With the rapid development and extensive application of network information technology in the 21st century, computer networks based on IPv4 protocol gradually exposed IP address shortage issue and the routing tables rapid growth issue. In this paper, based on the theoretical analysis and practical research, first, introduce and analyze the IPV6 protocol and conclude the main advantage of IPv6 than IPv4; second, discuss the main issues in the application of IPv6; after all, research the design of campus network construction system based on IPV6.IntroductionWith the rapid development and extensive application of network information technology in the 21st century, computer networks based on IPv4 protocol gradually exposed IP address shortage issue and the routing tables rapid growth issue. At the same time, along with the deepening of Chinas education system and universities increasingly expanding, campus network rapidly increase users and have more and more business. Therefore, there also has exposed the issues of network bandwidth bottlenecks, safety management lack and multi-service demands. Those issues greatly limit the development of the campus network, so the next generation IPv6-based campus network construction is imminent and necessary. In this paper, based on the theoretical analysis and practical research, first, introduce and analyze the IPV6 protocol and conclude the main advantage of IPv6 than IPv4; second, discuss the main issues in the application of IPv6; after all, research the design of campus network construction system based on IPV6.The research Significance on the campus network construction system based on IPV6Because of its unique resources and technological advantages and the bandwidth bottlenecks multi-service requirements and safety management issues brought by college enrollment increasing, the research and deployment of next-generation campus network construction based on IPv6 play an important role in fundamentally solving the problems exposed in the current network. First, actively researching, designing and deploying IPv6 campus network is good for solving the problems of the current system of education reform. On one hand, because of the relative shortage of educational resources and regional imbalance, it makes continuous enrollment in colleges and universities to expand education scale, so that the users of the campus network are greatly increasing, resulting in bandwidth bottleneck. However, new campus network under IPv6 network protocol applying 128-bit address space can solve the original IP address space problem fundamentally. On the other hand, the construction of the campus network IPv6 protocol can effectively deal with universal education; distance education brought evolving multi-service support for the proposed campus network needs.Eventually, the research and deployment of campus network construction based on IPv6 play a significant role in perfecting the core network CERNER2 of next-generation campus network construction. We can eventually build local network node to provide IPv6 access and visit service for other users by university campus network construction. The design of campus network construction system based on IPV6Design Principles1. Open. Firstly, the campus network based on IPv6 should be an open campus network, not only meeting necessary and basic needs, but also providing a test for the construction of the next generation Internet.2. Research. At the beginning of IPv6 campus network planning and design, you should ask the high demand, based on the next-generation Internet Network for systems and cutting-edge technology research.3. Economy. Take fully into account the existing campus network infrastructure to avoid heavy re-construction and to ensure the economy in the IPv6 campus network planning.4. Advancement. IPv6 campus network is a computer network address in order to meet current and emerging issues such as inadequate construction. Therefore, we must ensure a strong processing capability and scalability.5. Reliability. Along with Internet users growing and network applications becoming increasingly complex, the IPv6 campus network construction process must fully take the various requirements of complex environments into account, and have a certain device backup and redundancy to ensure the normal operation of the network in case of emergency.6. Safety, security, IPv6 campus network is reflected in the level of network equipment security and network security. First of all, the selected network device must be able to support firewalls and data encryption, network transmission secondly, databases and various network applications must be safe.7. Scalability. In three-tier architecture of IPv6 campus network, the main function of the core layer is to balance data transmission load in the data transmission process and complete data traffic routing control.2. Convergence layer. In three-tier architecture of IPv6 campus network, the position of the convergence layer is between the access layer and core layer, so its main function is to complete the user network traffic aggregation, control and limit. It is often overloaded.3. The access layer. Access layer is directly connected with the user in the three-tier architecture IPv6 campus network, and its main function is to complete the user traffic sending.Fig3. And with the level of planning, route planning coordinated basis, by way of IP address allocation and utilization of provisions to improve the campus network the process of resource utilization, the general IP address planning consists of two parts: IP address assignment and sub-netting assignment.Routing Policy. IPv6 campus network routing strategy is carried out by determining the connection between the router IPv6 campus network strategy to ensure the effectiveness and simplicity of data transmission, and its fundamental goal is to ensure the smooth flow of the campus network capable of data transfer, the IPv6 campus network planning, routing strategies into its internal policies and external routing policy routing.Operation Management SystemThe ultimate goal of IPv6 campus network construction is to be supplied for use in schools.
