Concrete construction order: openings in wall or floor,support make and installationsteel pipe welding,opening and mantle fiberclean pipelinepipeline installationinspecthydrostatic testpipe cleaningnozzle installation.5 施工工艺流程Construction process5.1根据图纸在穿墙及楼板位置开洞Open holes in the wall and floor position according to drawings5.2支架制作、安装：根据设计要求将支架统一在制作场地进行制作，将制作合格的支架安装在设计位置。Support make and installation: According to the design requirements will make the support at working area ,making qualifying bracket installation in design position.install the qualified support in design position.5.3钢管安装Pipe installation5.3.1根据图纸的尺寸进行直管段的下料以及三通的现场制作。According to the dimensions of the drawing the straight pipe blanking and tee production on spot.5.3.2运输时注意防止损伤沟槽和螺纹。Attention to prevent grooves and thread damaged during transportation 5.3.3对接管或与设备的连接管内应清洁，无杂物,施工过程注意管道封堵。The butt joint pipes or those connecting with the equipment should be cleaned; should not have any sundries，pipeline attention plugging at construction .5.3.4消防管道与其他管道交叉时,敷管原则为无压管让压力管，小管让大管。Fire Services pipe and other pipe when it crosses,pipelaying principles pressure pipes for non-pressure pipes,small pipe give way to big pipe.5.3.5管道对口焊接应自然、平滑，不得强行对口;管子与设备的连接应在设备安装定位后进行，且不允许有应力对口。The welded joints of pipe counterparts should be natural, smooth without forcing matters; the pipes should be connected to equipment after equipment has been installed and fixed; also, no stress is allowed on counterpart joints5.3.6管子对口内壁要平齐，对口间隙为2mm4mm，局部错口最大值1mm。The interior of the pipeline counterpart joint should be smooth and neat with a space of 2mm-4mm;Partial misalignment the maximum value 1mm5.3.7管子或管件的坡口及内、外壁5-10mm范围内的油漆、垢锈等，在对口前应清除干净，直至显示金属光泽。坡口角度为3035，避免在焊接过程中移动；管道在穿过隔墙的管段不得有接口。The pipeline or its components s slope and the internal and external wall should be in the range of 5-10mm of the paint, rust etc. Before pairing, clean them to expose the metallic luster. Outdoor fire pipeline needs to be done after water pressure test qualified anticorrosion acceptance.After passing the acceptance Pipe position backfilling.5.3.10管道套丝要求：板牙规格与管件内牙规格一致，管道套丝长度及牙数管件内牙数，套丝要跟着机器平稳移动，切勿增加外力。Pipethreadingrequirements: Diespecificationsand fittingswithin the tooth specifications pipeline is sheathed wire length and tooth number greater than or equal to the inner pipe fitting teeth number , sets of silk to follow the machine move smoothly, do not increase the external force.5.3.11管道安装根据不同规格、壁厚、材质管道套丝质量、套丝深浅情况，连接部位采用生料带填充、密封胶填充、液体生料带填充、麻丝与白灰漆粘合填充的四种施工工艺，确保安装一次合格。Pipe installation according to the different sizes, thickness, depth of material quality pipe threading, threading, connecting parts with Teflon tape sealant for filling, filling, liquid filled with uncooked materials, flax and four construction technology of lime-filled paint adhesion, ensure that it has qualified for the first time.5.3.12管道工作压力0.1MPaP1.6MPa。Pipeline working pressure is 0.1MPaP1.6MPa.5.4阀门及喷林设备安装Valve and spray equipment installation.5.4.1阀门型号规格符合设计要求，有合格证。Valve specifications comply with the design requirements, have a certificate of approval.5.4.2湿式报警阀组和雨淋阀组应安装在便于操作的明显位置。室外湿式报警阀组应该安装湿式雨淋阀室内。Wet type alarm valve and deluge valve unit shall be installed in the obvious place to operation.outdoor wet type alarm valve system should in house.5.4.3水流指示器应竖直安装在水平管道上侧，其动作方向应和水流方向一致。Water flow indicator should be mounted vertically on the side of the level pipe, its movement direction and the flow direction should be consistent.5.4.4喷头安装应在系统试压、冲洗合格后进行，安装应使用专用扳手。支吊架不得影响喷淋效果。Nozzle isinstalled in thesystempressure test andflushingafter qualifying,setup should usespecial wrench,hangershall not affectthe effect of spraying. 5.5消火栓和消防炮安装Fire hydrant and fireartilleryinstallation5.5.1消火栓型号规格符合设计要求。Hydrant model specifications comply with design requirement. 5.5.2消火栓口离地面距离为1.1m。Hydrant port height to the ground about 1.1m.5.5.3消防箱采用明装形式,明装时箱门应便于开启。Hydrants using surface mounted forms, should be easy to open the door when surface mounted.5.5.4水龙带与水枪和快速接头绑扎好后，应根据箱内构造将水龙带挂放在箱内的挂钉、托盘或支架上。Hose, gun and after a good lashing quick connector, the box should be constructed in accordance with the water hose hanging on pegs on the inside of the tray or holder.5.5.5栓口应朝外，并不应安装在门轴侧。Hydrant mouth should outwards and should not be installed in the door shaft side.5.5.6固定式消防炮的立管应垂直安装，炮口应朝向防护区。The stand pipe of fixed firegunshall be installed vertically,the muzzle should betoward theprotection zone.5.5.7室外消火栓的大口径出液口应朝向消防车道。Outdoor fire hydrant large-caliber the liquid outlet should be directed to fire channel.5.6水压试验Pipe hydrostatic tests5.6.1管道水压试验在管道安装完后，根据不同的试验压力进行水压试验。Pipelinehydrostatic test after pipeline installed.According to different test progressive hydrostatic test.5.6.2水压试验应注意不参加试压的管口封堵和设备阀门的关闭，试验管道系统和设备的中间控制阀门应全部开启。Hydrostatic test should be careful not participate nozzle plugging and equipment valves closed, intermediate test piping systems and equipment control valve should be fully open.5.6.3压力试验介质：纯净的水，在系统灌水充水过程中，管网内的气体将被驱到管网的最高点（排气阀处）待试验管道系统和设备水注满后，关闭阀门，稳定半小时后继续向系统注水，以排气阀门出水无泡为准，关闭排气阀。Pressure test medium: pure water, In the system of irrigation during water filling,when the gas of pipe network will be drive to the highest point of pipe network ,close the valve . stabilityhalf an hour continuing water injectiontill no bubble in exhaust valve water-exit. close the exhaust valve.5.6.3当试验过程发生泄漏时，不得带压处理，消除缺陷后，应重新进行试验。When leakage occurs during the test, processing not with pressure，after eliminate defects, should be re-tested.5.6.4管网在试验压力下停止的时间不宜过长，不得进行超压试验，必须严格按试压方案中规定的数值进行水压试验。Pipe network under test pressure to stop the time not too long, can not be over pressure test, pressure test must be strict accordance with the value specified in the program hydrostatic test.6.安全注意事项Safety Precautions:6.1所有施工人员需经过体检、安全教育考试合格取证后方可进入施工现场；项目施工前必须进行安全技术交底后再进行施工。All the workers must undergo physical examination and safety induction exercise which shall require a pass to be certified fit for work; prior to construction works, all those involved shall undergo safety and technical clarification.6.2进入施工现场必须正确佩戴安全帽，严禁酒后进入施工现场。When entering the site, one must put on a proper safety helmet; its strictly prohibited to enter the site after consuming alcohol.6.3设备及管道起吊过程中，必须有专人指挥，起动平稳，信号明确。管子运输过程中，必须封车牢固，不得超载，并且有专人监护。During hoisting of equipment and pipeline there must be an expert instructor, a stable starter with clear and definite signals. During transportation of pipes, they should be properly secured without overloading. A person shall be specially assigned to monitor the load.6.4现场使用的电源必须有持证专业电工来拆接，其他人员不准私自操作，现场所有设备必须接地良好，并设漏电保护器。All the power used on site must be connected only by a certified electrician; all the equipment must have proper earth connection and also establish a power leakage arrester.6.5电气焊作业时要检查作业点周围10米内是否有易燃易爆物品，如有，应及时清除或加以保护。During electric or gas welding works, ensure that there are no flammable materials within a 10 meters working radius. If discovered have them removed or make addition protective measures.6.6在进行气割、气焊时，作业人员要戴好防护眼镜。During gas cutting or welding, the operator should wear protective goggles6.7使用起重设备时，使用前要先仔细检查是否完好，不合格者不准使用，且使用时不准超负荷,吊装区域严禁无关人员进入。Check the lifting equipment before use to ensure that they are in good working condition. Also, do not overload,the hoisting area it is forbidden to irrelevant personnel to enter.6.8现场物料要堆放整齐，现场电源线及焊线拉设规范，施工垃圾要及时清理，现场保持文明， 整洁。The materials on site should be orderly piled; the power and welding lines should be set up within specifications; the garbage shall be disposed of properly and promptly to maintain good housekeeping of the construction site.6.9用倒链前应检查吊钩、链条等是否良好，链条直径磨损量达15%时严禁使用。Before using the chain block, inspect the hook, the chain etc to ensure that they are in good condition. If the abrasion of the chain reaches 15% of its diameter, it must not be used for any lifting works.6.10夜间施工加强防蚊虫措施，以免蚊虫叮咬。During night shifts, r
