Period 5 (reading)学情分析分析要点:1.教师主观分析、师生访谈、学生作业或试题分析反馈、问卷调查等;2.学生认知发展分析:主要分析学生现在的认知基础(包括知识基础和能力基础),要形成本节内容应该要走的认知发展线;3.学生认知障碍点:学生形成本节课知识时最主要的障碍点。经过Section A 和B的学习,学生对本单元已经有了一定的了解,加上九年级学生口语已经有了一定的基础,上起来不是太难。但是对完成时这种语法要求比较高的知识点还是很陌生并且觉得难以理解。有些费劲。教学目标分析要点:1.知识目标;2.能力目标;3.情感态度与价值观。1.Knowledge aims:(1)Key vocabulary: wonderful;holiday;quarter;population;fear;brave;excellent;Indian;dark;wake;fox;na_tural;enviroment;temperature;whenever;spring;autumn;season;awake(2) Key phrases: take a holiday; three quarters;wake up;all year round(3)Sentences: This small island in Southeast Asia is a wonderful place to take a holiday.On the one hand ,more than three quarters of the population are Chinese.You wont have any problem finding rice ,noodles,or dumplings.2.Skills aims:(1)To train students reading and writing skills.(2)To train students integrating skills.3.Emotion aims:Teach the students to protect the enviroment when they travel.教学过程Step1:Review and lead-in1.Show some pictures about space museum ,amusement park ,aquarium, zoo, water park to students ,let them work in pairs with the sentences below.And ask 4 groups to make conversations to other students.A: Have you ever been to? B: Yes, I have. / No, I havent. /No,Ive never been to How about you? A: Me too./ Me neither.T:Great !You did a good job .So I decide to tell you a joke ,do you want to listen to it?Ss:Of course!2.Tell the students a joke .The joke:Tom:Daddy,have you ever been to Egypt?Father:No,why do you ask that?Tom:Well.where did you get this mummy(木乃伊or妈妈) then?3.Explain the joke .4.Ask the students the question from the joke.T: Have you ever been to Egypt?S1:No,I havent.T:What about you S2?S2: Me neither. Step2: Pre-reading1.T:OK,I know you have never been to Egypy .Have you ever been to any foreign countries? How many famous foreign countries do you know ?2.Work in groups, choose a place on the screen to visit and write down something they know about the country. 3.Then make a report.Step3. While-reading1.Ask students to read the text quickly and underline the topic sentence in each paragraph.2.Read the text carefully , look at the screen and answer the questions in each paragraph.Paragraph 1 : Where is Singapore? What language do people speak in Singapore? Why can we speak Chinese in Singapore ? Can we speak English there ? Why?Paragraph 2:Can we find any Chinese food there ? What kind of Chinese food can we find ? Can we try any kind of new food there? What kinds of new food can we find ? Paragraph 3:Singapore has a special zoo called _.
