摘 要
椭圆轴在机械中主要用于支承齿轮带轮、凸轮以及连杆等传动件,传递扭矩,它是机器零件的重要组成部分。由于很多零件有很多相同的组成部分,特别是轴类零件,由于对称性,所以很多零件的组成部分都是相同的,对于相同的部分数控加工通常可以用子程序编程,可以很大的提高效率。用户宏程序允许使用变量,还可以进行算术和逻辑运算及条件转移,用户可根据需要开发一些固定循环,加工程序可用一条简单指令调出用户宏程序,使得编制形状相似零件或部位的加工程序更为方便,而且还能实现对复杂零件的手工编程加工,以及使一些特殊型面的加工变得非常方便。
本课题椭圆轴的设计主要是针对各传动零件传动轨迹为椭圆形的传动方式。数控加工零件精度高、质量稳定。数控机床的定位精度和重复定位精度都很高,较容易保证椭圆轴尺寸的一致性,只要工艺设计和程序正确合理,加之精心操作,就可以保证零件获得较高的加工精度,也便于对加工过程实行质量控制。数控加工自动化程度高,可以减轻操作者的体力劳动强度。加工过程是按输入的程序自动完成的,操作者只需起始对刀、装卸工件、更换刀具,在加工过程中,主要是观察和监督机床运行。

Abstract
Elliptical shaft in the machine is mainly used for supporting the belt wheel gear, cam and connecting rod transmission parts, transmission torque, it is an important part of machine parts. Because many parts have many of the same parts, especially shaft parts, due to symmetry, so the part of a lot of parts are the same, for NC machining of parts of the same can usually be used subroutine programming, can greatly improve the efficiency of. User macro program allows the use of variables, can also transfer arithmetic and logical operations and conditions, the user may need to develop some fixed cycle, processing program used a simple command to bring up the user macro program, the processing program makes preparation of similar parts or parts of the shape is more convenient, but also can realize the manual programming of complex parts processing, and make some special surface processing has become very convenient.
The design is mainly aimed at the axis of the transmission parts transmission path for transmission oval. NC machining of high precision, stable quality. Accuracy and repeatability of positioning accuracy of CNC machine tools are very high, is easy to ensure the consistency of the ellipse size, as long as the process design and program are correct and reasonable, and careful operation, can ensure that the parts to obtain a higher precision, but also facilitate the implementation of quality control of machining process. The NC machining of high degree of automation, can reduce labor intensity of the operator's manual. The process is completed automatically according to the input program, the operator only needs to start the tool, workpiece loading and unloading, change tools, in the processing process, the main is to observe and supervise the operation of the machine tool.
