Learn and master the following words:allow, relation, midnight, guess, a big deal, communication, elder, instead, anymore, whatever. 2. Students can use the following expressions freely:What s wrong?too much, too many, get into a fight with sb, allow sb to do sth, so that, be good at doing,find sb doing,No problem.3. Master and use the following important sentences:A: Whats wrong?B: Im really tired because I studied until midnight last night.A: Why dont you go to sleep earlier this evening?(2) Ability objectives: Learn how to talk about problems and give advice. Note the use of conjunctions. (3) Emotional objectives: Through the study of this course, cultivate the students to be good at expressing their own problems, and be willing to find the solution, establish the bright and healthy personality. Teaching important points: Talk problems and give advice.Teaching difficulties:Students can use the expression in this class properly and listening training.Teaching method: The method of situation teaching; Task-based approach.二、Teaching processStep1. Presentation.1. B: Yes, I do.(dont have any free time to do things sb likes, dont be allowed to hang out with ones friends, have too many after-school classes, get into a fight with sb )Step3. Play a game: Listening competition. Listen to the tape. Write or circle the answers. Work in a group and check the answers: Who has one answer?Who has two answers?Who has no answer?The student who has no answer should learn the answers and say a sentence what she / he wants to say in English.Step4. Work in groups.Which group can make the most and the best conversations according to 1a?Which group give the best advice?For example:A: Whats wrong?B: Im really tired because I studied until midnight last night.A: Why dont you go to sleep earlier this eveningStep5.
