Unit 4 At the farm 备课人 李杏琼 邱丽妮 郭英诗 杨 路 第一课时课时内容 A Lets learn Lets chant一、课时目标 (1)能够听、说、认读单词:tomatoes,carrots, potatoes, green beans。 (2)能够运用句型 They are . 来描述蔬菜的特征。(3)能够理解、跟读歌谣,并能改编歌谣。(4)激发学生学习英语的兴趣,树立学好英语的信心。二、课时重难点1.重点(1)能够听、说、认读单词:tomatoes,carrots, potatoes, green beans。(2)能够听、说、运用句型They are . 来描述蔬菜的特征。2.难点(1)tomato 和 potato 复数形式(2)tomato 和 potato 的发音和拼写上的区别。三、教学准备 1.多媒体课件 2.卡片 3.图片 4.录音机及磁带 5.西红柿、豆角、土豆、和 胡萝卜的实物 6.奖励用的小卡通贴画四、教学过程Step 1 Warm up1. 师生问候T: Good morning, everyone.Ss: Good morning, teacher.T: How are you?Ss: Im fine, thanks. And you?T: Very well, thanks. Step 2 Lead in 活动:拼单词比赛 S1: 香蕉 S2: Banana 将全班分成两组,在小组中进行对抗赛,教师宣布游戏开始后,第一组的第一名学生立即用中文说出水果类的单词如:香蕉, 第一组的第二位同学应该立即将这个单词拼读出来,说错或是说不出的记负分,最后那个组扣分最少哪个组就为胜,以卡通贴画为奖励。Step 3 Presentation1.教学A. Lets learn 教学单词carrots, tomato,green beans和 potato T:(课件展示现在最流行的QQ农场,边展示边介绍说)This is QQ Farm. There are many animals and vegetables at this farm. T:(随后老师手指农场中的胡萝卜边指边问:)What are they?Ss: (引导学生用汉语回答)胡萝卜T: Yes , they are carrots. 教师边说边板书:carrot 同步教学单词:tomato , potato ,green beans. 教学句型Look at the They are so .老师拿出胡萝卜的食物,出示一根胡萝卜边出示边介绍:T: This is a carrot. 紧接着边增加展示的个数边说:T:These are carrots. (告诉学生carrots是carrot的复数形式)然后老师左手拿一根胡萝卜,右手拿多个胡萝卜,左右手交替的边展示边说句子(启示学生明白一个名词如果表示一个时它用单数形式,如果表示两个或更多的这类东西,则需要用名词复数形式。)然后老师对这些胡萝卜进行描述:举起右手展示胡萝卜,边举边说:Look at the carrots.Their colour is orange. They are so long. 并板书句型。如:tomato , potato, tomato , potato ,tomato , potato ,tomato , potato (当学生熟悉了这两个单词的读音后,老师提醒学生它们的复数是在末尾加-es,然后继续说绕口令:Tomatoes and potatoes.Potatoes and tomatoes.I love to eat tomatoes.I love to eat potatoes.(3)播放录音让学生边听录音边跟读。(4)学生两人一组分角色练习对话。2.教学Lets chant. 教师拿出胡萝卜做喜欢吃的样子说:Carrots I will try, 再拿起西红柿说:Tomatoes I will try.I love to eat tomatoes. Do you?(暗示学生根据自己的喜好用不同的单词替换着说,用喜欢的表情模仿着说。) 教学onion 老师拿出一个洋葱,边说边介绍:This is an onion. 并板书并领读 onion。 老师再次拿出一个洋葱与前一个共同展示说:These are onions. Onions I will try.(老师假装咬一口,然后揉揉眼睛说:But onions make me cry. 播放Lets chant 录音学生跟录音边做动作边跟唱。 Step 4 Practice 活动:会说话的卡通 活动方式:要求学生拿出准备好的卡通头像,用滑稽的声音完整地将Lets chant 的内容演绎出来。也可鼓励学生大胆的换单词来操练句型。 T:Boys and girls, Lets look back this class. Theyre .询问物品名称并回答。 2. 能够在情景中运用句型:Its time for 描述即将要做的事情。 3. 能够在情境中恰当运用句型They re good/ so big!描述物品的特点。 4. 能够在语境中理解新词carrot 和 tomato 的意思,并能正确发音。 5. 理解A Lets talk .部分对话大意,能够用正确的语音语调朗读对话。三、课时重难点1. 课时重点能听、说、认、读本课时的主要句型:Are these ? Yes, they are. No, they arent. 以及What are these? Theyre .并能做出正确的回答。2. 课时难点 Are these 后面跟的是名词的复数形式。四、教学准备 1. 学生自制单词卡片 2. 教学挂图及配套PPT 3. 录音机及配套磁带 4. 西红柿、豆角、土豆、和 胡萝卜的实物 5. 一个箱子五、教学过程Step 1 Warm up T: Good morning, everyone. Ss: Good morning, teacher. T: Nice to see you again. Ss: Nice to see you, too. Step 2 Lead in活动:夸一夸菜园的蔬菜。 如:S1: Look at the green beans. Theyre so long. Look at the potatoes. Theyre so big. Look At the tomatoes. Theyre so good. Step 3 Presentation 1. 教学 A.Lets talk 教学句型:Look at these! Are these ? Yes, they are.接上面的游戏定格在“They are so good. ”T: (老师竖起大拇指说):Theyre so good!They are so big. (然后教师拿起carrots 图片,带着疑问说) : Are they carrots?Ss:(引导学生回答)Yes, they are. 根据学生的回答老师板书句型:Are they carrots ? Yes, they are. 并领读。T:(领读数遍之后,老师手指胡萝卜继续说):Look at these.Are these tomatoes?Ss(引导学生回答)Yes, they are. . 教学句型 What are these? They are . T: ( 接上面的游戏老师手指豌豆说)What are these? ( 然后做恍然大悟状自言自语的说)Oh! T: What are these?(课件展示胡萝卜图片)Ss: They are carrots. T: Are they tomatoes? ( 课件展示橘子图片)Ss: No, they are oranges. Step 2 Lead in 活动“演一演,猜一猜(Act and guess)”活动方案:教师示范表演一种动物,让学生猜动物的名称。 T: What is it? (全班同学看老师的动作回答。) Ss: Its a dog. (猜出几个动物后,老师发指令由学生来做动作。) 如:T: Act like a cat . 学生做动作。 Step 3 Presentation 1.教学 B.Lets learn 教学单词 horse ,cow ,hen 和 sheep 教学单词 horse- horses 接上面的游戏老师最后一个指令 Act like a horse. 由于上节课同学们学习了这个单词所以会很快的表演出来,学生们做完动作后,老师板书:h se .请自告奋勇的学生说出单词中缺少的字母。接下来老师课件展示两批马的图片,引导学生说:Two horses. 老师跟着学生的回答在horse后面用彩笔添上“s”并告诉学生,horse的复数是在末尾直接加“s”,然后再领读。 教学单词hen - hens T: (然后老师边做母鸡一摇一摆的姿势边说) I am a hen . 然后蹲下来做下蛋状告诉学生:Hens can lay eggs.然后板书hen、hens并领读,后用大小声操练单词。 教学单词cow- cows T:(老师课件展示牛的图片,手指牛说:) Is this a horse? Ss:( 学生观察图后回答)No, it isnt . T:Yes, It is a cow. 并板书:cow 领读几遍。 T:(接下来老师展示一群牛问:)Are these horses? Ss: (引导学生回答)No, they arent. T:Yes , they are cows. 板书:cows 并领读。 教学sheep - sheep T:(教师边学绵羊叫边做绵羊的动作边自我介绍)I am a sheep. 板书sheep 并用简笔画在黑板上画一只绵羊。引导学生拼读。然后在羊的旁边再画一只绵羊。边画边提问: How many sheep do you see? Ss:( 引导学生回答) Two sheep.老师解释sheep 的单复数形式相同。T:( 课件展示一群绵羊图片问)Look at those sheep. What colour are they?Ss: (同时引导学生回答)They are white.T:Are they tall or short?Ss:They are short.T:Do they have long tails?Ss:No, they dont.老师根据学生的回答板书: They are . Step 2 Lead in活动:猜图活动方案:老师把词卡翻过来放到讲台上,然后抽一张叫自告奋勇的学生到台前看看,其余的同学用Are these ? 来猜图片的内容。猜对了这位同学就要说:Yes, they are. 猜错了,则要说: No, they arent. 全班同学再接着问:What are these? 该同学就给出正确的答案。Step 3 Presentation1.教学 Lets talk . 教学单词animals T:(老师课件展示一个农场边展示边介绍)This is a farm. 接下来手指农场问:How many animals do you see? 边说边板书 animals ,老师边领读边做各种动物所特有的动作,说明animals 是动物们的意思,开炮操练读 animals Ss:( 老师课件展示各种动物并引导学生一起回答)I see many animals. T: Yes, I see a lot of animals. (通过肢体语言引导学生明白a lot of 的意思) 随后老师边说边走到一位同学的面前看着他盒子里很多的铅笔说: Wow!
