It introduces the history of Thanksgiving and the way to make turkey-the main dish of Thanksgiving dinner.II. Analysis of StudentsThe students in Grade 8 have learn English for one and a half years. They have master some vocabulary and simple sentences, so they can understand the main ideas about the passage in 2b. They are familiar with Christmas in the western countries, but they arent familiar with the festival in America-Thanksgiving. As a teacher, I want to help my students learn more about Thanksgiving while I help then improve their reading skills.III. Teaching Aims:【教学目标】A. Then choose the best group by playing games in the trip 1.Learn the new words and phrasesCarefully.2.
