摘要
工作台加工工艺规程及夹具设计包括零件加工的工艺设计、工序设计、以及专用夹具设计三部分。在工艺设计中,要先对零件进行分析,了解其工艺然后再设计毛坯的结构,还要选好零件的定位基准,接着再设计出工艺路线。其次计算各个工步的工序尺寸,最重要的是确定各个工序的切削用量和工艺装备,等重要数据。接着再设计专用夹具,根据要加工面来设计适合的夹具。
例如:在夹具设计中题目要求设计出铣削T形槽的专用夹具,综合考虑决定采用燕尾导轨面定位来实现夹紧,节省辅助时间。最后还要明确设计的目的,通过这次毕业设计能熟练的运用机械制造工艺学课程中的基本理论以及在生产实习中学到的实践知识,正确的解决一个零件在加工中的定位、夹紧以及工艺路线的安排、工艺尺寸的确定等问题,保证零件的加工质量。提高结构设计能力,能根据被加工零件的加工要求,设计出高效、省力、经济合理而能保证加工质量的夹具。学会使用手册及图表资料,掌握与设计有关的各种资料的名称、出处,且能熟练运用等目的。为今后在工作中提高自身能力打下坚实的基础。

Abstract
