T: Boys and girls, do you like animals? Ss: Yes.T: What animals do you like? S1: I like .T: How about you, ? S2: I like . T: Me, too.T: Do you know shapes ? ( 问一个学困生 ) S:No.T: OK. Let me teach you about shapes. (Present the four pictures.) T: Look at the four pictures . They are made up of different shapes. Today lets learn Unit 9 Shapes. Therere many stars, twinkle stars, too.Teach the word: star 注意ar的发音拓展:a red star, many stars, twinkle starsT: (Show a national flag of China) This is our national flag. How many stars are there on it ? Ss: There are five .T: What color are they ? Ss: They are yellow. T: they are five yellow stars. Read: five yellow starsT: What shape is the light ?Ss: Its a star.Pair work拓展:T: “Star” has another meaning “明星”, such as: a super star, a basketball star .
