Unit 6 Im watching TV.Section A 1 (1a-2d)一、Teaching aims ： 1. language aims ：1) Master the following words： newspaper, use, soup, wash, dish, movies, exercise2) Master the following phrases：read a newspaper , use the computer , make soup, wash the dishes , go to the movies , talk on the phone 3) Master how to ask and answer what people are doing 4) Have a simple understanding of present continuous tense.2. Emotional aims ：通过对本单元的学习活动，能培养培养学生学习英语的强烈兴趣，善于发现生活中正在发生的事情，积极思考，乐于助人，乐于参加各种活动的积极情感，培养学生团结合作的精神。二、Teaching importances and difficulties .1. 教学重点：1) 词汇、词组搭配和现在进行时的用法。能用现在进行时的各种形式进行准确的描述和表达正在发生的动作。2) 能掌握现在进行时态及一些表示具体动作的词组搭配,如: doing homework, using the computer, watching TV, eating dinner 等 2. 教学难点： 现在进行时中现在分词的结构及读音，能在交际中准确地运用现在进行时来描述或表达正在进行的动作。三、Teaching steps : 一） Warming-up 1. Free talk between the teacher and three students .T: What do you usually do on Saturday evening ?S1: I usually watch TV .T: What does S1 usually do on Saturday evening ?All Ss : She usually watches TV 二） Lead in 1. T: Yes ,when we talk about the things we usually do ,we use the present tense . But when we talk about what people are doing now .we should use ( 引导学生回答，然后出示Unit 6标题)2. Show the learning aims .三）New lesson1 . Present some pictures and ask : What is he /she doing ? What are they doing ? (在此过程中，由单数he ,she 过渡到复数they ; 由出示整一个问句到挖空be 动词及动词ing部分，最后到让学生说出整个问句的。并在呈现图片的过程中，有意识地让学生留意时间状语的变化：look -now -Its eight oclock .)四） Pratice 1. Do 1a . 2. Then read the phrases in 1a together3. Play a game - Look and say .4. Play another game - You do I guess .( 在此过程中，由机械练习到快捷练习，从看图看单词的练习到有趣的猜谜游戏练习，层层递进，让学生精神集中及充分提高学生的学习积极性。)5. listening practice :A . Listen to 1b B. Listen to 2a and 2b .( 在此过程中，我把听力都整合到一起，让学生有层层递进的挑战。并且在进行2a，2b的训练中，我因材施教，对程度不同的学生提出不同的要求。)五） Consolidation 1. Present some pictures and ask a student the question “ what is the person in Picture 1 doing” to make an example .2. Ask and answer in pairs .3. Act it out .( 在此过程中，我事先叫几个学生拍了他们在家里干家务活的照片，学生看见自己同学的照片出现在课堂上会比较有兴趣，增加了他们想说的欲望)六）Inquiry learning ( 在此过程中， 我通过学生已经学到的知识，让他们进行探究性学习。Tell me, I will forget .Teach me , I will remember .
