启发式评估报告执行人：执行单位：报告撰写日期：20130412目录1.报告综述32 评估流程介绍32.1 用户资料32.2 评估对象43 评估环境54 评估结果55附录：启发式评估的标准101. 报告综述评估对象概述： A网站是中国用户量最多，日交易量最大的个人网上交易社区(C2C)（2007年机构统计数据）。评估原因：来自客户的反馈意见显示（A网站I部门数据），用户抱怨在使用A网站做交易的过程中存在丢失交易数据，用户交易记录被盗，查询交易记录困难等问题。评估目的： 受A网站委托，北京邮电大学工业设计系采用启发式评估的方法对A网站做可用性测试，以找出A网站在交易流程上存在的可用性和安全性等方面的问题，并提出再设计方案。执行概述：本测试的执行时间为2008年3月1日至10日，共2位可用性领域的专家和4位A网站终端用户参与了评估。（3年以上工作经验），2位A网站熟练用户（2年以上经验，交易50次以上）和2位A网站新手（有1年以上网络使用经验，其中1位无A网站使用经验也无同类网站使用经验，另外一位为只有1月使用经验的新手）。主要结果：本测试的主要发现是交易流程不符合可用性的准则，易造成用户迷路；未对交易结果成功与否提供反馈；不同产品的交易界面和流程不一致。基于测试结果和可用性专业经验，对解决相应的问题提供了设计建议。本报告是运用一些通用的可用性原则和专家的经验对目前购物网站淘宝网进行启发性评估，从而发现淘宝网潜在可用性问题。通过此次评估及评估报告的撰写，可以使我们掌握启发式评估的主要操作流程和相关文档的撰写，为以后的学习和工作打下坚实的基础。这个评估包括下面步骤：u 制定评估计划u 根据淘宝网的特性确定启发式评估所采用的启发式标准u 确定评估人员u 确定评估的界面u 评估u 撰写评估报告u 元分析2 评估流程介绍2.1 用户资料用户资料说明：评估对象（淘宝网）的主要用户是谁？可以根据哪些标准将这些用户分成哪几类？通过分析A网站用户注册信息发现，到2008年4月1日为止A网站的注册用户共10，000，000，从性别划分男性占49%，女性占51%；从年龄分布来看，100003年8次否用户2女25学生5000.1年2次否用户3男22学生无无无否用户4女29老师500018次是专家1男4年专家2女3年2.2 评估对象主要功能：A网站是一个在线的交易社区，为卖买双方提供了一个在线交易的平台。其主要的功能包括：买进商品，卖出商品，管理帐户，安全防护，社区交流和邮箱服务。典型任务：根据A网站的主要功能，本测试针对不同用户角色采用了如下评估用任务Tasks I：用户1,2,3登录网站选择商品对不同卖家同类商品的比较加入购物框继续购物确定购物数量与价格支付查看购买情况Tasks II：用户4登录网站加入商品查看同类网店网店宣传查看定单情况回应定单回收资金网店管理Tasks III: 可用性专家1 登录网站2 选择商品3 对不同卖家同类商品的比较4 加入购物框5 继续购物6 确定购物数量与价格7 支付8 查看购买情况9 登录网站10 加入商品11 查看同类网店12 网店宣传13 查看定单情况14 回应定单15 回收资金16 网店管理2.3 评估方法本测试采用的方法为启发式评估，每个评估者单独开展评估。评估流程如下：熟悉可用性准则熟悉网站和任务流程按照任务流程对每个界面进行评估确定可用性问题所在的界面位置确定可用性问题违反的原则对可用性问题的严重程度进行评级提出改进建议评估采用的准则为尼尔森的10条启发式评估准则，见附件1对严重性程度的评级分为四级，分别为极为极度，高，中和低，分级细则详见附件2每个评估流程控制在3小时内。3 评估环境所有评估都在北京邮电大学工业设计系进行。评估平台为一台个人电脑，处理速度为HZ，显视屏大小为18吋。在评估期间，A网站并未在评估任务涉及的流程和界面方面做改动。4 评估结果可用性问题编号1 界面位置和功能加入新商品启发式标准反馈性原则可用性问题在用户点击加入新商品信息后，A网站直接跳转至继续添加新商品页面，没有给予上一商品是否添加成功的反馈信息。严重程度中等改进建议在用户加入新商品信息后，首先提供是否添加成功的反馈信息，然后提供回到商品信息查看页还是继续添加商品页的选项界面截屏5附录：启发式评估的标准*Visibility of system status.可视性原则 * Match between system and real world.不要脱离现实 * User control and freedom.用户有自由控制权 * Consistency.一致性原则 * Error strategy.有预防用户出错的措施 * Recognition rather than recall.要在第一时间让用户看到 * Flexibility and efficiency of use.使用起来灵活且高效 * Aesthetics and minialist design.易读性 * Help users recognize, diagnose, and recover from errors.给用户明确的错误信息，并协助用 户方便的从错误中恢复工作 * Help and Documentation.必要的帮助提示与说明文档 Usability Severity CodesSeverity CodeDescription1 Severe(1=Showstopper)An emergency condition that causes the customers system to fail or causes customer data to be lost or destroyed. A showstopper usability bug can also be one that is likely to cause frequent data integrity errors. There is no workaround to these problems. A key feature needed by many customers is not in the system.EXAMPLES: An obvious competitive feature is missing, or the customer expects something reasonable, but the feature isnt there. Critical data is lost often because users are expected to “know” to save their data or do something that is complex to preserve the data.
