External appearance and apparent requirements1.1 The surface of power source shall be free from forming defects and other mechanical damages, such as scratch, flow mark, burr, crack, noticeable shrink mark, and nick;1.2 Model number, safety certification and other marks shall be legible;1.3 When the power source is shaken, the inside of power source shall have no sense of shaking;1.4 The surface of connection line has no crack. After the high voltage part is connected to municipal power system, the electrified metal shall not be exposed.2. Drop testPlace the unpacked power source on the horizontal support plate, and allow the power source to fall from a height of 1000mm onto a 20mm-thick wood bench. Repeat the operation twice for each side and in the most unfavorable direction. After the test, the pin of power source shall not sh
