(第一课时)，教学目标是能够使用used to 的陈述句，否定句，一般疑问句来描述人的外貌和个性。本节课在初三12班进行，12班学生英语基础弱，思辨能力弱但情商极高。考虑到学生之前对描述人物外貌的语句和句型遗忘较多，因此花了大量时间复习巩固原来的句型。进而学生才能顺利进入新知识的学习。下面，我就本节课的优缺点进行个人反思。 我觉得做的好的方面：1.图片导入，能够吸引学生兴趣，直接引入人物描述的主题。2.注重纠正学生的单词发音！3.听前预测和指导能够有效帮助学生理解材料，让听力内容变得简单，学生能轻松获取答 案。4.学生积极性调动的较好。学生积极参与课堂活动，运用所学介绍自己和朋友的 外貌，性格和爱好！几乎整个班级的学生都被调动起来回答问题，表述想法。5.注重学生个体差异，老师的提问具有层次性。6.注重课堂上的师生互动，关注学生个人情感，尊重学生的思想。7.课堂指令用语简洁，明晰！课程环节紧凑，步骤清晰明了。8.情感态度价值观渗透自如，能够积极地影响学生。9.学生自备照片表达自己的变化，参与性强，更能激发学生的主观能动性。 不足之处：1.导入略显生涩，有效果，但略显陈旧和笨拙。现在想想，如果拿自己的变化或
