学习习惯差 没有 养成认真仔细的学习习惯 甚至有个别学生作业不能自觉 认真 按时 完成 课外知识不够丰富 知识面不广 没有良好的自觉阅读的习惯 表 达能力差 不善于表达自己的思想 特别是学生的独立阅读能力差 两 级分化较严重 对英语学习兴趣整体有所下降 部分学生上课比较好动 自控能力差 课堂气氛难调动 学生积极性较差 这给教学带来了一定 的难度 所以本学期应做好后进生的转化工作 面向全体学生 以学生的 发展为宗旨 始终把激发学生的学习兴趣放在首位 注意分层教学 引 导学生端正学习态度 掌握良好的学习方法 培养学生良好的学习习惯 本节课是 Unit3 Where did you go Part B Let s learn 在学 习了 A 部分的基础上 进一步学习动词过去时的不规则变化 需要学生 在理解的基础上加强练习动词的过去时 动词的不规则变化很特殊 需 要学生在理解的基础上加强记忆 效果也尤其的好 我主要从以下几点分析一下课堂效果 1 课堂设计中注意动静结合 圆满完成课堂教学任务 学生静不 下心来 就学不进去 总让学生处于 静 的状态 学生显得没有生气 学习效率也不高 课堂上 我采取的方法是先动后静 静动结合 在课 堂导入阶段 要让孩子们继续保持清醒的大脑 高效学习 需要及时调 节状态 让他们 动 起来 比如进行比赛 做游戏 小组互动等等 采用形式多样 丰富多彩的练习方式 让学生热情地投入到学习中去 这个阶段我不去过多注意孩子们的细节 多包容多鼓励 使他们轻松自 由学习 在课堂新知学习阶段 也是孩子们思想最集中的时候 抓住这 个阶段授新课 让学生明白本节课要学的知识点 要点 新知就如一股 清泉 流入孩子们心中 脑中 我不赞成从头至尾都让学生激动不已的 课 尤其是六年级的课 不适合这样做 我们的常规课要高效 切实 以人为本 一切从孩子们的身心健康出发 从孩子们的真正需要出发 圆满完成课堂教学任务 2 课堂学习氛围温馨和谐 现在的孩子大都是独生子女 良好的 家庭生活环境给他们提供了优越的学习条件 同时也使许多孩子养成不 良的学习生活习惯 课堂上只要他们能进入学习状态 学习内容对他们 来说应该不算太难 大多数成绩差的学生往往是进入不了学习状态 完 全是在老师的监督下学习的 其学习效果是可以想象的 为此 课堂上 让学生迅速进入学习状态中去非常必要 我采取多种方式 这节课前我 先让他们先静息 听英语歌曲Tell me about your holiday 声音很 低 学生情绪很快就会平静下来 课堂开始的一瞬间 把学生的目光完 全吸引过来 课中间 我会鼓励他们玩游戏 听故事 为故事配音等 充分调动了他们学习的积极性 课堂上我感觉老师时不时发脾气对学生 的有效学习非常不利 有时批评一个学生会影响到其他学生的学习情绪 甚至影响到教师的讲课情绪 因此我与学生达成一种默契 课堂上我常 用眼神和手势提醒个别学生 代替语言 帮助
