Warm-up: Play song about the farm. Ask Ss to repeat after the song.2. Presentation T creates a situation about Ss are going to have a trip to a farm with their friends: Sarah, Mike, Zip and Zoom. T has decorated the classroom and make it like a farm. First,review the sentence” What are these? -Theyre.” Then, lead in the new sentence” What are those?” T: Look around the classroom, what do you see? What are these? Ss: Theyre cows. T: What about these?What are these? Ss: Theyre. T:Now,look carefully! What are those? Ss: Theyre.(T keeps asking this questions) T: Now, who can use my pen and ask this question? pair-work: Look at the pictures and work with partners.3 Practice Look at the picture, listen and answer the questions:What are those? How many horses do you have? guess, guess, guess: Look at the pictures and guess “Are they hens.?” Enjoy the video of the short dialogue and read after it. Complete the questions and answers.4.
