Section B Reading学科英语学段：八年级 下册年级八年级相关领域注重学生语言习得的过程，新课标初中英语阅读技能的课堂实践 教材书名： 新目标英语 Go for it! 教学背景分析教学内容：Reading Unit 1 He lost his arm but is still climbing 【学情分析】本次我的教学对象-九年义务教育八年级下的学生，这是两极分化时期。他们的英语已有一定基础，部分学生接受能力较强，有比较强烈的用英语表达的欲望；同时，因为单词量的激增和难度的加大，也有部分学生的学习兴趣已经不像七年级那样浓厚，出现懈怠和懒散的心理；因而如果让所有的学生都能参与你的课堂，必须保持课堂的趣味性、紧凑性、竞争性和知识性的相结合。本单元的Section B Reading部分是一篇关于Aron Ralston在生死抉择的时刻断臂自救的真实故事，故事跌宕起伏、情节引人入胜，结局幸福美好。学生阅读情绪较高。教学中以学生为主体，教师为引导，突出听读领先，读写联动的教学模式。【教材分析】由人教社出版的新目标初中英语新教材编写特点是：每个单元分为Section A和Section B两部分；Section A部分是基本的语言内容；Section B部分是知识的扩展和综合的语言运用；Self Check部分，学生用来自我检测本单元所学的语言知识。【单元分析】本课时为本单元的最后一个课时reading有关美国人Aron Ralston断臂自救的励志故事，旨在鼓励学生在困境下能勇敢坚强，克服困难脱离困境。【设计思路】基于以上分析，总的思路是根据学生实际情况，遵循学生身心发展的普遍规律，按照学生认知水平和能力，从学生实际生活经验出发，由易到难，逐级铺设台阶，合理使用教材、安排教学内容，注重学生学习英语的过程，强调学以致用，通过设置真实情境，在课堂上为学生架起课堂与实际生活的“桥梁”，即我在教学过程中必须围绕特定的交际目的和语言项目，设计出可操作性强的、任务化的，在保持学生学习兴趣的同时，提高课堂学习的效率。本节课突出学生为主体的教学活动，使学生通过多种课堂学习方式，运用一定阅读策略，如快速阅读寻找段落大意，及根据时间副词帮助理解事件发展经过，从而最终完成系统的任务链，达到学习语言和掌握语言的目的。教学目标(内容框架)、Analysis of the teaching materialsThis lesson is mainly about Aron Ralston He lost his arm but is still climbing.
