Teaching proceduresStep 1 Warming up Listen to an English song. Then lead into the new period.设计意图:用音乐带动学生的积极性,制造轻松的学习氛围。Step 2 Revision 1. Show a picture of an empty fridge. Help students review the words about food while putting food into the fridge . 2. Make conversations with students to review “Do you like bananas? Yes, I do./ No, I dont.”设计意图:往冰箱里添加食物的图片可以让学生感觉是在玩中复习,更轻松。而复习是为了更好地进入新课。Step 3 Presentation 1. T: How many meals do you have every day?Ss: Three.T: What are they?Show pictures and learn new words: breakfast, lunch, dinner.2. Show pictures of the teachers three meals. Ask students to match the words with the correct food. Then check the answers together.3. T: I like fruit. I also like vegetables. How about you, boys and girls? How many words about fruit and vegetables do you know?设计意图:一日三餐与现实生活密切不可分,让学生再次复习了关于食物的单词,并学会将食物分类。Step 4 Listening practice1. I have two good friends Sally and Tom. Theyre also talking about food. Do you know what food they like? Now lets listen and circle the food you hear in 1a. Then check the answers.2. Listen again. Write down what Tom and Sally like and dislike in the chart.
