Distinguish between countable nouns and uncountable nouns.三、学情分析：作为初一下的学生，在初一上学期已经学习了关于水果和蔬菜类的名词，对食物已经具有一定的知识储备，可以提供讨论的信息源；在此基础上学习更多关于食物的名词，用于点餐之中。作为Unit 10的第一课时，如何让学生把所学的语言知识大胆地通过听说去表达出来，并且和实际生活联系起来显得尤为关键。四、Teaching procedures:Step 1: Warm-up and revision (1) Daily greetings to the Ss. (2) Revision ：Show a picture of a girl who is eating noodles to revise the knowledge in unit 9 “What does she look like?” After talking, let the students guess “what is she doing?” and “What is she eating?”Step 2: Presentation1. Show some pictures about fruit and vegetables, ask “Whats this?” 2. Teach new words about foods and drinks in this section: mutton, beef, noodles, chicken, carrot, potato, tomato. 3. Ask “What kind of food would you like? I would like.” 4. Work in pairs, ask and answer.Step3: Work on 1a(1) Match the words with the foods. Then check Ss answers. (2) Ask some Ss to read the new words. Step 4: Work on 1b and 1c (1) Listen and check the noodles that the person orders. (2) Check Ss answers. (3) Have Ss practice the conversation in 1a with a partner. Then ask them to make their own conversations. Go around the classroom and help Ss when necessary. Finish the survey report. 教学反思：下面我就这堂课的教学方法进行反思。首先，首次承担校际间合作，在外校用该校的学生上课，对自己多少还是有些挑战的，对学生的不了解，课堂各种意外情况很难把握。这样上课起初自己实际还是有些紧张的。不过在学习完单词后，自己努力调整好了，课堂进度就把握得很好了。单词教学在幻灯片设计时，亲切可爱，马上就引起学生极大的兴趣。积极表现的学生马上就映入眼帘，这时候感觉驾驭课堂容易多了。做的较好的是重视教学过程的评价，及时奖励学生。学生体会到学习的乐趣和成功的喜悦，也只有这样，学生学习英语的兴趣才能长久保持。在pairwork环节，设计不同层次的问题，让大多数学生都能开口，让他们觉得他们也能说好英语，英语不是可望而不可及。其次，在教学设计上始终让学生处于一种情景中，努力创设真实的语境，让学生运用目标语言进行交际，达到学以致用的目的。并努力让英语课成为学生的一种享受。运用多媒体，呈现各种各样的图片，激发学生的兴趣。尤其在游戏环节，为了让学生乐于操练本节课重点句型，我选择灰太狼，猪八戒，美羊羊三个学生喜欢的卡通人物，分别让学生猜他们都喜欢什么样的面条。很快学生都能猜到灰太狼喜欢带羊肉的面条，猪八戒喜欢面条的答案为小碗面条让学生大吃一惊，我随即解释说，猪八戒嫌自己太胖了，想减肥，学生大笑，课堂氛围又掀起一个小高潮，紧接着出现美羊羊的图片，很多学生开始踊跃举手，抢着回答，可是他们的答案我都做出一副夸张的表示错误的表情，在锻炼了全班大部分同学开口说本节课句型后，答案还没有猜对，我公布了答案，美羊羊不喜欢吃面条，她只喜欢吃草。全体同学以及在座的听课老师恍然大悟，课堂气氛异常火热。在后面的情景交际中，我鼓励学生来到讲台前，表演饭店点菜这一情景对话，还准备了菜单，围裙等相关物品，真实再现生活中的情境，学生积极踊跃，争先恐后跑到台前表演，表演过程中，我积极配合学生，适时鼓励，还不忘诙谐幽默，有一高个子女生来到台前，我摆出一副惊讶的表情，和她比个子，随即说出：You re so tall!Youre my teacher! 全体学生会心一笑，和学生的距离至此彻底走近了。后面的活动开展的异常顺利。总之，整堂课下来，我发现即使给外校上课和给自己的学生上课也都是一样的，关键在于自己怎样把握课堂，怎样能够在课堂中随机应
