Prepared to develop career in the commercial field-outgoing personality-Able to communicate with different levels-Good knowledge in PC operations -Proficiency in written and spoken English/Mandarin则你相应地考虑自己的qualification的选择和表述,如你可写(与上列各项对应):-University graduate with major in Marketing-Having actively participated in Business clubs activities and learned accounting and management-Good in communication with people and like a lot of out door activities know how to tackle with people from all walks of life-Skillful in operating Words,Excel,Lotus1-2-3,etc-Fluent in English and studied advanced level of Mandarin这个方法的好处是可让求职者清楚了解该职位是否适合自己,而本身资料又是否切合要求,而且,明白了各项要求后,就可依据每一点在履历表上重点提出自己在该方面的强项。 Three years of job experience in different positions have offered me opportunities to understand different job aspects.-As a General Clerk(IBM),Accounts clerk (Manley Toy Trading),I have learned how to prepare purchasing orders, place orders, handle accounting mattery, check voucher,.also(Salesgirl, Esprin)developing the technique of sellina, serving and stocking. Job Objective通常,一般求者只会在履历表开端简单地写上所应征的职位“Position Applied: Management Trainee”或“I am appling for.” 比如这个不错的例子job objective To begin as a Marketing Management Trainee, with opportunity to advance to executive level and contribute to the development of firm. Annie: Good Morning. Let me introduce myself. My names Annie Hall and Im new here.Peter: Pleased to meet you. Im Peter Alan, assistant to the Personnel Manager. Welcome to our company. 在正式场合中, 要用Good morning/afternoon或How do you do,同时要握握手来显示你的诚意。 Let me introduce myself. My names Annie Hall,你还可以说Let me introduce myself. My names Annie. Annie: Could you introduce me to the manager?Peter: Of course. Ms. Hall. Mr. White, let me introduce you to Ms. Annie Hall, the new clerk in your department.White: How do you do. Im Alex White. Were going to be working together.Annie: How do you do. Ive been looking forward to meeting you, Mr. White. Could you introduce me to sb.? 1. I havent met your managing director yet. 2. I dont know anyone here. Youll have to introduce me.(这里的人我都不认识。 1. Let me introduce you to our managing director. 2. Ill introduce you to our managing director. This is Mr. Johnson, our managing director.(我会把你介绍给我们的总裁。 当然用Glad to meet you. 或Pleased to meet you. Ive heard a lot about you. 1. It was very nice to have met you.2. It was nice meeting you.3. Hope to see you again.第一天上班其实很简单哦!work experience is the type of work youve done in the past. If you havent started working yet you can say Right now Im still a student. or Im a recent grad and Ihavent started working yet. In the second sentence, recent grad is short for recent graduate and means that you have just finished school. 如果尚未开始工作,就可以回答“Right now Im still a student.”(现在我还是个学生。)或者说“Im a recent grad and I havent started working yet.”(我刚刚毕业,还没有开始工作。) Second One: Whats your greatest weakness? This is a popular question that western employers like to ask to make candidates nervous! In fact, they ask this to know how you respond to a difficult question. You shouldnt answer by telling your greatest weakness since you might not get the job! Instead, you can tell them something that isnt directly related to the job position. Third One: Why do you feel you are qualified for this job? This question is a good opportunity to brag a little bit. You should talk about some extra skills you have that maybe wasnt included in your resume, or talk about your greatest strength in more detail. Fourth One: What kind of salary did you have in mind?Salary is how much money you earn, usually per year. When asked this, its best to answer with a salary range or approximation and not an exact figure. This shows that you are familiar with the industry if you know what the approximate salary should be. Fifth One: If hired, when could you start work? When answering this its best not to say you can start right away. This might make you seem very desperate for a job. A safe answer would be I can start at the beginning of next month. 一个非常保险的回答可以是“I can start at the beginning of next month.”(我下月初可以开始上班。)Sixth One: What kind of work does the posi-tion involve? You can ask this to clarify exactly what kind of work youll be doing. 1. What can you tell me about yourself? This is not an invitation to give your life history. The interviewer is looking for clues about your character, qualifications, ambitions, and motivationsThe following is a good example of a positive response. In high school I was involved in competitive sports and I always tried to improve in each sport I participated in. As a college student, I worked in a clothing store part-time and found that I could sell things easily. The sale was important, but for me, it was even more important to make sure that the customer was satisfied. It was not long before customers came back to the store and specifically asked for me to help them. Im very competitive and it means a lot to me to be the best. Why do you want to work for us? This is an obvious question and, if you have done your research on the company, you should be able to give a good reason. 0rganize your reasons into several short sentences that clearly spell out your interest. You are a leader in the field of electronics. Your company is a Fortune 5O0 company. Your management is very progressive. Why should I hire you? Be positive and show that you are capable of doing the job.Based on the internships that I have participated in and the related part-time experiences I have had, I can do the job. 4. How do you feel about your progress to date? Never apologize for what you have done.I think I did well in school. In fact, in a number of courses I received the highest exam scores in the class. Know what you can realistically accomplish. You can find out by talking to others about what they accomplished in their first five years with a particular company.I hope to be the best I can be at my job and because many in this line of work are promoted to area manager, I am planning on that also. 51Test6. What is your greatest weakness? You cannot avoid this question by saying that you do not have any, everyone has weaknesses. The best approach is to admit your weakness but show that you are working on it and have a plan to overcome it. If possible, cite a weakness that will work to the companys advantage. I m such a perfectionist that I wont stop until a job is well done. 7. What is your greatest strength? This is a real opportunity to toot your own horn. Do not brag or get too egotistical, but let the employer know that you believe in yourself and that you know your strengths.I feel that my strongest asset is my ability to stick to things to get them done. I feel a real sense of accomplishment when I finish a job and it turns out just as Id planned. Ive set some high goals for myself. For example, I want to graduate with highest distinction. And even though I had a slow start in my freshman year, I made up for it by doing an honors thesis. The byword for dress in the Western business world is conservative.
