Sure, no problem. 2) 能用所学的知识描述天气情况。 3)描述正在发生的动作。 2. 情感态度价值观目标:教育学生善于观察天气,善于调整自己的情绪;了解世界各地的天气情况,增加世界观念。知道大自然的力量是神奇而伟大的,我们应当好好学习,立志学好科学知识,为长大后探索神奇的大自然,打好基础。 二、教学重难点1. 教学重点:1) The vocabulary and useful expressions. 2) Hows the weather? /Whats the weather like?Its raining/ windy. 3) What are you doing? Im playing basketball. 2. 教学难点:运用目标语言来对天气进行问答,并且会问答其他人正在进行的活动。三、教学过程. Presentation 1. (Show some pictures of the weather) Let the students look at the pictures and ask them how the weather is. Have the students learn the new words and expressions with the help of the pictures. 2. Look at the pictures in 1a. Then read the new words on the right. Ask the students to match the words with pictures. 1a Match the words with the pictures a-e. raining _ windy _ cloudy _ sunny _ snowing _3. Check the answers. Keys: abecdII. Listening 1. Now let the students look at the city names in the box in 1b. Please read after me. 1b Listen and write these city names in the boxes above.Beijing Moscow Toronto Boston Shanghai 2. Now, have the students listen to four conversations. Listen carefully, point out each city in the picture as it comes upon the tape. Play the recording a second time. Tell the students: If they are in one of the places in the picture above. Talk about the weather with their friends in another city on the phone. 1c Imagine they are in one of the places in 1a. Ask and answer about the weather in the cities. Hows the weather in Shanghai? Its cloudy. Hows the weather in Moscow? Its snowy. Hows the weather in Toronto? Its raining. Hows the weather in Boston? Its windy. IV. Listening 1. Work on 2a. Let the studentsseewhatJoesfamiliesaredoing. 2. Askthe studentstelleachpersonisdoingineachpicture.Moreattentions shouldbepaid tothecorrectuseofthePresentProgressiveTense. 3.
