Lesson 9 I Like Monkeys第一课时教学设计教学目标:1.能听、说单词like,并根据自己的喜好在实际中应用;能听懂、会说Lookthere! Do you like monkeys? Yes, I doNo, I dont.并能在实际情景中灵活运用。2. Is it a/an? Yes, it is. / No, it isnt 和单词“giraffe tall short.”3.在教学中渗透遵守公共秩序和热爱动物,保护动物的意识和品质。教学重点:1.学习单词 “ giraffe tall short” 2.学习句型 “ Do you like monkeys?Yes,I do. /No,I dont .” 并且可以将本句型进行扩展.教学难点:能够在不同的情境中灵活运用Is it a/an? Yes, it is. / No, it isnt.教具准备:教师准备:多媒体课件、玩偶、图片等;学生准备:自制动物头饰。 Step 1. Warm upa. Greetingsb. Sing a song c. Free talk. (Ask and answer in pairs.) d. Revision and chant. T: Do you remember “Little tiger”? Ok. Lets chant together. Little tiger, little tiger, close your eyes. Little dog, little dog, open your mouth. Little panda, little panda, wave your hands. Little rabbit, little rabbit, move your foot. Little cat, little cat, say “Hello!” Little monkey, little monkey , Laugh, Laugh, Laugh. 设计意图:chant热身不仅很好地复习了旧知识,而且调动了学生学习的积极性,增强了学习英语的内驱力。Step2. PresentationNow listen carefully(师生共同做侧耳倾听的动作,课件播放各种动物的叫声。)T: Whats this? Ss: its a dog/cat/tiger. T: Today, Lets go to the zoo and meet our lovely animals. Are you happy?(课件播放小动物在动物园里快乐嬉戏的画面。) Ss:Yeah!(学生欢呼雀跃,情绪高涨。) 设计意图:情境导入为创设轻松、和谐、民主的课堂氛围打下基础,并且使英语学习回归生活。 Step3. New lesson T: Look there! Whats that? (看课件)Ss: Its a cat. T: Cat, cat, cats. The cats like fish. Understand? T: Look there! Whats that?Ss: Its a monkey.T: Monkey, monkey, monkeys. The monkeys like bananas.T:猴子喜欢香蕉。I like monkeys. Today we are going to learn Lesson 9 I like monkeys 。Jack and Tutu are also in the zoo. What are they doing? Please listen carefully. (PPT播放课文MP3)设计意图:通过小猫喜欢鱼,猴子喜欢香蕉引出单词like,从而引出课题。T:Look there! (板书)Whats that?Ss: Its a monkey.T:Great! Its very cute. I like monkeys. Do you like monkeys?(板书) If you like ,please say “Yes, I do.”If you dont like ,please say “No, I dont.”(板书)设计意图:用自然呈现法,让学生明了本节课要学的重点。Step4: Practice一活动1:比一比T:Look at this. Whats this?Ss: Its a panda/monster.T: Do you like pandas?Ss: Yes, I do.T: Do you like monsters?Ss: No, I dont.T: Lets have a competition. We have four groups. Ask and answer one by one. The last student stand up and say“BINGO”Before the competition (Come on, come on, Im first. Chant鼓励自己)设计意图:通过开火车的方式比一比哪组完成的最快,操练新知活动2:动一动T:Look there! Its a monkeys(事先准备好的猴子玩偶)。Do you like mon-keys? If Yes, I do. Please stand up. Now Lets chant like this : Monkeys monkeysI like monkeys. Then ask the other students:“Do you like monkeys?”(坐着的学生回答“”No, I dont.) I will throw the monkey. Who gets it. Please ask like me. Theother students answer and chant. 设计意图:通过扔猴子玩偶找学生问答,喜欢的小朋友站起来说Yes, I do. 不喜欢的小朋友坐着。站着的小朋友chant并且问坐着的小朋友Do you like? 这个活动把TPR和chant结合在一起,充分调动了小学生的积极性。二T:Tutu看到了什么?Go on listening to the story.(PPT播放课文MP3,播放完后教授单词giraffe.)活动1:猜一猜教师播放PPT,只露出小动物身体的一部分,让学生用Is it a/an 句型猜。T:Now please look at the screen and guess. You ask “Whats that? Is it a/an ?Ss: Whats that? Is it a/an ?T: No. Its an elephant.(学生继续猜下一张图片。)设计意图:针对小学生对新鲜事物好奇的心里,让小学生通过动物的身体部位猜出小动物。操练句型Is it a/an?活动2:演一演T:I will divide the class into four groups and give each group one minute, One act .The other guess. Use“ Is it a/an? Yes, it is. /No, it isnt.”The group which guesses more is first. (Come on, come on, Im first. Chant鼓励自己)Ss: Act and guess教授新单词tall/shortT: Whats this?(PPT)Ss: Its a giraffe.T: Whats this?Ss: Its a goat.T: Its tall.(Point at the giraffe.) Its short. (goat)活动3:守秩序 排好队T:Lets stand in a line. Who wants to come to the front. Stand from short totall. Say “Im tall/short. Another one ?
