Is this your pencil-box ?说课稿济源市邵原镇实验小学 刘芳 Dear workmates, judges, good afternoon! Im very pleased to have the opportunity to talk about some of my teaching ideas.At firs, I want to say something about primary English.Primary English is becoming more important in recent years. But it is not a long history that English is a subject in primary school in our county. So the main instructional aims of teaching English in primary school is to cultivate pupils basic abilities of their listening and speaking and their good sense of the English language. My speech for today contains 10 parts.I Contents: The contents of this lesson. My topic is Is this your pencil-box . Its from Part 1 of lesson 3, KP Primary English, Book 3. The theme is about the stationary.II Teaching aims: The teaching aims is established according to the New Curriculum of Primary School English. 1. Knowledge objects:To enable the students to listen、speak、read、 and write the words of stationary.To be able to use the sentence: “Is this your pencil-box?” to ask about the owner of something,and make answers with “Yes, it is./No, it isnt.”To enlarge the students vocabulary .Learn to sing the song . 2. Ability objects: To develop the students speaking strategy. To encourage the students cooperation amongst in their studies.III Teaching key and difficult points:The teaching key and difficult points are based on the aims and demands.IV Teaching key points:To grasp the verbs of stationary and to use the sentence “Is this your pencil-box?” to ask about the owner of something,and make answers with “Yes, it is./No, it isnt.”Teaching difficulties:1.Improve students speaking ability.2.To be able to use the sentence patterns more freely.V Teaching procedure:Step1. Warm up.一、.Greetings .I will greet with the Ss with these sentences: Hello ,boys and girls ! Nice to meet you ! How are you ?.Sing a song . I will let the Ss to sing the song we have learnt before. 二、. New lesson .1 .Lead in: I will show a pencil box to the students by retating: This morning some one head this to the lost and found. Whats this? Get the Ss to answer and learn “pencil-box”.Then ask some of the Ss “Is this your pencil-box ?”2 .Now this class well learn lesson 3 ,Is this your pencil-box ?3 .New words: 1)Now please read after me .( together ,group by group ) 2) pencil ( together , line by line ) 3) pen ( together ,boys and girls ) 4) ruler ( together ,one by one ) 5) book ( together , question some students)4 Practise the new words: 1) listen and do. I say the words and get the Ss to show me the stationary.2,Play a game,little detective.I will find one of the Ss to close his eyes,and hide the picture. He must find the picture according our voice. If he is near it ,we will say the word loudly. If he is far from it we will say it lowly. 5 New stucture: Show a pencil-box:This is a pencil-box ,I ask her : “ Is this your pencil-box ? she should answer ,Yes ,it is .But I point to that pencil-box and ask her ,Is that your pencil-box ? she should answer , No ,it isnt . Are you clear ?”6 Play a game.Find a owner.Divide the Ss into groups. Four Ss one group. One of the Ss close his eyes, and the other put their stationay into his pencil-box.After a while,get him to find the owner with “Is this your .”7.Text: 1) Listen . 2)follow the dialogue twice . 3) Listen again . 4) Look at the book and teach once . 5) Act out the dialogue ( Divide into two parts , Boys and girls ) 6) Practise in pairs . Learn the son
