AbstractFirst of all, it is very grateful to Professor Xu Hanhong (South China Agricultural University) for giving our team such a valuable opportunity to start up the industrialization of the “technology of compounding the Azadirachtin and Pymetrozine”We are going to invest 2 million RMB in the “Modern Agriculture and Bio-chemistry co. Ltd.”, which maintains to producing the biological pesticides. Our products are biological pesticides that bases on the technology of the “technology of compounding the Azadirachtin and Pymetrozine” and are named as “Harvest Azadirachtin”. The goal of the current yield is 100 tons (7.68 million).As for the long-term programming, there are totally three strategic steps. Firstly, the company will invest 2 million in the business to set up the produce line of water emulsion and micro emulsion, the investment period will last for one year, secondly, the company will enlarge the production scale in the following 2 years to set up the coarse emulsion and micro capsule emulsion produce line step by step. It gives priority to the production of “Harvest Azadirachtin” and invests in the exploitation of other subsidiary biological protectant in order to achieve the diversification of the products. Thirdly, the product line will adjust according to the needs of the market in the fourth year on the purpose of selling various high-tech products, the investment will focus on cultivating persons with scientific and technological knowledge and establishing a technology research and exploitation centre. It is the chief goal that develops the company processed great strengths and creativity. However, this plan only illustrates the first period of development.Nowadays, realizing the advantages of the biological pesticides, the government doesnt encourage the production and vendition of toxic pesticides. That provides a great opportunity for the biological pesticides. The current trends of pesticides industry are inclined to produce and consume the biological pesticides.With the purpose of obtaining a bigger slice of the market pie, the company owns not only the one-up products, but also is supported by a well-designed marketing system. The prices of the products are fixed with penetrativity, the tact of selling is designed irregularly. With the help of the new concept “introducing technology into the countryside”, the sale rates must be able to reach a high level. Finally, a reasonable financial plan is presented, which includes the estimated capital asserts sheet, the BalanceSheet,the IncomeStatement,theStatementofCashFlows and income sheet. This series of sheets provide the financial analysis of the investment period and production period in order to better illustrate the project.II. Enterprise Management2-1 Company organization structureGeneral ManagerPersonnel Dept.Finance Dept.Production Dept.Sales Dept.Quality Control Dept.Picture of Company organization structureThe company will be divided into: The Personnel Department, Finance Department, Sales Department, Project Quality Control Department and Production Department, which are all led by the GM. Quality guard pass is the most important segment of all, the Project Quality Control Department is a department that was laid emphasis on by my company, because we need to use our products in front of our customers to set up a good image and build up confidence from them. On management system design, my company implements a system that was held responsible by the department supervisors, the supervisors are in charge of the department business, transfer the authority to lower levels, made employees become members of the company, motivate employees initiative, and all that has features of flexibility and strong feasibility. From the whole management system structure，complex relation and intersected effects exist between parts and the whole. The function of GM is to begin from the whole, consider benefits of the company as a whole, and make decision for the feasibility of companys plan and policy, so as to most optimize the companys benefits. The Personnel Department guarantees the implementation of HR policy inside the company, takes responsibility of stuff recruitment, puts forward the technology development and development schemes, coordinates relationships among departments and does well in the work of stuff motivation. The Finance Department takes responsibility of supervision of fund circulation inside the enterprise, also estimates the assets regularly. The Finance Department was been in charge of directly by the GM. The aim of the Sales Department is to guarantee products being sold successfully, occupying certain market share. The cash market is full of competition, with the cooperation of the Planning Department, the Sales Department drafts the propagate schemes; let the company hold large environment-protection activities irregularly, for the purpose of promoting company image. The Production Department comes into being as its utilization; it organizes production in different small production departments, assigns all kinds of production tasks and supervises their completion. The Quality Control Department, implements the overall quality management, its management lies in: the principles launching in quality planning work; making statistical analysis and sampling of the products; setting up QC groups. Besides those, it also has to lay emphasis on education in specialized skills and techniques of management stuff. Under the guidance and control of GM, every department coordinates and cooperates with each other, making the entire “production machine” operate stably and normally. 2-2 Management systemUsing rigorous scientific attitude, strict management system, tight quality system, bases the quality management goal on the whole process of production and operation. The company takes quality as its lifetime, focuses on quality work, strengthen quality management. It checks on delivery and guards pass of the quality of all purchased materials, sets up perfect quality guarantee system, gets rid of unqualified products entering the warehouse, and makes a promise to society publicly “ There is no single bottle of false medicine”. 2-3The selection of location of the factoryThe location of the factory is selected in Huadu. Firstly, it is near the Beijing-Guangzhou railway and the Guangzhou new airport, transportation is very convenient, can easily radiate to the Pearl River Triangle area and cooperates the logistics construction, is beneficial to reducing logistic cost. Secondly, the latitude in which Huadu lies can be said to be the line of demarcation of Guangdongs Industries, in the south direction there will become more and more factories while in the north there will be more and more cultivated land。III. Marketing analysis3-1 The Production Background Along with peoples attention of such problems as environment pollution, food safety, human health abd so on, developing study in green food production technology, popularizing biology prevention and cure technology and application of biological pesticide have seemed especially important. The Yinhesu pesticide as a kind of plant protection chemical under modern high skills, belongs to a new typed high -efficient and low-poison plant-oriented protection chemical. Insecticide. Used under rather low consistency, it has functions of restraining and preventing insects exuviae, reducing intestines vigor, restraining imago mating and spawning; has a little influence to the the natural enemy of pest; it will easily resolve in natural environment with no remain, is the world-recognized first- choice unpoisoned plant protection chemical for food, vegetable, tea and fruit production. Since people have become dependent on using one specific type of insecticide for a long time, pests are easy to emerge resistance to action of pesticide, this will make chemical pesticides dose increases dramatically, not only has increased the production cost, but also has killed large quantity of the natural enemy of pests and polluted the environment, led to harm of pests. To apply biological pesticide: 1. can kill many kinds of pests; 2. can produce no public poisoned green food; 3. can reduce pollution to the environment, make sure the safety of human and animals; 4. can protect natural enemy; 5. make pest difficult to emerge resistance to action of pesticide. As some pests have long used chemical pesticide, they have already emerged quite strong resistance; the effects of prevention and cure are rather bad. But using new typed biological pesticide may solve this problem. After China having entered the WTO, in the trade of international agricultural products and food products, will face a hash pesticide remaining standard, meanwhile has supplied great opportunities for biological pesticide development. At present, in the world the biological pesticide (the agriculture used antibiotic is not included) only occupies about 25% of the total pesticide market share. The Bt insecticide just occupies 2% of the market share, the bollworm pesticide occupies 0.2%, the agriculture used antibiotic occupies 9%, plant-oriented pesticide occupies 0.5%. Based on the introduction from professionals with that industry, the present biological pesticide, no matter is the type or the sales figures, both occupy a small proportion. It is predicted by some related experts, in the next 10 years, biological pesticide will take place of more than 20% of the chemical pesticide, thus the development of future biological pesticide has a great potential. 3-2 The Industries belonged and technological backgroundOur industry belongs to the pesticide industry, our products are biological pesticide, they are the nations stressed products. The Yinjiansu plant-oriented as the marked achievement of the “211 project” in South China University of Agriculture, the Agriculture Department organization identified it as an important scientific achievement in our nations biological pesticide research, is on a leading level worldwide, and it was appraised by the Scientific and Technological Department as first batch of international technological innovation project in 1998, listed in the Torch Plan Project by the Scientific and Technological Department in 1999, in 1999 and 2002 it was appraised twice as national stressed new product by 5 departments in China. 3-3 Analysis of ProfessionRecently pesticide in the world is developing towards an effective, safe and convenient direction. Since the competition is more and more serious, pesticide profession tends to unite. The reducing of area of farmland, the increasing of population in the world, the strengthening protection awareness of the environment make the problem of population, food and environment become a prominent problem that must to face with by human being in present and in 21st century. 1. The Market: the demand of biological pesticide is increasing; the proportion of the use of effective element is reducing year by year.2. The Industry: pesticide industry tends to unite.3. The exploiting of pesticide becomes more and more difficult. People pay more and more attention to the pesticide with natural source. Because the demand of environment and registration becomes higher and higher. A more effective and safer new structural compound is greatly needed.4. The Hotspot：Biological pesticide industry develops rapidly and genre program makes the development faster. Recently an increasing demand of the quality of living environment, human pay attention to the non- contaminate，no pollution, no remains, low cast and anti-resist biological pesticide again. According to the reports of recent years, the direction of pesticide development in the world is high effect, low poison, low remains, and no pollution. It can be further explained as pursuing of “three high”:1. High safety: it requires not only low poison and low remains, bur also decomposable，non- contaminate.2. High bio-chemically activity: the effective dosage in new exploited compound is about 5 100g/ 104ml3. High selection: almost all the new type has its own effect.These “three high” are based on the same thing that is protecting the living environment of human being. According to the reports of China Pesticide Industry Union, in 2005 China will modify its pesticide producing ability to 600,000t/a. The output of every year will be 400,000 tons. Then there will be about 270 kinds of original pesticide. High poison pesticide product will reduce to 5% of the whole pesticide output. The proportion of protestant, disinfectant and weed-killer will be adjusted to 65: 10: 25. 3000 pesticide producing enterprises will be reduced to 600. China plans to exploit 4-5 kinds of new pesticides. The sale volume of pesticide is planed to be ￥30,000,000,000 and the export of every year is planed to be 100,000 tons. The amount of protestant producing is relatively big, especially biological protestant.3-4 Analysis of Related IndustryForest Industry: Azadirachta begins to bloom and fruit in three or four years and become teem period. The period of fruit can last for 200 years. Nowadays the environment in the world becomes worse and worse. Azadirachta has two functions that attract the worlds attention: 1) It can be use to prevent the dry and hot area from becoming desert; 2) Its seed can be made into biological pesticide without toxicity. The exploitation and utilization of azadirachta increase in an extraordinary speed in the last 30 years. Now large quantities of azadirachta are planted in all parts of China. That can not only the development of forest industry and improve the environment, but also bring a huge number of benefits and make farmers become rich. Furthermore, it provides cheap and quality raw material to azadirachtin plantation protestant thus the cast of azadirachtin plantation protestant becomes cheaper.Planting Industry: In China the main kinds of crops that need to use more protestant are cotton, rice, vegetable, wheat and fruit. For the adjustment of the structure of planting, the planting area of fruit, vegetable, flower, herb and grass in most parts of China will become bigger. All kinds of effective, safe and new protestant are in great need. Azadirachtin pesticide is a biological protestant recommended by the world but its shortage is its unstable. After mixed with pymetrozine in a reasonable proportion, azadirachtin mixed protestant which can restrain the anti- of the pest, kill more types of pest, reduce the dosage and can be more stable comes into being and it has many kinds of dosage. 3-5 Market analysis3-5-1 The Analysis of markets in Guangdong ProvinceThe area of land in the province is 177,900 kilometer square and the area of farmland is 2278100 hectares. To the whole population, the average of farmland is 0.47 mu/per person; to the agriculture population, the average is 0.68 mu/per person. Supposed that the sowing area does not increase, if the output of agriculture product must increase to meet the increasing need of food, the single production of agriculture product must to be improved. Increasing the area and frequency of prevention, further reducing the loss of food caused by plant diseases and insect pests, promoting quality and productive kind of product, increasing the area of irrigation, increasing reasonably the dosage of use are the major ways of improving the single production. According to the income of farmers and the personal average plantation proportion, the quality of Guangdong farmer is relatively higher; the planting area is smaller; the requirement of planting efficiency is higher. Besides considering with the environment, azadirachtin biological pesticide meets all the needs. The climate in Guangdong Province is suitable for planting azadirachta. Azadirachta is successfully planted in Leizhou Peninsula. Our factory of azadirachta produce set up in Huadu. The cast of raw materials is lower, thus the price of pesticide is relatively lower.3-5-2 The Analysis of markets in ChinaIn the market of China new and expensive types of pesticide are replacing old and cheap pesticide with high poison. The volume of Chinese pesticide market remains increasing and the ratio of biological pesticide market is increasing. According to the expert of pesticide market, biological pesticide will replace 20% chemical pesticide in the next 10 years. Therefore the potential of biological pesticide development is great.3-6 The Competitive Analysis The elimination of the toxic organic phosphor pesticides provides a bigger development space for the domestic pesticide market. In the recent years, the toxic pesticides are prohibited in Hainan, Shanghai and Guangzhou these big cities. And the agricultural department promulgated a new policy for eliminating the toxic pesticides gradually.However, the genetic pest-resistant crops will threat the pesticide market, but the market can not shrink on a large scale, because such crops affect the natural environment and peoples health.3-7 The predominance of our products1. After the compounding of the Azadirachtin and Pymetrozine, it can overcome the defect that the Pymetrozine is easy to appear the fastness, can extend the application range and can improve the effects of the pesticides.2.
