Ss work by themselves and try to write a short article. 3. Explanation:1.travel around the world (P76) 周游世界 (1)travel此处用作不及物动词,意为“ 旅行;游历”。He travelled across a desert last year. 去年他横穿沙漠旅行。Nothing can travel faster than light. 光比任何东西都传播得快。I like travelling.我喜欢旅行。 (2)around此处为介词,意为围绕,around the world 意为“在世界各地”,相当于all over world或throughout the world. The people around the world all love peace. 全世界的人都爱好和平。2.If people have problems, they should try to keep them to themselves. He is fine now. 不要为他担心,他现在很好。8.She even walked three miles to school each day because she didnt have any money.
