Unit8 How was your school trip?教学设计崔慧芳一、指导思想和理论依据本节课的主要学习内容是:学习一般过去时态的两种一般疑问句: Did you? Was/Were there any ? 以及他们的回答。教学内容与学生的实际生活密切相关,易于引发学生运用简单的英语进行交际和交流。在学习活动中,学生通过交换对过去发生的事情的描述及看法,促进学生之间和师生之间的情感交流,增进情谊。结合这一教学内容在教学设计上,认真落实“三段六步”课堂教学模式,课堂教学充分体现以学生自主学习为中心,以任务型教学为途径。使学生通过观察、比较、思考、讨论,交流和合作等方式,学习和使用英语,合理利用网络资源和多媒体教学软件,丰富教学内容和形式,提高教学效果。使学生在愉快的情景中完成一节课的学习任务,实践教学目标要求。并把英语教学与情感教育有机地结合起来,将德育教育渗透到学科教学中。二教学背景 在七年级时,学生就已学习了“How was your weekend? Where did you go on vacation?”等话题,本册第三单元学生又学习了“What are you doing for vacation?”,学生已积累了丰富的描述周末和节假日活动的词语,为本单元的活动做了很好的铺垫工作。另外,谈论假日活动是学生日常生活中既熟悉又感兴趣的话题,可以扩展思维,激发了学生开口说英语的欲望,充分调动学生学习的积极性。三教学目标:(一) 学习一些新词汇 aquarium, seal, shark, octopus, hang out, souvenir, autograph. (二)学习句型 Did you go to the zoo? Yes, I did. /No, I didnt Were there any seals? Yes, there were. /No, there werent. (三)学习谈论过发生的事,回顾自己过去有趣的经历,正确运用一般过去时。四重点难点(一) 教学重点学习词汇aquarium, seal, shark, octopus, hang out, souvenir, autograph. 学习句型: Did you go to the zoo? Yes, I did. / No, I didnt.I went to the aquarium.Were there any sharks? Yes, there were. / No, there werent any sharks.But there were some really smart seals.(二)教学难点Did you?, Was/Were there any? 引导的一般疑问句及其回答。五教学方法结合实际吸收多种教学法(讲授、观察、问答、讨论、交流、合作、模仿、练习)的优点六教学过程课前唱我们班的班歌“真心英雄”,使学生们感觉到我们班的团结,也有助于学生们轻松愉快的上好这节课。Step 1(一)Greet the students(培养学生有礼貌的好习惯)(二)Warming up导入 (3minutes) (Pictures) 1.T: Whos on duty today?S: Im. (Then give a duty report and ask some students to answer some questions) (学生讲完后,首先自己评价一下,然后其他的学生对他/她进行评价,最终我们共同对他/她评价。这符合教学评价的过程)2. Show two pictures of me. T: Guess. Who is that? I will give you two keys.She is a teacher now. She teaches you English. S: Its you.T: Yes, Its me. At that time I was eight years old. It was the first time for me to Beijing. This is the Beijing Station. This is the Palace Museum. Did you have any trips? How was your trip? Todaywe will learn Unit8 How was your school trip?(通过猜我的照片,不仅导入了今天的学习内容还引起了学生的学习兴趣)(三)Show the learning aims.( 利用幻灯展现学习目标)1.学习词汇aquarium, seal, shark, octopus, hang out, souvenir, autograph. 2.学习句型 Did you go to the zoo? Yes, I did. /No, I didnt Were there any seals? Yes, there were. /No, there werent.3.学会用一般过去时谈论过去发生的事Step2 Teach new words(一) Teach new words by showing some pictures. Then ask them to read each word one by one.( 在图片的帮助和提示下,使学生乐于模仿,敢于开口,整堂课上做到人人都发言,让孩子们更有兴趣,更能有一种成功的心理体验,印象也就更为深刻。)(二) Then show all the pictures on a piece.Remember them for one minute.(一分钟记忆)Please Remember these for one minute. Then, lets play a game. Lets look at whose memory is better? (通过做游戏方法检验学生的一分钟记忆,我还会奖励对的一方一个笑脸粘在黑板上,来增强他们成功的喜悦。) At the same time ask one student to translate the phrases into English on the blackboard.( 如果学生全写对了,把这个漂亮的书签作为奖品给他,如果没全对,也把这个书签给他,作为鼓励。)(三) T: Are you tired? Lets watch a short cartoon. You should pay attention to the animals. Now lets watch the cartoon. (show the cartoon) T: OK. The cartoon is over. “Do you know the name?”Ss: Yes. Its “Finding Nemo.”T: What animals did you see? Please tell me.S1: I saw an octopus.S2: I saw some sharks.S3: I saw a seahorse.S4: I saw a crab. ( 学生们喜欢挑战,因此测试他们的记忆力可以提高他们的兴趣。我想一定会有的同学说看见了gold fish,我会对此改正That is a clown fish. Its a kind of tropical fish.也许也有学生会说看见了dolphins我也会对此改正,我会说I dont think so. They just talked about dolphins but we didnt see them. Do you agree with me? 我还会奖励对的同学一个笑脸粘在黑板上,来增强他们成功的喜悦。)Step 3 Pairwork 1(句型操练)T: According to the cartoon ,ask and answer like these:Did you see any ?Yes, I did./No, I didnt.Were there any ? Yes, there were./No, there werent. (这个任务是用这节课学的目标语言提供说的练习,并且这个小卡通片也足以吸引同学们的兴趣。让大部分学生都能参与课堂中来,树立了中下等的学生开口讲英语的信心。)Step4 ListenT:I have a friend. Her name is Tina. Lets listen. What did Tina do on her school trip? Listen and cicle the expressions in the box.T: Are you clear? What did she do on her school trip?S1: She went to the aquarium. S2: She took photos. S3: She hung out with her friends. S4: She saw some seals.(听的环节是“输入”的过程,带着问题听,让学生在听的过程中有的放矢,有效捕捉信息,同时又提醒学生注意观察并发现需要注意的表达方式,为后面的语言实践准备实用句型。)Step5 Pairwok 2(角色扮演)T: Lets practice in pairs. This time lets talk about your school trips. Please take out your photos. Are you ready? Begin!T: OK. Time is up. Who wants to act in the front?(这部分是对本节课所学知识的一个升华,也是对学生学习效果的一个检测。也给学生提供了一个展示自己的舞台。同学们通过互相交流,分享信息,主动参与,乐于探索,勤于思考,培养学生收集和处理语言信息的能力。这样的练习可以充分调动学生的参与热情,激发学生的学习兴趣。)Step6 SummaryT: What have we learned in this class?S1: We have learned the simple past tense.S2: We have learned some new words and phrases.S3: We have learned two sentences and their answers.S4: We can talk about our trips with the simple past tense.(这个活动帮助学生们总结这节课学到的知识)Step7 Exercises一、给我变变身用所给词的适当形式填空。1.
