黑龙江工程学院本科生毕业设计 I 摘 要 本文 主要是对 YC4110 发动机飞轮壳加工工艺 过程 和后端面钻模 夹具进行了设计 ，先说明了研究目的和意义及其现状，再分析这次设计的内容及方法。通过对飞轮壳的工作条件、结构、技术要求的了解，对 YC4100 发动机飞轮壳进行加工工艺编制。 本文对夹具设计的相关知识进行了整合，并提出了在夹具设计中应注意的问题和应遵守的原则。在对国内外夹具的设计现状进行分析的基础上，针对中小企业广泛使用夹具常出现的情况，我们有必要对夹具进行设计，具有现代机床夹具设计的相关知识，这样可有效地提高夹具设计的速度和质量，从而提高企业 效益。此外，本文顺应现代机械设计发展趋势，利用 CAD 绘出产品零件及产品的夹具装配图同时，该设计还培养了自己 综合运用所学知识，独立完成产品设计的能力，以及分析和解决问题的能力。 关键词 ： 飞轮壳 ；工艺；夹具； CAD； 设计 nts黑龙江工程学院本科生毕业设计 II ABSTRACT This paper is YC4110 engine flywheel shell after processing techniques and the drill mold design, face first shows research purpose and meaning and its current situation, and then analyze the design content and method. Through to the flywheel shell working conditions, structure, technical requirements of understanding, YC4100 engine flywheel shell to carry on the processing of machining process.
