闪点低于60的精制石油产品及化学品油轮,可以用于运载一二品种的油品和配有2个污油舱。该船入美国ABS船级。本船设置1台低中速,立式7冲程,STX-MAN S35MC7(主机型号:7S35MC-MK7)主机,最大持续功率5180KW ,转速173RPM。本船选用3台安庆大发产的520Kw船用柴油发电机组,由压缩空气起动,三台机组可长时间并车运行。另设一台200Kw船用发电机用作停泊/应急发电机,作为应急设备的供电电源,应急发电机由电瓶起动。本船是附加ACCU标志, 机器可处于24小时无人值班。在机舱设集控室,集控室内安装了主配电板、集控台、和监测报警系统。集控台上主要安装了主机遥控装置、机舱监测报警系统、车钟、泵遥控装置等。驾驶室安装驾控台,驾控台主要安装了主机遥控装置、艏侧推遥控装置、导航设备、电罗经、自动舵、总报警、广播、消防泵控制、航行灯,信号灯控制板等装置。本船货油控制室安装2个控制台,一个是FRAMO专用控制台,和一个货控台,货控台上安装有装载计算机、液位遥测系统,压载泵,消防泵控制等系统,及舱底水排放监测、货舱高位报警等。本船无线电通信设备按GMDSS标准配套,其中有250W中/短波收发信机、3台甚高频无线电话、卫星紧急无线电示位标、航告接收机、3台救生艇用手提甚高频无线电话、及2台雷达应答器。本船导航设备主要有:S/X波段雷达各一台、测深仪、计程仪、1台DGPS、1台GPS,自动舵、电罗经,磁罗经、风速,风向仪、气象传真接收机等。本船AC230V电由2台3相100KVA互为备用的变压器由主配电板供电,应急AC230V电网由2台3相30KVA变压器由应急配电板供电。Ship General Description:The ship is designed as a tanker to carry refined petroleum products with flash point below 60 oC and chemical products. The cargo system to be able to handle twelve (12) grades of cargo with 12 cargo tanks, with two (2) with two (2) independent slop tanks. Classification: ABS.This vessel is equipped with one vertical low speed, 7-stroke STX-MAN S35MC7(Type:7S35MC-MK7)main engine, with MCR: 5180KW ,173RPM。Three generators sets are made by ANQING DAIHATSU is supplied on board with 520Kw, started by compressed air, which can work in parallel all the time. And the vessel equipped with one 200Kw generator works as harbor and emergency for supplying power for emergency equipments, which is started by battery. The vessel classification including ACCU symbol, the machinery in engine room can work with non-attention for 24 hours. There is one engine control room is designed in engine room, which is designed for main switch board, ECC, AMS etc. The ECC is mainly used for installation of M/E remote control device, AMS system, telegraph, and pumps remote control device etc. There is one wheel house control console is located in wheel house, which is mainly used for installing M/E remote control device, bow thruster remote control device, navigations equipments, gyro-compass, auto-pilot, general alarm, public-address, fire pump control, navigation light and signal light control panel device etc. There are two consoles in cargo control room, one is FRAMO special console, another is cargo control console, which is installed with loading computer, remote level measuring system, water ballast pump/fire pump control system, as well as ODME system, and cargo tank high level and high high level alarm system etc.The radio equipment for this vessel is supplied according to GMDSSs required standard, of which, MF/HF 250W radio transceiver, three sets of VHF radio telephone, EPIRB, NEVTEX receiver, portable VHF for lifeboat, as well as two radar transponders are installed on board.The navigation equipments for this vessel mainly are: S band/ X band radar, echo sounder, speed log, 1 set of DGPS, 1 set of GPS, autopilot, gyro-compass, magnetic compass, anemometer, weather facsimile etc.The 230V AC power is fed from main switch board through two transformers,100 KVA each, maybe back up each other, and the emergency 230 V AC power is fed from emergency switch board through two transformers, 30 KVA each, maybe back up each other.1. 电缆敷设 Cable laying电缆的选型:Type of cable16600t化学品成品油轮选用国产电缆。选用型号如下:Domestic cable is used for this chemical product tanker, the type is suggested to be used for following systems:用途 purpose 选用电缆型号 type of cable备注 remark动力系统 power systemCEF90/SA(室内 indoor)CEF92/SA(室外outdoor)照明系统 lighting systemCEF90/SA(室内indoor)CEF92/SA(室外outdoor)通信,信号电缆communication, signal cableCHEF82/SA X2X0.75 防火区域fire-proof zoneCEF90/NA、CEF80/NA、CEF92/NA、货油压载控制系统cargo ballast control systemCEFP90/SA 电缆的制造应根据IEC 60092-351标准来完成。Electrical cables are to be constructed in accordance with IEC 60092-351 standard.2. 电缆敷设的图纸依据Cable laying to be according to following drawings requirements电缆应按设计部门提供的“电气设备系统图”、“电气设备布置图”、“配电系统图”、“主干电缆走向图”、“电气施工设计电缆清册”等有关施工图纸和技术文件进行敷设。All cables laying to be according to “electric equipment system drawing”、 “arrangement of electric equipment drawing” 、 “power distribution system drawing”、 “trunk cable laying way drawing”、 “cable list of production design drawing” etc., and relative documents.3电缆敷设的一般要求 电缆的走向应尽可能平直且易于检修。电缆敷设时一般工艺技术要求见附录A。电缆通过舱底花钢板下敷设时,应采用镀锌钢管或PULICA管敷设,花钢板下接线处用软管进行防水保护。电缆的走向应避免潮气或水滴凝结的影响。电缆的走线应尽量远离锅炉、热管、电阻器等热源,并且要有不受机械损伤的保护。电缆线路与蒸汽管或排气管交叉敷设时相距不小于80mm;平行敷设相距不小于100mm(自绝热层外表算起),否则应采取隔热措施。电缆穿过舱壁时,电缆与蒸汽管道法兰的距离若法兰直径大于75毫米时应大于450毫米,电缆与蒸汽管道法兰的距离若蒸汽管道法兰的直径小于或等于75毫米时应大于300毫米。电缆不应直接埋在隔热或隔音绝缘层内。雷达桅、前桅电缆沿镀锌电缆托架或镀锌电缆扁铁敷设到设备或灯具。凡导航设备的电缆和进入无线电室的所有电缆均应连续屏蔽,与无线电室无关的电缆不应经过无线电室,如必须经过时,应将电缆敷设在金属管道里,此管道在进出无线电室处均应可靠接地。计程仪和测深仪的讯号接收电缆应与电力电缆分开敷设,用电缆管单独保护。所有音频用电缆,包括用于低阻抗音频电路的电缆,例如扩音器电路,都应有金属护套,或金属屏蔽或敷设在金属护罩内,护套、屏蔽、护罩均应接地。本质安全型电路应具有各自的专用的电缆并应与非本质安全型电路的电缆分开敷设,不应束在一起,不应放在同一电缆罩壳内,也不应用同一线板固定。 General requirement for cable layingCable laying direction to be as straight as possible for easy access.The technical requirement for cable laying workmanship, please refer to Appendix A below. If cable laying under the designed steel plate in bottom, be protected by steel pipe or PULICA plastic pipe. And the connection section of cable to be protected by flexible pipe. Cable should lay and avoid the influence of humidity and moisture Cable to be laid far from heat source of boiler, heating pipe, resistor etc and protected from mechanical damage. If the cable laying across the steam pipe or exhaust pipe, the minimum distance to be more than 80mm; if lay in parallel, the minimum allow distance to be more than 100mm(from insulation layer), otherwise, some insulation method to be taken into account. While cable laying through bulkhead and near to steam pipe, if the flange diameter of steam pipe more than 75mm, cable should keep away, the minimum distance is more than 450mm; if the flange diameter of steam pipe less than 75mm, minimum distance be more than 300mm to keep away. Cable cant be directly buried in heat insulation or sound insulation layer. Cable to be laid by galvanized cable tray or galvanized flat bar to equipment or light fixture on radar mast, foremast,Every navigation cables and all cables should lay into radio room should be shielded continuously. Irrespective cables for radio room not allow to lay through radio room, otherwise should be laid in steel pipe which to be grounded at both sides properly. Speed log and echo sounder signal cables to be laid separately from power cables and individually protected by steel pipe. Tank and F.O.Tank50_电缆筒(框)离舱壁、甲板距离Distance of cable trunk(box) from bulkhead and deck20_组装支架间距Spacing between fixing brackets弯曲处Curved space250_直道处Straight space300_经管子和管道中安装和穿管系数Percentage of cable laid through pipe and trunk40%_最小弯曲内半径Minimum inner radius of bendD25,热塑性材料和弹性材料绝缘金属护套、铠装、编织以及硬金属护套电缆D25,thermoplastic material and elastic material insulated metallic sleeve, armoured braidedd and hard metallic sleeve cable4D_D为电缆外径D means cable diameter其它Others6D_芯线长度Length of cable coreentering equipment照明灯具Lighting fixture150_开关、插座、接线盒、警铃等Switch, receptacle, connecting box,alarm bell etc120_4电缆托架本船建议使用梯形电缆支架作为主付干电缆的托架。梯形电缆支架内场焊接制造后除去毛刺、锐边,涂两度防锈底漆后,库存室内待装船。本船分支电缆采用扁钢支架敷设。扁钢在内场切割弯制后,涂两度防锈底漆,库存室内待装船。扁钢支架允许最多两排并列安装。一般情况下,在敷设电缆前,电缆支架或扁铁的焊接处的甲板或舱壁应完整涂装。从机舱(部分从驾驶室)到船头及货舱甲板面的电缆,使用气密保护管保护并认为该保护管作电缆支架使用。该段电缆在一定间隔内安装电缆分线箱和膨胀接头。该电缆管的内截面积至少应是所有电缆截面积之和的2.倍(也即所有电缆束的电缆的截面积之和不应超出电缆管内截面积的40)磁罗经区域周围4米空间内的电缆支架或扁铁,采用不锈钢(9Ti18Ni)制作。食品库、冷藏库应使用不锈钢扁铁支架。 Cable tray Trapezia cable tray is suggested to be used for trunk cable and branch cable laying for this vessel. Trapezia cable tray maybe made indoor workshop, after welding, should grind smoothly, then spray two layer of paint, and put in storehouse for later use. Flat steel bar can be used for embranchment cable laying. Flat steel bar can be cut and bended then paint two layer of rust-resistance paint in workshop before hand. Flat steel bar is allowed to be laid in parallel maximum two rows. In generally, before installation of the cable, should completely finish all layers of painting at the welding point of mounting feet of cable tray and flat steel bar which arewelded to the bulkhead or deck. Cable from poop to forecastle, above main deck but under catwalk to be lay in galvanized steel pipe. this part of cable pipe should install several cable distribution box and expansion joint at certain distance. The section area of steel cable pipe should be more than 2.5 times of sum of total cables section area, that is the sum of total cable section area should less than 40% of steel cable pipe section area. Cable tray or steel cable bar located near to magnetic compass within four meters in distance, stainless steel(9Ti18Ni)cable tray or stainless steel(9Ti18Ni)flat bar to be used. 5电缆的保护容易受到机械损伤的电缆,应以金属槽、罩壳、PULICA管或钢管来保护,并且有效接地。用作电缆机械保护的金属罩壳,厚度一般不应小于3mm,并涂两度防锈底漆一度面漆。电缆穿过甲板时,必须用金属电缆管、电缆筒或电缆围板保护,一般室内至少防护到250mm高,室外至少防护到350mm高。安装在可能有受机械损伤倾向位置的电缆,用镀锌电缆管或PULICA管或电缆罩壳进行保护。货舱甲板面上从电缆箱到电器设备的电缆应使用镀锌电缆管或PULICA管进行保护。PULICA管一般只用于单根电缆的保护。选择电缆管时应注意:多根电缆穿过电缆管时,所有电缆束的电缆的截面积之和不应超出电缆管内截面积的40,但单根电缆,不作具体要求。敷设在甲板上或艏艉步桥上的电缆用镀锌电缆保护管保护,为防止船体构膨胀和走动对电缆管的影响,电缆管应设防伸缩接头,从电缆管分支出来的电缆用电缆箱分支。该主干电缆管建议内外镀锌处理。货油舱顶上甲板面上的分支电缆管,电缆管离甲板面至少100毫米。建议机舱贯穿到船艏的主干电缆管形式如E图。带有电缆管和分线箱的电缆管子,其布置应能使凝水能排出。所有电缆管,若有弯曲,应保证足够的弯曲半径。管子和电缆管道内部应光滑,且其端部应整形不使电缆护套受到损伤。根据IEC 60092-101, PULICA管和尼龙扎带应为阻燃型。根据规范4-8-4/21.9.3(b), 该阻燃性证书或测试报告应提交现场验船师检验。 Protection of cable Cable to be protected by metal groove, metal cover, PULICA plastic pipe or steel pipe if it is easy to be mechanical damaged. The thickness of metal cover use for cable mechanical protection, in generally not less than 3mm, and the metal cover should coat two layer of bottom anti-stain paint and one layer of finish paint. Cable laying through deck, should be protected by cable pipe, or cable frame, or cable boarding. The height of protection cable pipe, or cable frame, or cable boarding should be 250mm height for indoor, and 350mm height for outdoor. Cable laying where it maybe mechanical damaged should lay in steel pipe or PULICA plastic pipe to protect it. Cable laying on cargo tank deck (main deck) from cable distribution box to electric equipment to be protected by steel pipe or PULICA plastic pipe. PULICA plastic cable pipe normally is used for protection of single cable. Should put attention on choosing the protection pipe, if multi-cable will lay through the protection pipe, the sum of total cables section area should not exceed 40% of the cable protection pipe section area. But not require for single cable protection pipe section area occupation factor. Cable laying on deck or on catwalk, to be protected by galvanized steel pipe, consideration of the influence from hull structure expansion and man movement influence, the cable protection pipe should connect flexible joint. Cable leading from main cable protection pipe should be by means of cable distribution box. The main cable protection pipe should be galvanized on both sides (inside surface and outside surface). The branch cable protection pipe laying on cargo tank top deck should be 100 mm at least above the deck.
