The analysis of the studentsStudents of Grade5 like interesting but challenging activity.But they have no good English environment.And most of them dont think English is important.According to this ,we must cultiviate students interests of English learning.3.Teaching aims Knowledge aim: Students can listen,say,and read this five key words:season, spring,summer,autumn,winter. Ability aim: Students can listen,say,read this key sentence:Which season do you like best? I likebest. Emotional aim: Students can love our nature and protect our environment.4.Teaching key pointStudents can listen,say,read ,write these five key words:season,spring,summer,autumn,winter.5.Teaching difficult pointStudents can use this sentence pattern in real situation “Which season do you like best? I likebest.”6.Teaching method:TPR 7.Teaching aid: PPT 8.Teaching procedures.I.Warm up 1.Greetings.(Good morning ,everyone!)2.Lets sing.(If you are happy )3.Make a survey.(设计意图:通过小歌曲导入新课,活跃课堂气氛,充分调动学生学习的积极性和主动性。再通过做个小调查来复习上节课所学,同时自然过渡到新课话题学习。)II.Presentation1.Teacher shows students the new words by pictures and ask “What can you see?”(设计意图:通过图片上小鸟的引路的方式呈现新词,学生“猜一猜,说一说”,初步感知自然公园全貌;并在认读的过程中鼓励、引导学生掌握)2.Read these words in different ways.3.Lets play a game.Such as “magic words”“Who is missing” and so on.(设计意图:将竞争机制引入课堂,分组在紧张刺激的竞赛中进一步操练新词,可以通过游戏猜单词,“看图片猜”等方式激发学生对学习英语的兴趣。).Practice1.Finish the “Match and say”.2.Invite students to enjoy a nice picture, ask them” Which season do you like best? I likebest.”Have them try to answer the question.Leading students answer。3.Students close their eyes,listen to sound of the nature,guessing”Whats in the nature park?”.Then teacher describe this nature park with students together according to the picture.(设计意图:在激情四溢的活动后,让学生闭上眼睛,放松身心,伴随着清新的音乐声感受大自然的气息。“听一听,猜一猜“,加强对新授句型的应用。教师在尾声和学生一起叙述图片内容,注重由句式向篇章的过渡。). Wrap-up 1.Teacher says:“These seasons are beautiful,but there are much pollution.What should we do? (设计意图:给一定的时间,让学生感受大自然的美好,先和同伴相互介绍,然后再选择几位上台展示,再引导学生思考我们应该怎么做才能我保护我们的大自然?)2.Talk about the pictures on the big screen with students,let them understand we should protect our environment.(设计意图:由大屏幕展出一些破坏大自然的行为引发学生思考,激发他们热爱大自然的美好情感,增强他们的环境保护意识。)9.Blackboard
