保 护经销商的合法权益 第五条 凡在我市场内进行经营 经销以及进入市场从事商品经营的 都应当遵守本规定 第六条 市场内的各经销商应当积极配合市场的工作 不得以自己的意志肆意妄行 损害他 人的利益 第七条 违反本管理规定者 市场将依据市场的有关规定及国家有关法律法规进行相应的处 罚 性质恶劣 情节严重者 市场将移交国家有关部门处理 第二章 入驻须知 第八条 装修注意事项 市场内各种户型装修时 需注意以下事项 房屋的结构 尤其是承重钢梁及墙体 不允许做任何改动 如因特殊情况需要改变结构时 例如挖门 做展厅 必须报花旗国际市场工程部 经批准后 方可进行施工 对房屋内的楼梯 厨房 卫生间做改动时 需报花旗国际市场工程部 经批准后方可施工 对房屋内的水路 电路进行改动时 需报花旗国际市场工程部维修组 经批准后方可进行施 工 防止发生危险 特大户 大户不允许在货场内擅自建房间 在室外做蓄水池时
