1 施工管理部经理职责 Responsibility of the manager of construction management department 项目施工负责组织管理总承包项目的施工任务 全面保证施工进度 费用 质量以及 HSE 目标的实现 当具体施工任务委托施工分包商 时 负责对分包商的协调监督和管理工作 在项目实施过程中 项 目施工经理应接受项目经理的领导 其主要责任和任务如下 The project construction manager is in charge of the construction task of the general contracting project and fully assuring the realization of the objectives for the construction progress expenses quality and HSE when the construction subcontractor is entrusted for the specific construction task it shall be in charge of the coordination supervision and management of the subcontractor During the project implementation the project construction manager shall receive the leadership of the project manager Its main responsibilities and tasks are as follow 1 参加研究设计方案 从施工角度对设计提出意见和要求 1 Participate in the research of design scheme and propose opinions and requirements for the design from the construction perspective 2 按总承包合同条款 核实并接受业主提供的施工条件及资料 如坐标点 施工用水 施工用电交接点 临时设施用地 运输条件 2 等 2 Verify and receive the conditions and data provided by the Employer in accordance with the terms of the general contracting contract including coordinate point water for construction electricity for construction land for temporary facilities transportation conditions and etc 3 编制项目施工计划 根据项目总进度 组织编制项目总体施工 进度计划 3 Prepare the project construction plan and organize to prepare the overall construction schedule of the project in accordance with the project master schedule 4 按照合同及总体施工进度计划进行施工准备工作 组织业主 施工分包商对现场施工的开工条件进行检查 条件成熟时提出 申 请工程施工开工报告 准时开工 4 Make preparations for construction in accordance with the contract and overall construction schedule and organize the Employer and construction subcontractor for conduct inspection for the commencement conditions for the site construction Propose the report for the application of engineering commencement when the condition is mature and commence the construction on time 3 5 确定现场的施工组织系统和工作程序 商定现场各岗位负责人 5 Determine the construction organization system and working procedures on the site and make an agreement upon principle of various posts 6 组织编制施工文件 暴扣施工协调程序 施工组织设计 施工 方案 施工费用控制办法 施工质量和 HSE 管理以及现场库房管理 等文件 6 Organize to prepare the construction management documents including such documents as the construction coordination procedures construction management plan construction scheme measures for construction cost control construction quality and HSE management and site storeroom management 7 定期召开施工计划执行情况检查会 检查分析存在的问题 研 究处理措施 按月编制施工情况报告 重大问题及时向项目经理 工程总承包企业和业主报告 7 Regularly convoke the meeting for the construction plan implementation inspection to inspect and analyze the problems existing and make a research on the handling measures and prepare the report for construction situation monthly Promptly report the major issues to 4 the Project manager engineering general contracting enterprise and the employer 8 当委托施工分包进行施工时 参与施工分包工作 负责对分包 的协调监督和管理 8 When the construction subcontractor is entrusted for the construction it shall participate in the work of the construction subcontractor and be in charge of the coordinatin supervisoin and management of the subcontractor 9 施工任务完成后 组织项目工程验收工作 组织编制竣工资料 提出 申请工程交工报告 协助项目经理办理工程交工 试运行考 核阶段负责处理有关施工遗留问题 或根据合同要求进行技术服务 9 Be in charge of handling remaining issues related to the construction or conduct the technical service in accordance with the contract requirements at the commissioning stage 10 负责现场设备安装工作的全面管理和现场配合工作 指导工 艺安装和调试部门的现场工作 10 Be in charge of the general management and coordination of the equipment installation on the site and guide the process installation and site work of the debugging
