SY-4A 膨胀剂SY-4A 膨胀剂为粉剂（灰白色粉末），属于铝酸盐类混凝土膨胀剂（又名UEA）。本品掺入混凝土后，与水泥水化产物反应生成硫铝酸钙，在混凝土中产生膨胀作用，在钢筋约束作用下，这种膨胀能够转变为压应力补偿混凝土收缩，消除混凝土因干缩和冷缩的体积缩小，特别是混凝土凝结硬化初期1-4d内提供足够的膨胀源。防止混凝土早期开裂。本品可广泛的适用于交通、水利、人防、电力、市政等有抗裂、抗渗、防水、防冻、防污水侵蚀、接缝、填充等要求的混凝土工程中。一、 主要技术性能指标及特点表格掺入本品不改变基准混凝土的坍落度，不加剧基准混凝土的坍落度损失状况。本品不改变混凝土的凝结时间早、后期强度。本品还能增强混凝土抗硫酸盐侵蚀能力。本品不含氯盐，对钢筋无锈蚀作用，无毒，无刺激性和放射性，不污染环境。二、 使用方法和施工注意事项推荐掺量：内掺胶凝材料总量的612%。计算方法：掺入本品的混凝土配合比设计及施工应参照GB50119-2003混凝土外加剂应用技术规范，补偿收缩混凝土推荐掺量为7%，后浇带（加强带）推荐掺量为10%；每立方米混凝土最低内掺量为20kg，最高内掺量为20kg。最高内掺量为50kg，水泥和本品最少用量320kg。本品应与水泥一起加入搅拌机，并应延长搅拌时间30S。对于泵送混凝土应注意防止产生因塌落度大，沉降不均匀而产生的裂缝；浇注至一定面积后及时进行保湿、注意养护。浇筑间隔时间不得超过混凝土的初凝时间。三、 产品包装、运输、储存：包装：采用内衬塑料薄膜编织袋包装，规格：501kg/袋。运输：可用汽车或火车运输，在运输过程中应注意防破损、防潮。储存：应存放于通风、干燥处，注意防破损、防潮。有效期：二年。SY-4A expansive admixture SY-4A expansion admixture is powder (white powder), is aluminate type concrete expansive admixture (also known as UEA).
