Section A 1a-2d教学设计 江西省进贤县罗溪镇初级中学 杨洪国教材版本:人民教育出版社(2011新课标) 学科:初中英语 年级:初中一年级 册别:下册 单元:Unit 3一、教学目标(Teaching aims)1.语言知识目标:1)学习表示交通工具的单词。 train, bus, subway, ride, bike, sixty, seventy, eighty, ninety, hundred, far, minute, kilometer, new, every, every day 2)学会使用动词短语表示交通方式。 take the train/bus/subway,ride a bike,walk=go.on foot3)能够熟练掌握How do you get to school?的句型。How do you get to school? I take the /ride / walkHow does Mary get to school? She takes the subway.4)学习使用how far询问距离,how long 询问时间。How long does it take? It takes forty minutes.How far is it from to Its kilometers. 2. 情感态度价值观目标: 让学生感受到他们学习英语是为了在现实生活中进行交流,而不单纯是为了英语课和应付考试而学习,了解东西方国家出行方式的不同,以及不同的交通规则,教育学生注意交通安全, 加深对交通知识的了解。 倡导自觉遵守交通法规及礼貌,构建和谐的人际关系。了解交通的发展,培养创新精神。 通过本课学习,使学生在人际交往中学会尊重,学会沟通,更学会交换不同的看法以增进情谊。2、 学情分析(Learning analysis) 七年级的学生在小学里学过交通方式的表达及一般现在时的第三人称单数形式,在本单元有相当一部分知识对学生而言是知识再现,但学生的基础参差不齐。需要引导学生课前预习单词,复习交通方式的表达。为完成本节课的教学任务做好准备。本单元为新人教版英语七年级下册Unit3 How do you get to school?,本单元的话题涉及学生上学的交通方式,本课为该单元基础知识导入课,Section A部分展现了学生以不同交通方式上学的场景,自然而然地将学生带入到有关彼此上学方式、出行花费的时间,以及家与学校之间的距离等问题的讨论中。本课时是以讨论学生以何种方式上学为中心话题,这是日常口语交流中非常实用和重要的内容。三、教学重点(Teaching important points):1.how /how far /how long 引导的特殊疑问句.2. 乘坐交通工具的表示方法.3. It takes forty minutes.How far is it from to Its kilometers. 五、教具准备(Teaching aids): 录音机 多媒体辅助教学(CAI)六、教学步骤(Teaching steps ):Step.Warming-up and Lead in(课堂热身和导入)学生和老师进行简单的问候:Ss : Good morning , teacher.T: Good morning , classT: Look at the picture. What can you see? Do you like your school? I usually get to school by bike, but sometimes on foot . How do you get to school?Ss 按实际情况作答S1: I ride my bike. S2: I go by bus. S3: T: Very good. Youre clever. Lets learn Unit 4 Section A. 之后板书:“Unit 3 How do you get to school?”【教学设计说明】通过多媒体屏幕向学生展示所学单词,图文并茂,非常直观地向学生展示了新单词.简单的单词游戏既调动了学生的学习积极性又强化了单词记忆。Step. Presentation (呈现新知识)(1) Present the new words: take a train, take the bus, take the subway, ride a bike, walk Show some pictures of the new words on the screen. Ask Ss to try to read these words. 教师利用教学图片或多媒体幻灯片展示不同交通工具,呈现新词汇并带读。教师也可以结合学生生活实际,适当补充同类名词car,taxi,plane,ship, boat等。 【教学设计说明】图片教学法是呈现新知识最简单有效的方法之一,学生通过图片,能更价值观的理解新单词的含义。此环节重点在新单词及词组的意思和发音上,所以要尽量让更多的学生张口说,必要的机械操练是必不可少的。Step.Drill (练习) Show the pictures as quickly as possible. Let Ss say the new words. Then use the new words to make conversations. T: Lets play a game. Please say the new words as quickly as you can. Then make a conversation like this: How do you get to school? I _to school. A: How do you get to school? B: I take a bus to school./ I take the subway to school./ I take the train to school./ I ride a bike to school./ I walk to school./【教学设计说明】此环节为机械操练,使不同层次学生初步掌握目标语言。机械操练是英语初始阶段教学必不可缺的部分,学生要先从模仿到初步掌握,最后才能熟练应用。机械操练时应注意着重提问成绩较差的学生,由于机械操练比较简单,因此是激发后进生兴趣,培养后进生自信的一个很好的途径。Step. Work on 1a (完成1a)(1) Match the words with the pictures. 教师通过多媒体幻灯片展示出示课本 1a 主题图,并提问学生: What can you see in the picture? 待学生回答后,教师可介绍场景: Different students come to school by different means of transportation. (2) Talk about the picture with Ss using the target language. 教师凭借主题图对不同人物进行介绍,让学生感悟动词 take, ride, walk 的含义,然后让学生完成 1a 的匹配任务,并核对答案,最后带领学生朗读 1a 中的短语。【教学设计说明】通过1a的练习,使学生进一步学会运用新单词。和学生一起谈论图片,目的在于引导学生学会使用交通工具的表达法。 通过多媒体幻灯片演示让学生操练以下句型:How do you get to school?I take the train to school.I get to school by train.How do you get to school?I take the bus to school.I get to school by bus.How do you get to school?I take the subway to school.I get to school by subway.How do you get to school?I ride my/ a bike to school.I get to school by bike.How do you get to school?I walk to school.I get to school on foot.【教学设计说明】通过操练句型练习,使学生进一步学会交通方式的表达。在句型操练中让学生体验归纳动词短语“take +交通工具”和介词短语“by+交通工具 ” 的区别。Step . Work on 1b:Listening (完成1b)Pre-listening Activities:听前活动 听前让学生认读 1b 中的人物名字,并说出性别。还可让学生通过观察 1a 主题图,尝试猜测或标出图中人物的名字,为下面的听力活动做好准备。【教学设计说明】在进行听力练习之前,让学生明确目的,激发学生兴趣,引导学生预测将要听的大意,熟悉话题,处理关键词,布置任务。 While-listening Activities:听中活动 Listen and write the numbers next to the correct students in the pictures above . 1.让学生听一遍录音,完成 1b 任务,然后核对答案。 2.教师呈现听力文稿,让学生集体朗读对话,并从中摘录重要表达方式加以提示。Boy: How do Bob and Mary get to school?Girl: Bob takes the train and Mary takes the subway.Boy: How does John get to school?Girl: He takes the bus.Boy: How do Paul and Yang Lan get to school?Girl: They walk. Look, there they are now!Boy: Does Jim walk to school?Girl: No, he doesnt. He rides his bike.Post-listening activities:听后活动1.让学生以小组为单位分角色朗读对话,通过多次重复,达到语音正确、表达流畅。2.让学生再次齐读听力对话,鼓励学生不看原文,利用短期记忆及联想进行背诵。3.Listen to the tape and repeat. 让学生模仿正确的语音语调,纠正自己的发音错误。锻炼学生的模仿能力,培养学生的英语语感。4. 根据对话内容,引导学生练习以下对话:(1)How does Mary get to school? She takes the subway to school. She gets to school by subway.(2)How does Bob get to school? He takes the train to school. He gets to school by train.(3)How does John get to school? He takes the bus to school. He gets to school by bus.(4)How do Paul and Yang Lan get to school? They walk to school. They get to school on foot.Step. Pair work 1c Ask two students to read the dialogue in the speech bubbles to the class. Then ask students to work in pairs. Ask and answer how students get to school in the picture.Finally ask some pairs of students to present.学生两人一组编对话,参照1c的对话形式,根据1a的图片信息和1b提供的人名进行问答。Step.Listening 2a&2cPre-listening Activities:Listen for the specific ideas of 2a.Listen and repeat.Then write the correct number next to the word 教师引导学生复习回顾所学过的基数词,呈现并带读本单元出现的基数词。引导学生归纳英语基数词的构成规律。While-listening ActivitiesPlay the tape for the students to finish 2b:Listen and complete the chart.让学生观察2b的表格,根据表头How?How long?How far?推测任务要求。播放录音,让学生根据所听内容填写信息。Then listen again and check the answers .Post-listening activities:1.让学生翻到第90页,Unit 3 Section A 2b,2c听力材料,让学生跟着录音朗读,模仿其语言语调,注意停顿。2.要点解析:(1) It takes sb. some time to do sth. (2)How long does it take .? (3)How far is it from your home to school ?3.指导学生根据2b的表格信息,学生两人一小组编对话:(1)A: How does Tom get to school? B: He walks to school. A: How long does it take? B: It takes him about twenty minutes. A: How far is it? B: Its only about two kilometers.(2)A: How does Jane get to school? B: She takes the bus to school. A: How long does it take? B: It takes about one hour and 30 minutes. A: How far is it? B: Its about 60 kilometers.【教学设计说明】此环节进一步巩固了本堂课所学的词汇和句型。通过反复听读,可以让学生尽快熟悉生词。听说结合,只有多进行口语训练才能掌握目标语言。说能促进听,听能带动说。Step.
