黑龙江工程学院本科生毕业设计 I 摘 要 PLC 在过滤流程控制系统中的应用是一个典型的 PLC 控制系统。本系统采用CQMI 系列的 PLC，对含油污水处理的沉降和过滤过程进行控制。该系统可靠性高，抗干扰能力强；配套齐全，功能完善，适用性强；易学易用，深受工程技术人员欢迎；系统的设计、建造工作量小，维护方便，容易改造；体积小，重量轻，能耗低。论文对系统资源进行分配，设计了 PLC 程序并调试等等。实际应用表明，该系统操作简单，实用，功能齐全，对国内石油田处理含油污水有着非常重要的作用。 关键词 ： 过滤控制系统； PLC； 含油污水；沉降；工艺 流程 nts黑龙江工程学院本科生毕业设计 I ABSTRACT The application of PLC in filters in the flow control system is a typical PLC control system. The system adopts CQMI series PLC to carry on the control of oil-contained sewage treatment subsidence and the filters process. This system has thigh reliability, strong anti-jamming ability, complete necessary, perfect function, strong serviceability. It is easy to know and use, and it is deeply welcomed by engineers and technicians. The work load of system design and construction is small. It is convenient to maintain and easy to transform. The system has characteristics of small volume, light weight and low energy consumption. The system resource distribution is carried, the program is designed and debugged. The practical application shows that the system operation is quite simple and practical and all the functions are completed. It plays an important role in treating the oil-contained sewage to the domestic oilfield. Key words: Filters control sys
