人教版英语七年级下册Unit 10 Id like some noodles.Section A 1 (1a-2c)一、教学目标: 1. 知识目标:能听、说、读、写noodles, rice, mutton, beef, cabbage, potato, chicken, carrot, special, would like, large, medium, small, a bowl of ; 2. 技能目标:能用what would you like?/What kind of . would you like?/What size bowl of.would you like ?这三个句型对食物进行简单问答;3. 情感目标:通过讨论日常食物,提高学习英语的兴趣,明确健康饮食的重要性。二、教学重难点1. 教学重点:1) 学习掌握本课时的重点词、词组及表达方式。2) 引导学生们做听、说的训练。2. 教学难点:通过role-play的方式掌握如何订餐等用语。三、教学过程I. Greeting and leading inWarm up by a free talkTeacher: Good morning boys and girls. How are you today?Students: Im fine. Thank you. How about you?Teacher: Im very well. But Im a little hungry now. Are you hungry?Students: Yes.Teacher: Then where can we go when were hungry?Students: A restaurant!Teacher: Yes. Would you like to go to a restaurant with me?Students: Yes!II. A guessing game (Show a picture of a restaurant on the big screen)Teacher: Wow! This is a very big restaurant! There are many specials on the table! So, today were going to learn a new unit. As you can see on your study plan, were going to talk about foods, and most importantly, noodles. Do you like noodles?Students: Yes! Teacher: Now, lets play a guessing game to learn some new words.Students learn the new words by play the guessing game and try to remember them. III. PresentationTeacher: Welcome to Evas Noodle House! Do you want to open a restaurant and make money? I can give you foods for free, but you must finish 4 tasks! Look at me! I have many candy cards in my hand. If your group does a good job, I will give you a candy card. Are you ready? Students: Yes!Teacher: Task 1. I want to buy some foods in the supermarket. Would you like to go with me?Students enhance their memory of the new words by practicing the following conversation according to the teachers guidance:-What kind of food would you like?-Id like some -What would you like(to have) for breakfast/lunch/ supper?-Id like(to have) .for breakfast/lunch/ supper.Teacher: Very good. Now lets come to task 2. There are 3 specials in my noodle house.Can you introduce them ?Guide students to write down the names of the three specials. Students who can say the names of the three special get candy cards.IV. Listening and practicingTeacher: All of you have done a great job! Now, lets do task 3. Mr. Obama comes to our Noodle House. Listen and check () the noodles he orders.Students work on 1b and check their answers.Teacher: Great! Now lets listen and cross (X) the words that you dont hear. Students work on 2a and check their answers.Students who can stand up and give the right answer get candy cards.Teacher: In this conversation, we learn there are different sizes. They are small, medium and large. Guide students to practice the three sizes by looking and saying.Teacher: Now I want you to act in pairs as the waiter and the customer (顾客).Student A: What kind of noodles would you like?Student B: Id like.and. noodles.Student A: What size bowl of noodles would you like?Student B: Id likeStudent A: OK! Here you are. Enjoy your food. Pairs that can show their conversation in front of the class get candy cards.V. Making a survey and giving a reportTeacher: Well done! Now please walk around the classroom and find 2 classmates of other group to make a survey(调查) then give a report(报告)-What kind of noodles would you like ? Name kind of noodlesSize bowl of noodlesEvaegg and tomato small -What size bowl of noodles would you like ?Show students a sample report:Eva would like egg and tomato noodles.She would like a medium bowl of noodlesStudents make the survey for2 minutesTeacher: Are you ready to give a report?Students: Yes!Student A: Eric would like mutton and tomato noodles.He would like a medium bowl of noodles. Molly would like beef and cabbage noodles.She would like a small bowl of noodles. Sam would like egg and onion noodles. He would like a large bowl of noodles.Teacher: You all are excellent! Students who can show their reports in front of the class get candy cards.Show some foods on the big screen.Teacher: Now look at the screen. There are so many delicious foods in the world. What would you like?Student A: Id like some pizzas.Student B: Id like some salad.Teacher: When we eat something. We should think about a question. Is it healthy?Show some peoples unhealthy eating habits on the screen and guide students to know we cant eat too much of something! We should have a healthy diet! VI. Role playingTeacher:OK. Now lets do task 4. Ill give you 4 minutes to role play in groups with the teaching aids(教具). Each group should open a house. There must be 2 cooks to make food, a waiter to serve and 3-4 guests to order food. (Students role playing.) Teacher walk around to offer help. Later, choose some group to role play in front of class. Teacher give the groups candy cards according to their performance.VII. SummarySummarize this lesson by a free talk.Teacher: All of you have done a very good job. Now, lets check ourselves. What words did we learn in this class? Student A: Beef!Student B: Cabbage!.Teacher: And what sentences (句子) did we learn? Student A: What would you like?Student B: What kind of noodles would you like?.Teacher: Great!
