Warming up: Revise Unit 1 by showing them some pictures and asking them : What can he/she do?Can he/she?Step 2. Introduction1.Learn new words and read them together,especially, pay attention to their pronunciation. 2.Without showing the English spelling or Chinese meaning,have a quick test.Step 3.Work in pairs.Complete the questions in Part 1, work in pairs.Step 4.Listen and answer.1. Without opening their books, Listen to the tape in Part 2 quickly and find the answers to the questions: which monitor does Lingling/ Daming/ Tony want to be for her class? Check the answers one by one.2. Say why by reading the passage together.3. Have a small inclusion about would like to and want to.Stetp 5.Careful reading.1. Listen to the tape in Passage 2, then read it carefully and find some key points to solve them.2. Read each passage together, then freely, at last, ask some of them to read each passage.
