学院简介College Profiles中国计量学院经济与管理学院是唯一获得全球首届“ISO标准化高等教育奖”的学院，是通过GBT/19001-2008 idt ISO9000：2008质量管理体系认证的学院。College of economics and management of China Jiliang University has won the access to the worlds first award for higher education in ISO Standardization,which has passed GBT/19001-2008 idt ISO9000:2008 quality to manage systematic attestation .十多年来，学院秉承“精思国计、细量民生”的校训，坚持“计量立校、标准立人、质量立业”的办学理念，贯彻“先进的标准，精密的计量，卓越的质量”教学管理方针，坚持以贡献求支持，以特色争优势，以创新谋发展，立足行业，服务浙江，面向全国，走向世界，把学院打造成为我国培养“专业+质量”的经管类复合型人才的摇篮。In the past ten years,the college endeavor the universitys motto To care about national economy and to be concerned with people s livelihood,insisting on the Idea of Running a school on “Establishing the school by measurement ,Fostering people by standardization and setting up business by quality. We deeply implement the teaching management policy of advanced standard, precise measurement and excellent quality .We firmly believe that large contribution can get more support, distinguishing feature can get more advantage and innovation can get more return for development. We would keep a foothold at industry , serve Zhejiang province ,orient towards the whole country and finally go to the world,making the college a cradle for the Management-Economics compound talents with profession and quality. 学院现有教授13名，副教授33名，博士30名，浙江省“151”重点资助、中青年学科带头人等各类省级人才15名；10人在省级以上各类组织担任理事以上学术职务（其中省政府咨询委员1名），1人在ISO国际组织担任职务，1人次担任ICES主席。In the ranks of teachers, 13 of them are professors ,33 of them are associate professors and 30 doctors. 15 teachers was elected as Young and Middle-Aged Discipline Leaders and had got particular fund in the 151 Talents Programof Zhejiang Province.10 people have got the academic posts above directors in various organizations above the provincial level.(including one provincial government Advisory Committee ), 1 people serve in international organization ISO and 1 serve as ICES. president.学科建设方面。学院拥有一个“管理科学与工程”一级学科硕士点，一个“质量科学与标准化工程” 目录外二级学科硕士点。设有企业管理、管理科学与工程、应用经济学和财务会计四个学科。建有浙江省标准化与知识产权管理人文社科重点研究基地，浙江省标准信息与质量安全公共科技创新服务平台，浙江省哲学社会科学重点研究基地“浙江省产业发展政策研究中心”和一个浙江省高校科研创新团队“标准化与质量管理”。Discipline Construction The college has been authorized to offer master degrees of first level discipline management science and engineering as well as a second level outside-directory discipline quality science and standardization engineering . The College has 4 disciplines,i.e.,the discipline of management, management science and engineering, applied economic and financial accounting.The College has one Key Research Base of Philosophy and Social Science of Zhejiang Province ，one service platform for public scientific and technical innovation of Zhejiang Province ,one key center for social sciences in Zhejiang Province Research center industrial development policy of Zhejiangand an innovation team of Zhejiang Province standardization and quality management.科学研究方面Scientific Research 2005年以来，学院承担国际交流合作项目和国家级课题20余项，省部级重点重大课题10余项，教育部及其他省级课题100余项，到位科研经费近2000万元；公开发表学术论文500多篇，其中一级及三大检索论文出版专著15部；获省部级科研和教学成果11项。学院教师参加了国家国家技术标准战略、国家质量报告、国家“十一五”认证认可标准化规划和浙江省标准化战略的编制工作，撰写的研究报告多次被浙江省省长、国家质监局领导传阅、批示；参与制修订国际、国家、地方标准30余项。Ever since 2005, our College has taken more than 20 international cooperative and national projects ,10 projects at the provincial and ministerial level as well as projects from the ministry of education and other provinces .The total amount of ensured research funding have been more than 20 million Yuan; more than 500 academic papers have been published , in which more than 15 articles are of first level or were published by the Three Retrieval Systems ,11 articles have been awarded the scientific and teaching achievement at provincial and ministerial level.School teachers in our College have participated in the editory of strategy for national technical standarlizationnational quality reportplanning for the federal Eleventh Five-year Plan certification and standardization strategy in Zhejiang Province,the research reports have been circulated and instructed by the Governor of Zhejiang Province and leadership of national quality supervision LBureau,which results in over 30 revisions in international ,national and local standards.In the ranks of teachers, 11 of them are professor教学与人才培养方面Teaching and the Cultivation of Talents 学院现拥有工商管理、信息管理与信息系统、国际经济与贸易、财务管理、市场营销和金融工程等6个本科专业；建有国家标准化人才培养基地、国家精品课程“质量管理学”，浙江省教学团队“质量管理学”。获省部级教学成果一等、二等奖3项，与美国、澳大利亚、新西兰、日本等国家开展了合作办学项目。为我国质量管理和标准化领域输送了大批优秀人才。The College has 6 undergraduate programs in business administration ,information management and information system,international economy and trade, financial management ,marketing and financial engineering.It has national culturing base for standardization talents ,National Top Quality Course quality management,teaching group in quality management of Zhejiang Province.We had won 3 first or second level award in teaching achievement at provincial or ministerial level,besides ,we has a joint undergraduate educational program with universities in United States of America ,Australia,New Zealand ,Japan ,etc,providing a large batch of outstanding personnel in area of quality management and standardization each year. 学生工作方面student work 。多年来一直秉承“以教为先、已生为本”的教育理念，紧紧把握时代脉搏，与时俱进，
