Help Ss observe, experience and master the words in blending and reading.2. Help Ss summary the short vowel of Ii, and try to find out the rules of the sound.3. Can recognize the shape of the words, and can write the them correctly.The ability aims(能力目标)1. To improve students abilities of blending, reading and phonic skills.2. Foster Ss abilities of competition and cooperation.The emotional aims(情感态度)Hope Ss can build a good perceptional ability of phonics. The key point(重点)To enable Ss master the sound of Ii.The difficult point(难点) According to the rules of the sound Ii, Ss can blend the words.(2) 教学内容分析 This is a phonics class. Its the third part of Unit3, PEP Primary English, Book 2. The topic is “Lets spell”, it includes three parts: reading, listening and writing. The purpose of this lesson is helping Ss master the letter sounds and strengthen Ss phonic skills. (3) 教学对象分析 1. 学生分析 Students in Grade 3 are about 9 years old and theyve learn English in half a year. They are interesting in learning English. 2.Learning methods(学习方法) (1)Self-learning method. Self-learning can help Ss develop a habit in learning, analyze and pursue the new knowledge. (2)Competitive learning method. Competition can help Ss arouse the interest.Cooperative learning method. (3)Cooperation can foster Ss cooperative spirit, Help each other and learn each other.(4) 教学策略与过程 1. 教学设计思路 本课的课型是语音课(Lets spell),教学设计思路是意在培养学生的语音意识、拼读能力,单词拼写及阅读能力为目标,通过听、说、拼、读、写等方式,引导学生自己去认知、观察、体验字母或者单词的发音规则,培养学生见词能拼、见词能读以及读音写词和快速记忆单词的能力。 2.Teaching methods(教学方法)(1)“Task-based” teaching method. I arrange some tasks which can help Ss master the sound Ii. It is funny and interesting for them in learning English. (2) Situational teaching methods. In order to help Ss master this lesson clearly, I set a situation for them, which can arouse their learning interest. (3)Gesture. Gesture can help Ss build a consciousness in blending and spelling. 3.教学过程 Step 1 Warm-up1. Listen and sing the phonic song.2. Greeting3. Review the sounds of Aa and Ee.Purpose: To build a favorable atmosphere to begin class, and review the sounds of Aa, Ee that lead into the main information in this lesson.Step 2 Presentation1. Use the PPT to present Ii, and let Ss think about the question “Whats the Ii sound?” Then I will let Ss watch a video -The Letter Ii, which can help Ss find out the sound Ii. Meanwhile, I will write Ii onto the blackboard.Purpose: Chant can help Ss know the knowledge clearly and arouse their interest in English.2. Present Ii and some words they have learned which have i, for example, pig, big, six etc. They can read the words and try to blend them. At last, let Ss chant “I, I, I, /i/ /i/ /i/ Big, big, /i/ /i/ /i/ ”Purpose:To guide Ss to catch the whole of the sound Ii, the perception of phonics, as well as the interest of chant.3. To make Ss master the knowledge clearly, Ill use some pictures to set a situation, which presents the words Ss should master in this lesson. Firstly, Ill show a nose of pig, then let Ss guess what the picture is. Then present the word “pig” and the sentence “A pig is big.” Secondly, Ill show six little pigs are crying because they want some milk. The big pig will give them milk. But there are only five bottles of milk. The last little pig wants Ss help and find some milk.Purpose: Situation can arouse Ss interest and help Ss master the phonics clearly. And setting a situation for asking help, it also can arouse Ss sympathy.Step 3 ConsolidationAccording to the situation, I set 4 tasks. If they complete all the tasks, they can help the little pig gains the milk. And they also can gain a gift.Task 1 Lets chantPurpose: To consolidate the sound Ii, and train Ss reading and speaking.Task 2 Lets blend and lets PKPurpose: To master the phonic skill and cognitive ability, meanwhile, competition can arouse Ss enthusiasm of study.Task 3 Read and listenPurpose: To train Ss reading and listening abilities.Task 4 write the wordsPurpose: To foster Ss good habit in writing. Finally, with Ss help, the little pig gains the milk. And it give a gift to Ss as a reward. Ss should read the words then they can get the gift.Purpose: To make a good atmosphere and check Ss master the sound Ii or not.Step 4 SummaryAfter finish all the tasks, Ss can “ride a bike” and “take” the words home. Use it to sum up what Ss learn today. Its simple and clear as well as novel for Ss.Step 5 HomeworkI will require Ss try to summary the words with Ii, read in groups, and make a mini book. Purpose: To extend the Ss abilities of reading, writing and cooperating.3. 板书设计 This is a Mind-map. pig six Ii big milkPurpose:Simple and clear as well as highlight the key points.(5) 教学评价 Due to the Ss abilities and knowledge background, I arrange some tasks with listening, speaking, reading and writing. Help Ss to build a good conception in phonics, as well as the cooperative ability and the self-learning ability. I believe my Ss will learn it well.2、 教学反思 1. 整体评价学生能够通过手势动作以及发音规则,尝试去读陌生的单词,听、说、写的能力也
