(四) Teaching aids:Pictures, recorder, slide projector, word cards(五) Teaching procedure1. Warm-up Play a game: Listen and do some actions.2. (6) Close your eyes and dream.(7) Lets make some pancakes?(8) Can I help you?(9) Well done , Joe , youre a hero.(10) Here are a hundred dollars.四、教学反思:如何让评价有效地围绕课堂教学而开展?本节课我主要分为两大步骤进行:第一是猜谜引入,利用录象故事引人入胜;第二是这节课的亮点分层次的小组合作学习。我把学生按水平的高低分为6个小组,然后考虑每组学生的能力强弱分别设计了6个任务,让学生进行小组讨论,合作交流,最终展示他们的成果。本来这节课可以说是非常流畅而成功的。但是课堂上没有有实力但是没有成功胜出的小组,不禁引起了我的思考:如何在下次上课中避免相同的情况出现,做到既公平又合理,而获奖的小组又实至名归呢?经过认真的反思后,我决定采用A/B/C等级评价制度,不限定每题的分数,让所有学生与老师一起共同评价该小组属于什么等级。这样既可以准确公平地评出优秀小组,又极大提高学生的热情。在同一课我跟踪实践了以上的评价方法,证明是正确的,合适的评价方法。课堂评价是指教师在课堂上对学生个人进行记录与评价。记录的方式(形式)及材料可根据不同年级、不同的年龄特点而不同。我对五年级学生进行记录的方式一般是画星星等图案,如果有同学第一次累计10个星星就可以换一棵“树苗”, 第二次就“收成”一个果实,挂在写有自己英文名的树上,如此类推,最多果实的前5名就是本班的“英语之星”,可以得到一份小纪念品,评选“英语之星”没有时间限制也没有名额限制。其次,评价方式的多元化,才能使每个学生都有机会成为优秀者。我们强调评价的形成性并且关注个体差异,这就要运用多种的评价方法对学生进行评价,除了纸笔测验以外,还有访谈评价、问卷评价、运用核查表进行观察、小论文、成长记录袋评价和表现性评价等。可以选择三种形
