摘 要

矿山生产的全过程离不开矿山提升和运输工作。因此,运输和提升工作的好坏直接影响到矿山生产能否正常高效进行。如果说运输线路是矿山生产的动脉,那提升设备则是其咽喉,可见其重要性和必要性。提升机是联系井下和地面的重要运输工具,矿井提升工作是整个采矿工程中的重要环节。
矿井提升机的主轴装置是其主要的工作机构,它不仅要承受各种正常载荷(包括固定载荷和工作载荷),还要承受各种紧急事故情况下所造成的非正常载荷。为了使提升机高效、安全、可靠地为国内外矿山机械用户服务,实现广大用户和企业的经济双赢,实现矿山机械用户的高效、安全、低耗的良性经济发展态势。设计者要综合运用机械设计等知识,通过设计计算、绘图以及运用技术标准、规范、设计手册等有关资料,完成预期设计任务,并使机械设计的基本技能得到训练。
本文针对矿山机械的特殊要求,重点设计卷筒部件和主轴部件,两个部件是矿井提升机的关键部分,卷筒强度不够会导致筒壳被压溃、焊缝开裂等;主轴是传递力的装置,在设计时要考虑其承受的玩扭力矩,键对主轴强度的削弱及其改进和装配问题,轴的工艺等要求。

Abstract
The whole process of production in mines from mining ascension and transport work. Therefore, transportation and ascension direct influence work on mine production can be normal efficient. If the transport line is the artery, the mine production lifting equipment is its throat, It is obvious that its importance and necessity.Hoist is an important transport machine that contacting underground and surface, And it is the important link in the whole mining engineering.
The spindle device of mine hoist is the primary operating mechanism, it not only to bear a variety of normal load (including the fixed load and working load), but also bear abnormal load that caused by a variety of emergency situlations. In order to improve machine efficiency, safety, reliable customer service for domestic and foreign mining machinery to achieve the majority of users and the enterprise's economic win-win situation, mining machinery users to achieve efficient, safe, low consumption of good economic development trend. Designers to design the integrated use of mechanical knowledge, through the design calculations, drawing and the use of technical standards, specifications, design manuals and other information, is expected to complete the design tasks, and mechanical design of the basic skills of training.
