Knowledge and ability: Knowledge: Key vocabularies: wash, use, soup, newspaper Expressions: wash the dishes, use the computer, make soup, read a newspaper -What are you doing?-Im watching TV.-What is he/she doing?-He/she is washing the dishes.-What are they doing?-They are making soup.Ability : Train students listening skill. Train students speaking skill. Train students communicative skill. Train students writing skill.2. Process and method: Task-based, independent, explore and cooperative.3. Value of emotion and attitudes: Let students know their parents love them very much, and let students show their love to their parents.Students can say: Thank you, I love you” to their parents or help them clean the room and wash the dishes.Teaching important points:1. New words and drills.2. Grammar: the Present Progressive Tense.Teaching difficult points:Let students learn how to make some sentences by using the Present Progressive Tense.Teaching course:Step1 Warming-up 1 Greeting2 Lead-inT: Mary likes pandas very much. She often goes to the zoo to watch them on weekends. She usually watches TV at home on weekdays. And whats she doing now? Look!
